Abstract

In mathematics learning in class VI of Al Amiin Hidayatullah Timika Integral Elementary School, there are still many students who experience difficulties in understanding the concepts being taught. The aim of this research is to increase the activity and learning achievement of class VI students in the first semester of Al Amiin Integral Elementary School. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. From the results of the research conducted, it was concluded that the application of the inquiry method was successful in achieving the objectives of this research.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to apply the sociocognitive learning model to improve the learning outcomes of writing descriptive text for class IVA students at SD Inpres Minasa Upa. This research aims to describe the application of a sociocognitive learning model assisted by interactive multimedia in improving the learning outcomes of writing descriptive text for class IVA students at SD Inpres Minasa Upa. This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out in three meetings including a cycle evaluation. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this research were 31 class IVA students at SD Inpres Minasa Upa. The results of the research showed that in the first cycle, of the 31 students who completed individually, only 17 students or 55% met the minimum completion criteria (KKM) or were in the low category. Classically it has not been met because the average value obtained was 59.90. Meanwhile, in cycle II, out of 31 students, 26 people or 81% had fulfilled the KKM and classically had been met, namely the average score obtained was 84.41 or was in the high category. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that the results of learning to write descriptive text for class IVA students at SD Inpres Minasa Upa through the application of the sociocognitive learning model assisted by interactive multimedia have increased.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in students’ interest in reading. Therefore, social studies teachers play a role in guiding and fostering student to become students who love to read given the importance of reading in life. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation is used to observe activities in SMPN 2 Kepung Kediri Regency, interviews and documentation are used to explore information about the problem under study, as well as school document data. The result showed that : is by motivating students by using simple and relaxed learning but still monitor students well, giving a good example to students. Teachers also give appreciation to students such as giving grades, praise, and videoing students when presenting. In addition, the teacher’s efforts are as a classroom manager, the teacher ensure students are in the classroom, ensure the cleansliness and comfort of the classroom, and strives for learning to run well. The supporting factors namely the teacher creates a pleasant of reading book facilities made tosupport student learning. The inhibiting factor is the focus of students who began to decline in the middle of learning, the ability of different students – different and there are student who are lazy.

Abstract

Research entitled "Evaluation of Collection Utilization Level at the Library of the Majelis Ulama Indonesia in North Sumatra." The main issue addressed in this thesis is the level of collection utilization at the Library of the Majelis Ulama Indonesia in North Sumatra. This study aims to evaluate the level of collection utilization at the library. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include surveys and documentation. Data processing uses descriptive quantitative analysis using frequency and percentage. The collected data are tested for validity and reliability using IBM SPSS v23 software. The results and discussion of this study show that the average perception score of library users is 81.85%, indicating a positive perception of collection utilization. However, efforts are needed from the library to improve or expand its collection, so that collection utilization can increase and gain better perception in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of good Bel Canto singing techniques in singing, so that each note sounds beautiful, and is strong and round so that the message of the song can be conveyed. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method where researchers describe in the form of speech, writing and observations in the field. The work processes carried out for data collection are: observation, documentation, observations, videos and interviews. This research was carried out by collecting information through field research to obtain results which were processed into accurate data. The results of this research show that applying the Bel Canto technique in singing can improve singing ability. So it is necessary to practice and master good vocal techniques to be able to sing songs well.

Abstract

The short and long serve ability of badminton extracurricular students at the MINU Bululawang school is the background for this research. The game of one of the sports using a racket to hit a shuttlecock over the net is played by 2 people or four people in pairs who play against each other, also known as badminton. The point of this inquire about is to decide the impact of the benefit preparing program on competition among badminton extracurricular understudies at the MINU Bululawang School. Test investigate with a one bunch pretest-posttest plan was utilized in this investigate. The overall inquire about test comprised of 45 badminton extracurricular students. Serve blows are given for 4 weeks with a frequency of 4 times per week. The service training that has been given increases the results of short serves and long serves for badminton extracurricular students at the MINU Bululawang school with a sig level of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to show how plyometric jump to box and hurdle jump exercises affect the jump height of Gerzy Star Soccer School players. The study used a static group pretest-posttest design in pre-experimental research. A total of 22 soccer players who met the researchers' inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected through purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, it was found that plyometric jump to box and hurdle jump exercises can increase the height of the player's jump. The results of the analysis showed that plyometric hurdle jump training was more efficient than plyometric jump to box training in increasing the jump height of players at Gerzy Star Soccer School. There was an increase in normal jump height of 6.7 cm between pretest and posttest with the significance of plyometric jump to box exercise was 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, plyometric hurdle jump training also has a significance number of 0.000< 0.05 which proves a significant comparison, with the jump height generally increasing by 7 centimeters between the time before and after the test. Therefore, it can be concluded that plyometric jump-to-box and hurdle-jump guidance are efficient in increasing the jump height of Gerzy Star Soccer School players, but plyometric hurdle jump training is more efficient than plyometric jump to box guidance.

