Abstract

Rapid changes in consumer behavior in the post-digital era demand adaptation of e-commerce marketing strategies, especially related to the increasing demand for value-based content. This research aims to identify and analyze effective marketing strategies in meeting consumer expectations for relevant, ethical and meaningful content. By using the approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR) through the PRISMA framework, this research finds that a value-based storytelling approach, the use of AI, and integration of sustainability are the main strategies in meeting this demand. The implications of this research indicate that e-commerce companies need to adopt value-based content to build stronger relationships with consumers and create long-term loyalty.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between leadership styles and employee work engagement, with the aim of identifying the most effective leadership styles in increasing work engagement. Using approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research analyzes various studies related to transformational, transactional, autocratic and participative leadership styles. The research results show that transformational and participative leadership styles significantly increase employee work engagement, while autocratic and transactional styles tend to reduce engagement. The implications of this research provide practical recommendations for organizations to adopt a leadership style that supports employee empowerment and intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

This research explores key strategies for improving supply chain resilience in the face of disruption across a range of industries. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research analyzes various literature that discusses technology, supplier diversification, collaboration, and capacity management as strategies for facing global challenges such as pandemics, natural disasters, and geopolitical tensions. The research results show that the adoption of digital technologies and close collaboration with suppliers has proven effective in increasing resilience, while the Just-in-Time model is often vulnerable to major disruptions. This research provides important implications for supply chain management practitioners to adopt more adaptive and resilient strategies.

Abstract

Circular economy principles are increasingly important in supporting the sustainability of company operations, but their application in operational strategies is still less systematically mapped out. This research aims to identify the circular economy principles that are most often integrated into operational strategies through approaches Systematic Literature Review PRISMA protocol based. The research results revealed four main principles, namely Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Closed-loop Production Systems, Prolonging Product Life Cycle, And Resource Efficiency and Waste Minimization, which contributes significantly to the company's operational efficiency and sustainability. This study provides new insights to the academic literature and practical guidance for industry in adopting the circular economy.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of online reviews and ratings on consumer trust in e-commerce, with the aim of identifying the key factors that influence this dynamic. Using a Systematic Literature Review approach, this study examines relevant studies to explore the role of positive, negative reviews, and elements such as reviewer credibility in shaping consumer trust. The results show that the quality and authenticity of reviews have a significant impact on consumer trust, which has implications for better review management strategies for e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of mental health support strategies on employee productivity in various industrial sectors. The main aim of this research is to explore various mental health programs, such as psychological counseling, stress management training, and work-life balance policies, and their impact on increasing productivity. The method used was a systematic review of 50 studies published between 2014-2024. Research results show that implementing mental health programs can increase employee productivity by 15-25%, with proactive strategies proving to be more effective than reactive strategies. The implications of this research show the importance of integrating mental health programs in organizational policies to improve employee well-being and business performance.

Abstract

This research explores how organizations are integrating freelancers and contractors in their workforce strategies to face the future of an increasingly dynamic world of work. Using a systematic literature review approach, this study analyzes the challenges, strategies and benefits of flexible workforce integration in various sectors. The findings show that although organizations face challenges in maintaining effective culture and collaboration, the integration of a non-permanent workforce increases a company's flexibility and competitiveness. The practical implications of this research provide guidance for HR practitioners to design policies that support a flexible workforce in the context of digital transformation.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the main dimensions of employee well-being that influence organizational performance, using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA methodology. The research results show that psychological and social well-being have a significant impact on productivity, innovation and employee retention, while physical, career and financial dimensions of well-being also contribute to organizational performance. The implications of this research provide guidance for organizations in designing effective wellness programs to improve long-term business outcomes.

Abstract

Employee retention is a complex challenge for SMEs in Indonesia, given the high turnover rates that can disrupt company stability and productivity. In the context of SMEs in Kendari, this issue has become more urgent due to the lack of effective human resource policies to retain quality employees. This study identifies a knowledge gap regarding effective retention strategies in SMEs, focusing on employee welfare and career development. The research employs a qualitative approach, conducting in-depth interviews with SME owners, employees, and HR practitioners to gather data on the factors influencing employee retention. The findings provide practical implications for designing better HR management policies in SMEs, which can reduce turnover rates and enhance employee loyalty and productivity. Additionally, this study contributes theoretically to the development of knowledge on human resource management in small businesses, which are often overlooked in managerial literature.

Abstract

Employee turnover in SMEs is a significant challenge faced by the small and medium-sized business sector, particularly in underdeveloped regions. In Muna Regency, employee turnover in SMEs has been increasing due to factors such as low wages and limited career development opportunities. While several studies have been conducted in large corporations, research related to turnover in SMEs, especially in this region, is still very limited. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with business owners, employees, and related parties to identify the factors influencing turnover and strategies that can be applied to reduce it. The findings suggest that performance-based incentives, skill development through training, and creating a positive work environment are effective strategies to reduce employee turnover in SMEs in Muna Regency. The implications of this study indicate that more structured and professional human resource management strategies are needed to reduce turnover and enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs in the region.
