Abstract

Ekonomi dalam Islam merupakan pilar penting untuk mengantarkan kehidupan manusia menuju kebahagiaan hidup. Salah satu kompenen dalam ekonomi adalah distribusi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada tulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis, dengan jenis penelitian bahan pustaka (Library Reseacrch). Adapun bahan-bahan pustaka yang menjadi sumber primer dalam penelitian ini adalah ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dan Hadis-hadis yang berkenaan dengan Etika Distribusi. Termasuk kitab-kitab, buku-buku atau hasil-hasil penelitian yang berkenaan dengan tema bahasan dalam penelitian ini. Etika distribusi dalam Islam melahirkan prinsip-prinsip distribusi, yaitu prinsip keadilan dan pemerataan, prinsip persaudaraan dan kasih sayang, dan prinsip solidaritas sosial. Adapun etika distribusi yang disebut dalam Al-Qur’an ialah, mendahulukan urusan akhirat atas urusan dunia. (QS. an-Nuur [24]: 37); berbuat baik dan tidak membuat kerusakan ( QS. al-Qashash [28]: 77); tidak Berlaku Riya (QS. al-Baqarah [2]: 262); berprasangka baik kepada Allah mengenai siklus keuntungan (QS. al-Hadid [57]: 23); tidak berlaku boros (QS. al-Furqan [25]: 67). Abstract

The growing development of financial institutions, both banks and non-banks in Indonesia, will encourage financial institutions to always maximize their marketing activities. Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP. Buleleng has several superior products, one of which is gold savings. The focus of this research is 1) Implementation of Islamic marketing strategies for gold savings products in attracting customer interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP. Buleleng, 2) supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing Islamic marketing strategies for gold savings products in attracting customer interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP. Buleleng. The research method used is qualitative research which is a field. The data collected includes primary data and secondary data. Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is through data reduction, data models, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP. Buleleng has implemented elements of an Islamic marketing strategy, namely segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix through promotion. And in marketing, it is based on the characteristics of Islamic marketing, namely, theistic (rabbaniyah), ethical (akhlakiyyah), realistic (al-waqiyyah), and humanistic (al-insanniyah). The supporting factor above is the presence of competent employees. The inhibiting factors are the lack of public knowledge about gold savings and the existence of other rival agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the principle of justice in the profit sharing system for mudharabah products at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. KCU Surabaya. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the inductive method by developing facts or facts that were obtained and could be developed from the results of the research conducted. The object of this research is the application of the principle of fairness in determining the profit sharing of mudharabah financing products at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. KCU Surabaya. Field data shows that the profit sharing system implemented by PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCU Surabaya for mudharabah financing applies a profit sharing system with a profit sharing calculation method in the form of profit sharing projections. As for the application of the principle of justice in the profit sharing system at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCU Surabaya, it is carried out by carrying out the instrument for determining the agreed ratio at the time of the contract. Determination of the calculation of the agreed profit sharing ratio such as customer business data, installment capability, profit sharing, results of operations carried out and financing ratios. The implementation of the principle of justice in the profit sharing system at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCU Surabaya has been implemented as seen in the profit sharing calculation system that uses the projection method according to the customer's ability to return financing installments and projected profit sharing from the results of the business carried out. produk mudharabah di PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. KCU Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode induktif dengan mengembangkan fakta- fakta atau kenyataan yang didapatkan dan dapat dikembangkan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Objek penelitian ini adalah penerapan prinsip keadilan dalam penetapan bagi hasil pada produk pembiayaan mudharabah di PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. KCU Surabaya. Data lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem bagi hasil yang diterapkan oleh PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCU Surabaya pada pembiayaan mudharabah menerapkan sistem bagi hasil revenue sharing dengan metode perhitungan bagi hasil berupa proyeksi bagi hasil. Adapun untuk implementasi prinsisp keadilan dalam sistem bagi hasil di PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCU Surabaya diimplementasikan dengan dijalankannya instrumen penentuan nisbah yang disepakati pada saat akad. Penentuan perhitungan nisbah bagi hasil yang disepakati seperti data usaha nasabah, kemampuan angsuran, distribusi pembagian hasil, hasil usaha yang dijalankan serta nisbah pembiayaan. Implementasi prinsip keadilan dalam sistem bagi hasil di PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCU Surabaya ini sudah diimplementasikan telihat pada sistem perhitungan bagi hasil yang menggunakan metode proyeksi sesuai dengan kemampuan nasabah dalam angsuran pengembalian pembiayaan dan proyeksi bagi hasil dari hasil usaha yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that uses the Pancasila economic system. The Pancasila economy is a joint effort based on kinship and national cooperation. In terms of religion, the majority of Indonesian people are Muslims. Therefore, it is appropriate that the principles contained in the Pancasila economy are more inclined to the principles of Islamic economics. Shari’ah economic principles lead to the goal of improving the welfare of society. This is important to study, because according to the researchers assumptions, the implementation of the Pancasila economic system in Indonesia is still far from expectations. This study aims to explore and analyze the economic concept of Pancasila in a shari’ah economic perspective in order to find a new formula that does not cause social inequality, so that it can be applied to people's lives, especially in Indonesia. This type of research includes the type of literature (library research) which is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that Pancasila Economics and Sharia Economics both prioritize the principle of kinship in order to create justice and prosperity for society.

