Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of village fund programs, opportunities, and transformational leadership. This study uses quantitative research methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The population that is the object of this study is the village apparatus, BPD, and RW villages in Pakis Aji Jepara District with a total of 196 people. The sample in this study used a saturated sample. The data collection technique used a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of the village fund program, opportunities, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on the variable of community participation in village financial management. Simultaneously, the village fund program, opportunities, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on the variable of community participation in village financial management

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the paternalistic leadership style is analyzed in improving employee work effectiveness at Genzia Dental Care Sangatta and the impact of this leadership style on enhancing employee performance. This research is a case study and field research, using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the paternalistic leadership style at Genzia Dental Care Sangatta incorporates benevolent and morale leadership aspects. This is evident from various indicators, such as requiring employees to follow procedures and standards, involving them in decision-making, accepting criticism and suggestions, showing concern for employees' personal lives, maintaining formal and informal relationships with employees, providing attention and guidance to underperforming employees, offering better working conditions, treating all employees fairly, and respecting differing opinions. Although many of these indicators are well-implemented, there is still a lack of strictness in enforcing rules, which leads to frequent rule violations by employees

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the management of the implementation of East Kalimantan Governor Regulation Number 49 of 2020 concerning regional financial assistance, as well as to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. The research findings indicate that, in general, the management of regional financial assistance in East Kalimantan Province has been carried out in accordance with the normative framework of Governor Regulation Number 49 of 2020. However, its implementation faces various challenges in terms of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

Most construction and building industries maximize productivity through labor and equipment. This increase will impact the number of workplace accidents, particularly in construction activities. Generally, an increase in workplace accidents will lead to a decrease in productivity. The construction and building industry is characterized by long working hours, a stressful work environment, and the use of high-risk equipment, particularly at PT. Waskita Karya. One approach is to increase employee productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Program on Employee Productivity at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, Sangatta. The analytical tool used was a quantitative method. Data analysis is the process of simplifying data into a form that is easier to read and interpret, or a method of processing data into information so that its characteristics are easily understood and useful for solving problems, especially those related to research. The results of the study, which examined the effect of occupational health and safety (K3) variables on employee productivity, revealed an R-square of 73.8%. This indicates that the company has provided facilities in the form of occupational health and safety (K3) for employees so that they feel safe working and can reduce the risk of work accidents and increase the comfort of the work environment so that employees feel protected while working. In addition, the results of the t-test that the t-count of 16.463 > t-table = 1.984 can be interpreted as health and safety at work have a significant effect on productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance at KSPPS BMT Al Hikmah Semesta. This study uses a quantitative approach. The variables used in this study are Transformational Leadership (X) and employee performance (Y). The population in this study was all 299 employees at KSPPS BMT Al Hikmah Semesta across 40 branch offices. The sample in this study used saturated sampling, where the entire population was sampled. Data collection used questionnaires and literature review. The data analysis method used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership influences employee performance at KSPPS BMT Al Hikmah Semesta Mlonggo Jepara. This means that the higher the implementation of transformational leadership, the higher the employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze tourism potential and develop appropriate development strategies for tourism managers in Sekerat Village, Bengalon District, East Kutai Regency. The research sample was 100 respondents who were taken using convenience or opportunity sampling techniques. Using quantitative research with descriptive analysis that can be seen with four measurements, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and ancillary. This study found that tourism in Sekerat Village, Bengalon District, East Kutai Regency has the potential as superior tourism in Sekerat Village, Bengalon District, East Kutai Regency based on an assessment of four aspects (attractions, amenities, accessibility and ancillary) but there are still some weaknesses such as the absence of a halal guarantee. food products, the unavailability transportation to go to tourist attractions, and the lack of optimal cooperation between the government and managers. Based on these results, it can be concluded that it is necessary to improve tourism potential in Sekerat Village, Bengalon District, East Kutai Regency, so that in this study researchers will develop a tourism development strategy in Sekerat Village, Bengalon District, East Kutai Regency

Abstract

Research uses quantitative methods with data collection methods using questionnaires, instrument test methods (validity and reliability), percentage deskrictive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis (R2), t test and F test using SPSS for Windows version 16. Partial test results of Income variables: That is t calculate 3,348 > t table 2,003 means a partially significant effect, variable Price: t calculate 0.265 < t table 2,003 means insignificant effect, variable Taste: t calculate 3,500 > t table 2,003 means a significant effect partially. Simultaneous test results are the value of F calculated 63,316 > F table 3.16. It can be concluded simultaneously Revenue, Price and taste influence the decision to buy Samsung brand mobile phones at LA Cell Sangatta.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of product differentiation, price and facilities on consumer purchase decisions of Igloo Desert Bar Italian Gelato Sangatta. This research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnairesto consumer of Igloo Desert Bar Italian Gelato Sangatta. Residential real estate, with a sample of 96 respondents. At the same time, data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The finding denoted that partially and simultaneously, product differentiation, prices and facilities variable affected significant the purchase decisions of Igloo desert Bar Italian Gelato Sangatta. The simultaneous effect of product differentiation, prices, and facilities variables on purchase decisions was 0,000 < 0,05, on the other hand, the partially effect of the product differentiation variable on purchase decisions was 46,81%, the partially effect of the price variable on purchase decisions was 33,48%, and the effect of the facilities variable on the purchase decision was 38,89%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the formation model, legal process, capital sources, work plans, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative in Batealit Subdistrict, Jepara Re-gency. The study was conducted from 16 September to 10 October 2025 using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with subdistrict officials and eleven village governments implement-ing the program in the area. The results show that ten villages chose the new cooperative formation model, while Sumosari Village chose the existing cooperative development model. All cooperatives have obtained legality in accordance with the provisions of Permenkumham Number 13 of 2025, which was facilitated through coordination between the village government, subdistrict, and Jepara Regency Cooperative Office. In terms of capital, cooperatives in Batealit Subdistrict still rely on basic savings and mandatory member sav-ings, as well as self-help support from administrators. However, limited understanding of the financing mech-anisms as stipulated in Minister of Finance Regulation No. 49 of 2025 and limited village budget capacity are the main obstacles to applying for loans. Most cooperatives are still in the institutional preparation stage and have not yet actively carried out business activities, except in Geneng Village, which has started economic activities through a grocery store. Overall, the formation of these cooperatives reflects the actual implementation of Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2025 as an effort to strengthen village economic independence based on mutual cooperation institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style and organizational climate on burnout among lecturers at Universitas Teknologi Mataram. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consisted of lecturers at Universitas Teknologi Mataram, with a sample of 79 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS software. The results showed that leadership style had a significant negative effect on lecturer burnout with a t-value of -3.217 and a significance value of 0.002. Organizational climate also had a significant negative effect on burnout with a t-value of -4.581 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, leadership style and organizational climate significantly affected burnout with an F-value of 38.624 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.504, indicating that 50.4% of lecturer burnout could be explained by leadership style and organizational climate.
