Abstract

Advocacy services in guidance and counseling have an important role in protecting students' rights from discriminatory treatment, violence, harassment or other uneducative actions. This research aims to identify the contribution of advocacy services in creating an inclusive and fair school environment. The research was conducted using a library study method with a content analysis approach. The research results show that advocacy services not only help victims regain their rights, but also encourage the creation of a school culture that respects individual dignity. In addition, this service contributes to preventing cases of violations of students' human rights through counselor training, external collaboration, and implementing anti-violence policies. Thus, advocacy services become an important instrument in building a safe and fair educational environment.

Abstract

Abstrak. A psychosocial phenomenon often experienced by adolescents, especially in the era of globalization influenced by technology and social media, is known as an identity crisis. In this phase, adolescents try to find their own identity and answer questions about their life goals, which often causes confusion, which has an impact on their psychosocial development. Islamic counseling plays an important role in helping adolescents overcome identity crises in a way that incorporates religious principles into their daily lives. This study was conducted to examine the role of Islamic counseling in helping adolescents overcome identity crises. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a library research design. This study analyzed various literature related to Islamic counseling, adolescent psychology, and the concept of identity crisis to identify how Islamic counseling can be applied as a solution for adolescents experiencing an identity crisis. The results of the study indicate that Islamic counseling can help individuals develop a strong self-identity based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith, and help them live a life in harmony with Islamic values. It is hoped that this study can provide guidelines for teachers, counselors, and parents in providing support to adolescents facing an identity crisis.

Abstract

This research shows that most students have not shown positive personal character, where them at school who do not maximize their time, they tend use it to play with friends. Character building in education aims to overcome moral crisis that currently rife. Crises such as promiscuity, juvenile delinquency, cheating, wild racing, bullying, theft, and fighting. Character building can be done based on the willingness of the heart to change in a more positive direction. Character building that includes ethics, morals, Islamic values and educational issues with indications of growing concerns in the community and school environment. So purpose of this study is provide information about the formation of student character on Islamic values with this character education can develop all the abilities of school residents in order make good and bad decisions, exemplify, maintain wholeheartedly. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. So that the counseling teachers is important in helping them improve good learning abilities and realize student goals, and participate in educating the nation's life with various counseling services to students for the formation of student character based on Islamic values. The results showed the ability of counseling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how language, actions, and speech are used in the LGBT community, especially lesbians. This study uses descriptive qualitative methodology. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from informants through interviews, gestures, or behaviors related to the research variables. Secondary data comes from documents, notes, photos, recordings, or tables that support primary data. The results of this study allow us to conclude that assertive and expressive speech dominated the answers of this interview. The interviewees provided a lot of information, opinions, and their own experiences about language use in the LGBT community..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian di Rumah Makan Bebek Boedjang, Kecamatan Bekasi Barat. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah fluktuasi omset rumah makan selama Triwulan 1 hingga Triwulan 3 tahun 2024, yang menunjukkan potensi peran word of mouth dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh, melibatkan 100 responden pelanggan. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengukur dampak word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,3%. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar variasi keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Rumah Makan Bebek Boedjang untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran berbasis word of mouth dengan mendorong ulasan positif dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan memperluas cakupan responden serta mempertimbangkan variabel lain seperti kualitas pelayanan dan promosi untuk memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

The role of women in education has faced various challenges in the past due to traditional and cultural limitations that hampered their access to education. This research explores the contributions of Rahmah El-Yunusiyah and Rohana Kuddus, two Minangkabau women figures who were pioneers of women's education in Indonesia. Rahmah El-Yunusiyah founded Diniyyah Putri in 1923, creating an education system that focused on forming women with an Islamic spirit and empowerment in society. Rohana Kuddus, through the Amai Setia Craft School which she founded in 1911, fights for women's empowerment through skills and entrepreneurship-based education. This research uses a literature study approach to examine the dynamics of the thinking of these two figures in encouraging women's education, which is an important basis for gender equality in the field of education. The research results show that the education they initiated not only improves women's living standards, but also has a significant influence on social transformation, both at the local and international levels.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi juga memicu lonjakan kejahatan siber, khususnya kebocoran data pribadi. Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mendorong terjadinya kejahatan siber, upaya pemerintah dalam menanggulangi kebocoran data, serta peran RUU Perlindungan Data Pribadi (PDP) dalam memberikan jaminan hukum bagi masyarakat. Melalui analisis berbagai kasus dan regulasi, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta untuk mencegah kejahatan siber serta membangun lingkungan digital yang aman. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan perlindungan data pribadi di era digital.

Abstract

Mr. Chr. Soplanit Rumah Tiga Road Section has road damage that is quite disruptive to traffic activities due to the presence of a company that causes heavy vehicles to pass by. The activity of heavy vehicles such as trontons operated by PT. Trisamudra will pass four to five times every day at certain times ranging from 21.00 - 24.00. In addition to trontons, there are also goods trucks, pick-ups, and large trucks that pass 10-15 times to distribute Gas and other Goods. The survey conducted for 3 days of observation Monday, Wednesday and Saturday starting at 06.00 - 24.00 showed the highest volume on Saturday, namely 27,996 vehicles per day per 2 directions and the lowest volume on Wednesday, namely 24,334 vehicles. The average volume of vehicles is 26,388 vehicles per day per 2 directions. From the results of the values ​​obtained in the LHR calculation, it can be concluded that the Mr Chr Soplanit road section is included in high traffic with the number of LHRs greater than 10,000/day.

Abstract

Microteaching is a learning method that aims to train teaching skills on a small scale, where students can hone their communication skills, classroom management, and develop teaching materials effectively. This research aims to examine the application of microteaching in learning the professional code of ethics for public relations among students at Sunan Giri University, Surabaya. The code of ethics for the public relations profession is an important aspect in shaping the professionalism of students who will later enter the world of the public relations industry. Microteaching, as a teaching method that focuses on developing teaching skills in a short time, is expected to increase students' understanding and ability to apply the principles of the code of ethics in professional practice. This research was conducted using kualitative approach to measure the effectiveness of microteaching in improving students' knowledge, skills and attitudes towards the public relations professional code of ethics. The research results show that microteaching can increase students' understanding of the importance of professional codes of ethics, improve their communication skills, and strengthen professionalism in public relations practice. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that microteaching is an effective method for introducing and deepening students' understanding of the public relations professional code of ethics