Abstract

Work Ethics in Bakeong Village Farmers who have a high work ethic, and related to the description of the Farmers' Work Ethic, the factors that influence the Farmers' Work Ethics, which are related to the Farmers' Work Ethics in the Islamic Economic Perspective. Bakeong Village Farmers' Work Ethics, factors influencing the Bakeong Village Farmers' Work Ethics, and also to find out the Village Farmers' Work Ethics in the perspective of Islamic Economics. Several important objects in this segment are the Bakeong Village Farmers community. So that the field research method uses a qualitative approach, while the method of extracting data is by using observation, interviews, and documentation. The work ethic of the Bakeong Village Farmers, Guluk-Guluk District, Sumenep Regency can be said to be in accordance with the existing theory, and the work ethic can be said to be high, because it can be seen from several indicators of the work ethic of each Bakeong Village Farmer. Likewise, the work ethic of Bakeong village farmers, Guluk-guluk sub-district, Sumenep district, in the perspective of Islamic Economics is also in accordance with what already exists and is applied in Islam

Abstract

Pada masa pemerintahan Sayyidina Umar, umat Muslim menghadapi tantangan ekonomi serius dalam bentuk paceklik yang melanda wilayah-wilayah Islam yg terjadi pada tahun Ramadah. Abstrak ini mencoba untuk memahami dampak dari periode paceklik tersebut terhadap perekonomian pada masa pemerintahan Sayyidina Umar. Berdasarkan sumber-sumber sejarah, abstrak ini menyajikan gambaran singkat mengenai penyebab terjadinya paceklik, langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh Sayyidina Umar untuk mengatasi krisis, serta dampak dari kebijakan ekonomi yang diberlakukan. Meskipun periode paceklik menimbulkan ketidakstabilan dan kesulitan ekonomi, kebijaksanaan Sayyidina Umar dalam menghadapinya berkontribusi pada pemulihan ekonomi umat Muslim dan memberikan pelajaran berharga dalam mengelola krisis ekonomi.

Abstract

Business and work activities are strongly influenced by the conditions of an area, where people live and live. In rural areas, people generally depend on agriculture and rice fields for their livelihood. As in Mengen Village, Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency, which is the location of this research, most of the people are engaged in agriculture, because the structure of the area is very suitable for the growth requirements of plants such as rice, vegetables, and the like. One way that is done by the community is by way of cooperation, because there are landowners who have several plots of land but cannot work on them for some reason so that the cultivators are represented by other people. Whereas in the distribution of the results it is divided each time of harvest, but sometimes in determining the distribution of the results there are parties who are disadvantaged, namely the land owner, because if there is a loss the cultivator does not want to know, the harvest is a profit or a loss, so this makes it not in accordance with Islamic economic views, because there is a tendency for one of the parties to be harmed. Therefore this research is to find out how the agricultural profit-sharing system is and whether the profit-sharing system is in accordance with the perspective of Islamic economics. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative which uses field research methods (primary data) and library research (secondary data). Primary data is data taken from the first source in the field, namely landowners and sharecroppers, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies by reading books and journals related to these problems. Based on the results obtained, the agricultural profit-sharing system in Mengen village is that the land owner provides seeds and costs, while sharecroppers provide the tools and work used to work on the land, then the harvest is divided based on the agreement of both parties at the beginning of the contract, namely 1/5 than 100% or 80:20, and the distribution of the harvest is in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