Abstract

It can be seen that this study has one goal, namely to determine the effeck of running with the ball exercise on improving the dribbling skill of SBB Singojoyo football players, Malang Regency. This study used a sample off all 13-15 years old SSB Singojoyo soccer athletes in Malang, totaling 20 people using a sampling technique. In this study, the experimental method was applied, with the One-Group Pretest-Postest experimental design. The instrument used is the Test Course of the Sport Dribbling test which is used during the pretest dan posttest. The results of this study used the normality test and paired sample t test, which showed that there was a significant effect on improving dribbling skills by giving running with the ball exercises. This can be seen by looking at the results of data analysis on the calculation of the t test which shows that t count is greater than t table (4,162>2,093) with a significance test (∝) = 0.05 and a total sample (N = 20), the hypothesis is accepted and has an effect. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that running with the ball exercise has a significant influence of tge dribbling skills of SSB Singojoyo Malang Regency aged 13-15 years.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the low learning motivation of the remaining students at SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between Self Efficacy and students' biology learning motivation. The research method used in this research is the correlational method, using a saturated sampling technique, which is a sample determination technique if all members of the population are sampled. The sample in this study was 90 students. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire. Based on the significant test (t test) is obtained tcount > ttable is 14,464 > 1,987. This means that there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and self-efficacy. The R2 (R square) value based on the test results is 0.704 or 70.392%. This shows that 70.392% of learning motivation variables are influenced by self-efficacy. The variance in the model's independent variable (self efficacy) can reach 70.392% of the variance in the dependent variable (learning motivation). So it is concluded that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru for the 2023/2024 academic year in the strong category.

Abstract

Education plays a central role as the foundation for character development and the enhancement of human resources quality. In SMAN 1 Campurdarat Tulungagung, the 11th-grade social studies class faces challenges that require an improvement in students' cognitive abilities. To address these challenges, it is essential to adopt innovative and effective teaching methods. Therefore, at SMAN 1 Campurdarat Tulungagung, the 11th-grade social studies class is placed at the center of efforts to enhance students' cognitive abilities to prepare them to be competent and competitive individuals. In addressing the learning issues at SMAN 1 Campurdarat, such as students' lack of interest and low motivation in social studies subjects, an economics teacher is required to utilize various methods, such as brainstorming. Brainstorming can be conducted in groups so that students can generate good and creative ideas. This research aims to: 1) Outline the Steps of Implementing Brainstorming Method by Teachers to Enhance Cognitive Abilities of 11th Grade Social Studies Students at SMAN 1 Campurdarat Tulungagung; 2) Analyze the Strategies of Brainstorming Method by Teachers to Enhance Cognitive Abilities of 11th Grade Social Studies Students at SMAN 1 Campurdarat Tulungagung; 3) Assess the Impact of Brainstorming Method by Teachers on Enhancing Cognitive Abilities of 11th Grade Social Studies Students at SMAN 1 Campurdarat Tulungagung for the Academic Year 2023/2024. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, which derives data from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique utilized is the Milen and Hubernan concept, which involves three stages. The findings of this research are as follows: 1. Brainstorming steps include teacher's introduction, greetings and prayers, ice breaking, learning objectives and topics, material explanation, group division, method and rule explanation, distribution of problem sheets, problem explanation, thinking and idea formulation time, idea development, answer writing, reading and classification, and idea evaluation.2. Analyzing brainstorming strategies involves implementation in enhancing classroom participation, improving writing skills, increasing student motivation, and enhancing speaking abilities. 3. The impact of brainstorming method includes enhancing students' cognitive abilities, bringing positive effects, and increasing student enthusiasm for learning.
