Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance before and after the bonds at PT STTP Tbk for the period 2011-2017 and to find out the existence of a bond issuance policy to minimize the WACC so as to increase the Valeur de l'entreprise. The financial performance of PT STTP Tbk in the period 2011-2017 concluded that a healthy and good company ‘cause the results of financial ratio analysis are ratio de liquidité, ratio d'endettement, activity ratios, profitability ratios and the results of an analysis of market value added are positive and increasing. The use of capital, namely by issuing bonds at PT STTP Tbk in March 2014 was optimal because it was able to minimize the WACC so as to increase the Valeur de l'entreprise. Keyword: current ratio, quick ratio, debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover, inventory turnover,GPM, NPM, OPM, market value added, weighted of average cost of capital, corporate value.

Abstract

Human resources owned by the company must have the ability to run a business, given the factors of service provided by these employees greatly determine the of the company in the future. The ability that have been possessed must continue to be honed continuously through work experience, training, competence, discipline, work motivation was to determine the relationship of motivation, commitment and work discipline to employee performance at the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital. This research is descriptive-quantitative with a sample population of 99 employees and correlations Rank Spearmaking and Hypothesis Test. That (1) motivation for the performance of employees of the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital. This is shown by obtaining tcount (5,107) greater than t table (1,661). (2) commitment to the performance of employees of the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital. This is indicated by the obtained tcount (6,805) greater than t table (1,661). (3) to work discipline with the performance of employees of the General University of Indonesia Christian Hospital. This is indicated by the obtained tcount (6.929) greater than t table (1.661). Based on study, it can be concluded that if motivation, commitment and work discipline are carried out properly, it performance of the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital, but it needs to be addressed and improved such as giving more motivation so that employees are more active in working so that the level of in accordance with the goals and company expectations. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture, the relationship between leadership and employee performance at PT. AKA Sinar group data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. This study had a sample of 20 employees and the data were analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis using SPSS Version 20. Research can show that (1) seeing the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture with employee performance at PT. AKA Sinar group. With Rank Spearman analysis obtained correlation value of 0.556 with a significance of 0.011 < 0.05, positive value and thre is a moderate relatinship. (2) There is an relationship with employee performance at PT. AKA Sinar group obtained spearman rank correlation coefficient of (0.455) and the significance of 0.44 < 0.05, with these results can be taken a decision that is positive and there is a moderate relationship. Abstract

labor is one of the important factors that must be considered by the company, both leaders and employees who are determinants in order to the a achieve company goals. This leadership style is basically a transformational leadership style that a leaders creating a vision and environment that motivates subordinates a expectations. besides that it takes organizational culture that is an employees to act, think, and solve problems so as to guide them in working. Abstract

To realize the Vision and Mission of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) in the form of sovereignty, sustainability and welfare, there is the concern to build small islands and border areas with the Integrated Marine and Fisheries Center (SKPT) program in an integrated and comprehensive manner. This study aims to look at the norms of what is best for building small islands in the border region in terms of the development of fisheries centers. The target is to meet the nutritional needs of local communities, support national food security and generate state revenues through export activities as well as accelerate local economic growth. Abstract

FEB UKI experienced the problem of fluctuating the number of students who should be addressed by improving the quality of service through improving the quality of human resources in UKI, so that it would have an impact on the interest of prospective new students to choose FEB UKI and ultimately influence their level of satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to know what factors influence students choosing to study at the FEB UKI Accounting Undergraduate study program. The results showed that 1) Factors influencing old students choosing yo study in the S-1 Accounting Study Program FEB UKI were factors 1 such as person variables, physical evidence, prosesses, products and costs, while factor 2 such as reference group variables, self and family desires. 2) Factors influencing new students choosing to study at the S-1 Accounting Study Program FEB UKI are factors 1 such as cost variable, own desire, person, promotion, group references, and process, while factor 2 is product variable, physical evidence, and family. Abstract

Leadership is a process to influence or to give examole by by the leaders to their followers ini order to achieve the goal of the group or the company organization. The natural way to lern leadership is to do it in the job and to be an apprentice for a lecture, practitioner etc. in this relation the leaders are expected to give their role as a lesson / instruction. Credible leaders are leaders with hagh integrity who use thei power etically and morally, fair and correct for their community. Only the credible leaders could be a leader of vision who could rely on their way towards the future together. Abstract

The products displayed in advertisements are products that have been designed by advertising companies both in terms of the attractiveness of the role of the model and the presentation of advertisements that commonly use the role of humor in advertising. The role of humor consists of words presented in advertisements, behaviors and communication styles. With the role of humor and the attractiveness of advertising models can attract consumer buying interest. However, to find out and prove it real, further research must be done. This research method uses research descriptive quantitative method by collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Role of Humor in Advertising affects the Purchase Interest, while Attractiveness influences buying interest. Abstract

Technological developments have been used to support the company's performance in various fields. Company data processing related to cash outlays and cash income on CV. Green Iroha Bekasi which is still manually applied using accounting software, namely Zahir Accounting Version 5.1. Processing using Zahir Accounitng version 5.1 aims to ensure that all financial data in the company are not overlooked starting from estimates, recording, accounting to reports so that the company can find out the company's financial position in a certain period of time. Le Minerale is a brand of bottled mineral in Indonesia, purchased by PT. Tirta Fresindo Jaya which isa subsidiary of Mayora Indah, Engaged in the beverages sector. Brand equity, brand awareness, andattitudestowards consumers’ purchase intentionof the Le Minerale brand, to students atChristian University of Indonesia, Jakarta.The research method used by author is qualitative descriptive.