Seven Dream Syariah Hotel Jember merupakan bisnis penginapan satu-satunya penginapan yang mencantumkan label syariah pada usahanya. Tak heran karena bisnis berbasis syariah selalu basah disetiap tahunnya. Dengan begitu dalam melakukan bisnis yang mencantumkan label syariah pada bisnisnya haruslah mengikuti aturan-aturan yang berlaku dalam peraturan pemerintah hingga peraturan syariat Islam. Berkenaan dengan syariat Islam untuk menghindari hal-hal yang dilanggar, maka peneliti berfokus pada transaksi jasa dalam bisnis penginapan berbasis syariah yang telah di praktikkan oleh Seven Dream Syariah Hotel Jember Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini 1. Bagaimanakah transaksi jasa dalam penginapan berbasis syariah di Seven Dream Syariah Hotel Jember?. 2. Bagaimanakah transaksi jasa dalam penginapan berbasis syariah di Seven Dream Syariah Hotel Jember perspektif hukum ekonomi Islam?. Untuk menjawab fokus penelitian tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan. Data yang dikumpulkan peneliti meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Sedangkan sumber data yang diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui, reduksi data, display dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa transaksi jasa dalam penginapan berbasis syariah perspektif hukum ekonomi Islam di Seven Dream Syariah Hotel Jember yakni: pertama adanya ‘aqidain, mu’jir dan musta’jir telah baligh. Objek dari transaksi ini yaitu sewa kamar tamu, ruang pertemuan dan jasa laundry. Dalam pentarifan tidak adanya wujudul tabaduli yang di karenakan kurangnya inforsmasi yang mengakibatkan ketidak jelasan. Praktik transaksi ini sah-sah saja apabila musta’jir tidak keberatan untuk membayar tarif sewa tersebut. Sebaliknya jika mu’jir tidak memberikan informasi lengkap dan keberatan maka hukumnya tidak sah.

Abstract

This Tiga Bintang Home Industry has used Islamic business ethics, in accordance with the Islamic ethics that have been implemented by the leaders of the Tiga Bintang Home Industry. Therefore, the Tiga Bintang Home Industry has been confirmed to be good at producing it. With this Three Bintang Home Industry, it provides good service and the people around the Tiga Bintang Home Industry feel the benefits. This study aims to answer the question, how is the Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in the production of Tape Tiga Bintang Kescal Sukosari Bondowoso and what are the factors that become obstacles in production. Tape Three Stars Shells Sukosari Bondowoso. The research method used is field research or commonly called qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observation of production activities, and documentation. The research results obtained are that the Tiga Bintang Home Industry Tape has implemented Islamic ethical principles in its production activities, namely: ihsan, itqon, faith, taqwa, istiqomah and maslahah and working in a halal field but an ethical barrier that is not optimally applied. Namely, istiqomah because raw materials are an obstacle to the production factor, the Three Star Tape home industry, and there are supporting factors that are a separate guideline for the three star home industry, namely good human resources, that is what makes this Home Industry more and more customers and growing because it is careful in choosing HR, so it is really good in terms of Management, Service and Implementing Islamic Ethical Values.

Abstract

Service is an act to provide comfort to customers. Good service is a service that is economically profitable and procedurally easy and enjoyable as a separate image for BMT progress by showing truly satisfying performance to customers. So it can be said that service quality has considerable influence in determining customer interest in using services which in this case is saving. Even though the desired expectations for satisfying customers from good service are not as easy as imagined. because customers do not always tell about their wishes about things that exist in the BMT structure, unless we watch ourselves and anticipate various kinds customer mindset. To facilitate understanding in this study, the researchers used qualitative research methods. By multiplying digging data sources from various literature relating to good service procedures. The data obtained by researchers in the field included interviews with the leadership of the BMT NU Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Branch to find out the service system implemented by the BMT NU. In addition, data collection techniques were carried out by researchers by means of interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, the presence of researchers is very important because researchers are human instruments as well as data collectors.
