Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis Autenthic Assesment terhadap aplikasi konsep siswa kelas X MA Mu’allimin NW Pancor (2) mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis Autenthic Assesment terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MA Mu’allimin NW Pancor (3) Mengetahui pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis Autenthic Assesment terhadap aplikasi konsep dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MA Mu’allimin NW Pancor Tahun Pelajaran 2013.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Eksperimen merupakan suatu penelitian yang berusaha mencari pengaruh variabel tertentu terhadap variabel yang lain dalam kondisi yang terkontrol dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan angka-angka sebagai hasil akhir. Desain dari True Eksperiment ini menggunakan Preetest-Posttest Control Group didasarkan atas pendapatnya Arikunto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X MA Mu’allimin NW Pancor dari Kelas X1 sampai X4 tahun pembelajaran 2013 yang berjumlah 125 orang. Dikarenakan populasi lebih dari 100 orang maka pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling, dari semua populasi yang ada peneliti mengambil kelas X3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 30 orang dan X4 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 28 orang.Dari hasil Uji-t dan Uji MANOVA menggunakan aplikasi SPSS-PC 16.0 for windows pada kelompok eksperimen untuk pengaruh pendekatan pemebelajaran kontekstual berbasis Authentic Assesment terhadap aplikasi konsep siswa diperoleh thitung = 0,674 sedangkan ttabel = 0,374 atau ttabel (0,6740,374) dengan taraf signifikan 0,374 lebih kecil dari a = 0,05 hal ini berarti Ho diterima atau Ha ditolak. Kemudian pada pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis Authentic Assesment terhadap motivasi belajar IPA (Biologi) didapatkan thitung = 1,122 sedangkan untuk angka Ftabel  = 4,02 pada dk 2 = 57 maka harga thitung = 1,122ttabel = 0,266, hal ini berarti bahwa Ha ditolak atau Ho diterima pada taraf signifikansi a = 0,55.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Effects of Problem Based Learning (Problem Based Learning) Critical Thinking Ability Of Students In Biology Lesson In Class X MA NW Kotaraja academic year 2014/2015. This type of research is experimental research. Data collection techniques to study the results of the essay test method. The research hypothesis testing using t-test is parametric with a significant level of 5%. Based on calculations for analysis prerequisite test that normality test can be concluded that the two samples come from populations with normal distribution because χ2hitung ≤ χ 2tabel, namely for the experimental class ≤ 6.563 and 11:07 a.m. to 11:07 a.m. ≤ 7,271 control class. As for the homogeneity test can be concluded that the samples come from a homogeneous population because Fhitung Ftable is 1:04 1.86. From the analysis of the test showed that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha accepted as the price of -thitung ≤ - T1 values / 2α or thitung ≥ t1 / 2α, namely 4.365 ≥ 2.002. . It can be concluded that the influence of Influence There is Problem Based Learning (Problem Based Learning) Critical Thinking Ability Of Students In Biology Lesson In Class X Kotaraja NW MA Academic Year 2014/2015.

Abstract

Sumur gali merupakan salah satu sumber penyediaan air bersih bagi masyarakat di pedesaan dan perkotaan. Sumur gali harus ditunjang dengan konstruksi sumur yang baik dan jarak lokasi sumur dengan sumber pencemar yang sesuai dengan yang dipersyaratkan, serta tindakan masyarakat dalam menggunakan sumur gali yang tepat, agar air sumur gali terbebas dari pencemaran dari limbah bahan beracun dan berbahaya (B3) jeni-jenis bakteri lainnya yang bersifat parasit bagi manusia, salah satunya adalah bakteri yang bersumber dari limbah kotoran hewan dan manusia dikarenakan masyarakat pada umumnya tidak mengetahui jarak yang sesuai antara safety tang dengan sumur gali sehingga dapatdikonsumsi secara aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jarak rata-rata sumur sumur warga dengan safety tank dan uji kualitas bakteriologis air sumur warga yang biasa dikonsumsi dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Deskriftif Kuantitatif yang akan mendeskripsikan hasil survey dan mengungkap kualitas bakteri pada air sumur, dengan populasi semua sumur gali warga. Sempel dalam peneltian ini adalah air sumur gali warga yang memiliki jarak septictank kurang dari 10 m dengan sumur warga. Analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian: Pada S1 nilai MPN coliform 1100, S2 nilai MPN coliform 940, S3 nilai MPN coliform 920, S4 nilai MPN coliform 79, dan S5 nilai MPN coliform 1600. Kesimpulan: Kualitas Bakteriologis Air Sumur Gali yang jaraknya kurang 10 m dengan metode MPN diperoleh hasil coliform 5 sempel dinyatakan (Positif) dan E.Coli dinyatakan (Negatif).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving chicken manure on the growth of tomato (Lycopercisum esculentum Mill). This research was conducted in the village of Bebara, Darmasari Village, Sikur District. This type of research is a quantitative study with an experimental method with a completely randomized research design (CRD). In this study, there were two treatments, namely giving chicken manure (experimental) and without giving chicken manure (control). Where this experiment uses three concentrations, namely 250 grams, 350 grams, and 450 grams, with 4 repetitions. Growth parameters measured were plant height, leaf length and number of leaves. The data analysis technique used is the one-way ANOVA test. The results of hypothesis testing carried out with a significant level of 5% indicate that the plant height F count F table (9,35> 2.92), leaf length F count > F table (12,00 > 2.92), and the number of leaves F count> F table (7,22 > 2.92). Based on the results of the calculation of these data, it can be concluded that the provision of chicken manure can affect the growth of tomato plants (Lycopercisum esculentum Mill) because manure can meet the nutrient needs needed by tomato plants for growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Crossword Puzzle learning media on the activities and learning outcomes of biology in digestive system material to human class VIII MTs NW Rumbuk 2015/2016 academic year. This study uses experimental research. The study population was all eighth grade students of MTs NW Rumbuk in the 2015/2016 school year, a number of three classes. The research sample was determined randomly by cluster random sampling technique. One class experiment with crossword puzzle learning media and one control class using the lecture method. Data collection techniques using multiple choice tests consisting of 30 questions. Whereas to measure learning activities students use observation sheets. Analysis prerequisite test using normality, homogeneity and linearity test. The hypothesis test is with a manova test with a significant level of 5% with the help of IBM SPSS 22.Hypothesis test Fresults Ftable count, according to the data seen with the specified significance level is = 0.05 0.00 (~).Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of crossword puzzle learning media on biology learning activities and results

