Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design and create a Microsoft Excel Macro application in the information system at the Hj Ninik Kustiani Samarinda Clinic. The object of this research is the Hj Clinic. Ninik Kustiani Samarinda. Data collection techniques are field studies and library research. The analysis tool used is the Microsoft Excel Macro (VBA) program command. The research results show that this application can make it easier to input data, save data, edit data, delete data, cancel data input, and print reports according to clinic needs. So the use of an Information System using Macro Microsoft Excel provides great benefits, especially in helping integrated or computerized work processes at the Hj Ninik Kustiani Samarinda Clinic.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to design and create pharmacy applications using Microsoft Excel Macros at Darul Hayyi Pharmacy. The object of this research is Darul Hayyi Samarinda Pharmacy. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis tool used is the Microsoft Excel Macros program. The results of this study show that by applying Microsoft Excel Macros to the pharmacy information system, it can provide several advantages such as facilitating work or activities related to the Darul Hayyi Pharmacy Information System, such as inputting master data, inputting over-the-counter drug sales activities and drug sales with a doctor's prescription, and purchasing drug supplies. The speed and accuracy of accessing data makes it easy to create the reports needed. And by using Microsoft Excel Macros can minimize errors that usually occur if done manually

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of celebrity endorsement and testimonials perception on purchasing interest in buying user social media Instagram at Daviena Skincare Sangatta. In this research, the observed population consists of consumers at Daviena Skincare Sangatta, with a sample of 97 respondents selected to determine the influence of celebrity endorsement, testimonials and interest in buying. Method:The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 21, applying multiple regression analysis to derive. Abstract

This research focuses on the development of community-based tourism (community based tourism) as an effort to encourage sustainable tourism development. The increase in tourism destinations and investment which makes the tourism sector a key factor in income, job creation and business development is the background of this research. Therefore, an approach is needed that contains the concept of sustainable tourism development that involves the active participation of local communities. The concept of sustainable tourism has four main principles which consist of, being environmentally sustainable, socially and culturally acceptable, economically viable and making appropriate use of existing technology. This concept is one of the strategies in community-based tourism to achieve the goals of sustainable tourism development by involving the community in its management. Previous research shows that local community-based tourism development is able to provide positive impacts such as improvements in the economic sector, development of an entrepreneurial spirit and increased community creativity. There are three principles in the community-based tourism development strategy, namely: 1) Involving the community in every decision making, 2) There is certainty from local communities to receive benefits from tourism activities, 3) Providing training and educationtourism for local communities. Apart from that (community bass tourism) can be identified as a strategy for community economic development through empowerment, independence, conservation, sustainability and cultural improvement for more optimal livelihoods in the community

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the buying interest of the café about coffee in Sangatta through the variables of product innovation and perceived product quality. The existence of a café about coffee today is not only a place to spend time while enjoying a cup of coffee, but also as a meeting place to share information about the condition of the surrounding environment and has become a lifestyle for the community. From the results of the analysis of the discussion conducted by the author, the research results show that simultaneously product innovation and perceived product quality have an effect on buying interest in cafes about coffee and partially perceived product quality has a significant effect on buying interest. However, product innovation does not have a significant effect on buying interest in cafes about coffee in Sangatta, while the simultaneous effect of product innovation, perceived product quality has a significant effect on buying interest

Abstract

PT. Persada Arta Pratama Sangatta is one of the suppliers for PT. Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) which is engaged in the construction sector which is the provision and maintenance of plants (nursery) for greening in the PT. KPC Sangatta area. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Persada Arta Pratama in Sangatta. This study uses a descriptive approach with quantitative data, where research data is obtained from respondents' answers regarding research variables through questionnaires. The sample used is based on the population in this study, namely 36 employees at PT. Persada Arta Pratama. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that (1) communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Persada Arta Pratama in Sangatta. This indicates that the better the communication, the better the employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Persada Arta Pratama in Sangatta. This indicates that the higher the motivation given, the higher the employee performance. (3) The work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. This means that good or bad work environment will not have a significant impact on employee performance at PT. Abstract

CV. Nisa Catering Sangatta was established in Sangatta on January 7, 2019 by Notary Redi Allo Padang, S.H., M.Kn. The author wants to research how to improve employee productivity strategies at CV. Nisa Catering Sangatta. The main focus of this study is to identify factors that influence employee productivity at CV. Nisa Catering Sangatta. This study uses a qualitative method. In this study, data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The data obtained were then processed and then developed into certain relationship patterns. In this study, the data sources used were primary data sources and secondary data. The results of the study explain that the strategy used at CV. Nisa Catering Sangatta implements a focus on improving skills through routine training, providing incentives and rewards to motivate employees, encouraging open communication between management and employees to ensure that any problems or obstacles in work can be resolved quickly and adopting a digital management system to manage work schedules, orders, and inventory. This study reveals that the company also creates a conducive work environment with adequate facilities. These steps are designed to provide the motivation and support necessary for employees to work more efficiently and productively

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Management Accounting Information System and Performance Measurement System on Managerial Performance at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Tbk. This research uses a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The respondents in this research were the Business and Administration Department at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. The independent variable used in this research is Managerial Performance. In this research, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the management accounting information system and performance measurement system have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. So it can be concluded that H1 and H2 are accepted. The research results also show that the management accounting information system and performance measurement system simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on managerial performance at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Tbk

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to find out and analyze sales promotion in increasing consumer buying interest at the Jarwan Bakery Sangatta Bread Factory. The analysis method used is qualitative analysis. In this study, data analysis has been carried out simultaneously with the data collection process. The analysis flow follows the interactive analysis model as expressed by Miles and Huberman in the book by Sugiyono (2018: 246). The population in this study were 9 employees and owners of the Jarwan Bakery Sangatta Bread Factory, From the results of the analysis of the discussion conducted by the author, this study uses 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Jarwan bread factory sales have decreased, this decline is due to the large number of competitors in similar business fields who have also entered the market in the Sangatta area, similar competitors come from outside the area, such as Balikpapan, Jakarta, and others. Sales promotion is still traditional, namely word of mouth, word-of-mouth or promotion that relies on word-of-mouth communication is a form of promotion. Where similar competitors have already used online marketing media. Consumers' buying interest in Jarwan bakery increased after learning information about quality bread products through friend-to-friend promotions
