Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of educational games on critical thinkking skills of students at SDN Daleman 1. In the increasingly advanced digital era, educational games have become one of the interesting and interactive learning media. Educational games are believed to be able to encourage the development of critical thinking skills, such as analysis, synthesis, evaluation, and problem solving skills. These findings indicate that educational games can be an effective tool to improve students’ thinking skills, which are very important in facing the challenges of an increasingly complex world.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of technology-based learning media in increasing students interest in learning through a literature review of various related journals. With the development of technology, the use of technology-based learning media is believed to provide a more interesting and effective learning experience. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, which include analysis of relevant scientific journals. The results of the study indicate that technology-based learning media, such as learning applications, educational videos, and other digital playforms, have great potential in increasing student interest in learning by creating an interactive, flexible, and easily accessible learning environtment.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological developments are taking place very rapidly and have a significant influence on the world of education. The ongoing development of the era requires the world of education to continue to adapt in order to adjust to technological advances, especially in improving the quality of education through the application of technology and information in the learning process. This study aims to highlight the importance of the role of technology in improving the quality of learning in the world of education. The method used in this study is a literature study, by collecting data from various sources, especially scientific journals that are relevant to the topic of discussion. The results of the study show that technology has a crucial role in education, especially in facilitating access to information and data. Thus, technology is very helpful in the learning process, especially in the modern era which is marked by rapid technological advances.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 has driven technological change, which drives the world of education. The integration of technology in the learning process is currently a very important aspect and needs to be considered in order to improve the quality and facilitate the learning experience. Utilizing technology-based learning media in delivering material is one effective way to achieve this. This kind of media can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of learning, and includes various formats, such as audio, visual, and audio-visual, which can be applied to various types of learning materials. Therefore, teachers must continue to innovate when choosing learning media so that students are more interested and motivated to learn. Ultimately, this has an impact on student learning. This study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the use of technology-based learning media in elementary school environments. The use of the document review method was used; data was collected through recording and analyzing research articles on the use of technology-based media in elementary schools. The Publish or Perish application was used to retrieve data from the Google Scholar database. The analysis shows that the use of technology-based learning media has a significant influence on students' desire to learn and their level of success in learning in elementary school.

Abstract

The case of the burglary of 112 Bank Jago customer accounts by a former employee with losses reaching IDR 1.39 billion reflects a serious threat to the security of the digital banking system. The mode of crime in the form of illegally opening blocking of accounts by perpetrators who have special access indicates weaknesses in internal supervision and system security. This research aims to identify weak factors in Bank Jago's security system, the role of law enforcement officers (APH) in handling this case, as well as the legal implications for the bank's responsibilities. The approach used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis of secondary data, including banking regulations, case reports and related publications. The analysis results show that the main weaknesses lie in the lack of internal supervision, unlimited system access, a vulnerable security system, and suboptimal authentication and activity monitoring mechanisms. APH's role has proven to be crucial in detecting and handling cases, including making arrests, confiscating evidence, and preparing legal cases. This case provides important lessons for the banking industry to strengthen security policies, including implementing multi-factor authentication, monitoring log activity, and regular audits. In addition, cooperation between banks and legal authorities must be improved to mitigate similar risks in the future. This strategy not only aims to protect customers but also restore public trust in digital banking services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in effectiveness between online and offline learning methods in terms of material understanding, lecturer-student interaction, independent learning time management, and student learning motivation. The method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires and literature studies to explore the topic being studied. The results of the study indicate that offline learning is more effective in improving material understanding, lecturer-student interaction, and learning motivation. As many as 78% of students have difficulty understanding the material during online learning, and interaction with lecturers is more limited. However, there is no significant difference in independent learning time management between the two methods. The Mann Whitney test shows a p-value of 0.000, which indicates a significant difference between the effectiveness of online and offline learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss children's prose literacy skills at the primary school level. This research aims to explore the importance of scientific work in the context of higher education through the systematic literature review method. This research method uses the literature study method.b Data collection is done by finding sources and constructing from various sources such as books, journals and research studies that have been done. The results showed that grade 3 students' prose literacy skills were still below the adequacy standard, with an average score of 61 for reading analysis and 47 for prose writing. This finding indicates the need for more attention in literacy development among children, especially in the context of distance learning. This study is expected to provide insights for educators and policy makers to improve literacy programs in primary schools.

Abstract

Notary legal services are currently very important and necessary in the buying and selling process. Especially in the process of making a contract which not everyone is able to make. This research aims to analyze the role of notaries in making sales and purchase contracts so that they meet legality requirements in accordance with positive law in Indonesia and explore the importance of legal education for the public in understanding this role. This research uses a normative approach with a literature study method, referring to statutory regulations, legal literature, as well as national and international journals. The research results show that notaries have an important responsibility in ensuring the validity of transactions through making authentic deeds, verifying documents, and providing legal advice. Legal education to the public has also proven crucial to increase awareness of the importance of legality in buying and selling transactions, so as to reduce the potential for disputes and legal problems in the future

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of employee individualism on team dynamics at PT X. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The findings show that the high level of individualism among PT X employees leads to limited collaboration and communication between team members, with most employees preferring to work independently. This reduces face-to-face interactions and hampers team synergy. However, the company is making efforts to address this issue by providing communication training, team-building activities, and collaborative work schemes across divisions. These efforts are expected to improve team effectiveness and foster a more collaborative work culture. The conclusion of this study is that high individualism negatively impacts team dynamics at PT X. To improve team dynamics, it is essential for PT X to continue promoting collaboration and communication among employees through a more open and integrative approach.

Abstract

Jurnal ini mengkaji konsep-konsep dasar ekonomi Islam, seperti tauhid, khalifah, dan maslahah, serta implikasinya terhadap filsafat ekonomi modern. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, yang berakar pada nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual, dapat menawarkan alternatif atau perspektif baru bagi pendekatan ekonomi konvensional yang seringkali dikritik karena mementingkan keuntungan semata dan mengabaikan aspek keadilan sosial dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Studi ini akan membandingkan pendekatan ekonomi Islam dengan paradigma ekonomi modern, mengidentifikasi titik temu dan perbedaan, serta mengevaluasi potensi kontribusi ekonomi Islam dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan ekonomi global kontemporer, seperti ketimpangan ekonomi, krisis keuangan, dan degradasi lingkungan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi pengembangan pemikiran ekonomi yang lebih inklusif, adil, dan berkelanjutan.