Abstract

Siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Lombok Timur memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang rendah. Model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) untuk membantu siswa kelas X dalam berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode eksperimen, rancangan Quasi Experiment NonEquivalent Control Group Design, teknik random sampling, instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berpikir kritis Ennis, tes esai. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan thitung (2.15) > ttabel (1.67). Siswa aktif, komunikatif, dan kolaboratif saat proses pembelajaran. Penelitian berhasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X di MAN Lombok Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on students' creative thinking skills on environmental pollution material. This type of research uses Quasi Experimental Design. The population of this study were all grade X students at MA Mu'allimat NWDI Pancor. The sample of this study was determined by Simple Random Sampling technique. Class X B as an experimental class using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model and class X A as a control class using the lecture method. The research design used is Posttest-Only Control design which has been modified on the posttest value which is not obtained from student test scores after learning, but student creative thinking after learning. Data collection techniques used documentation, LKPD, and flower vase creativity assessment sheets. Data were analyzed using independent t-test analysis. The hypothesis results show that tcount> ttable, namely (2.795> 1.161) which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on the Creative Thinking Ability of Class X MA Mu'allimat NWDI Pancor Students.

Abstract

Sugarcane production is increasing, but waste in sugarcane plantations is also increasing, in the form of unwanted leaves and residual sugarcane stalks, which have a high cellulose content. To handle this organic waste, biodegradation agents in the form of cellulolytic fungi can be used, so it is necessary to screen cellulolytic fungi that can thrive and adapt to the sugarcane plantation environment. Organic particles, or litter, become a place of life for microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria, and other organisms. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of cellulolytic fungi found in sugarcane plantation soil in Gunung Waras Village, Way Kanan Regency, examine the effect of temperature and pH fluctuations on these fungi, and test their pathogenicity to plants. This study produced two fungal isolates that have the ability to degrade cellulose, namely Cunninghamella sp. and Trichoderma sp., with cellulolytic indexes of 0.754 and 0.403, respectively. Both isolates were tolerant of several pH variations, and there were no significant differences at the 95% confidence interval in the mean mycelial biomass at pH 3, 5, and 7. They could grow well at 25°C but not at 45°C

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of STEAM-based biology learning integrated with science literacy on students' creative thinking skills. This type of research uses quasi-experimental design. The population of this study were all grade X students at MA Mu "allimin NWDI Pancor in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research sample was determined by Simple Random Sampling technique. Class X-B as an experimental class using the STEAM approach and class X-A as a control class using the lecture method. The research design used was Posttest-Only Control Design. Data collection techniques were carried out through creative thinking instruments. Data were analyzed using independent sample t test analysis. The hypothesis results show that tcount> ttable (3.525> 1.645) which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the validity and effectiveness of Project Based Learning Student Worksheets (LKPD) in increasing student learning motivation on the Human Digestive System material. This type of research is development research. This research uses the Bord and Gall development model. This model consists of 10 stages, but in its implementation it was simplified into 5 stages which were adapted to the needs and limitations of the research. The test subjects in this research were 1 material expert, 1 design expert, 1 biology teacher and 24 students. The data collection technique used in this research is a learning motivation questionnaire. The data collection instrument used in this research is an instrument to measure the validity of the LKPD in the form of a material expert validation sheet and a design expert validation sheet. The instrument for knowing teacher responses and student responses to LKPD is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis in this research uses instrument validity, student response results, and analysis of learning motivation questionnaire results. The results of the validity analysis of the material expert obtained 83.82% with valid criteria, the results of the validity analysis of the design expert obtained 88.33% with very valid criteria, and the results of the teacher response analysis obtained 98.68% with very good criteria as well as the results of the analysis of participant responses. students on LKPD obtained 90.07% with very good criteria. The results of the analysis of the student learning motivation questionnaire obtained a percentage of 91.14% with the criteria for achieving learning objectives (KKTP) being very effective. From the results of the research trial subjects, it shows that the Project Based Learning LKPD is suitable for use according to the needs of students.
