Abstract

The implementation of the Termination of Employment system has rules that are per the work contract agreement mutually agreed upon by the Al-Ishlah Foundation and teachers/employees at MIT Al-Ishlah. This research aims to describe the implementation of employment relations through work agreements and the implementation of the teacher and employee termination system at MIT Al-Ishlah. The research used descriptive qualitative methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that: The implementation of employment relations through work agreements for teachers and employees at MIT Al-Ishlah, namely the appointment, placement, transfer and dismissal of teachers and employees is the full right of the Al-Ishlah Foundation after coordinating with the Madrasah Head based on a work agreement or collective work agreement with the teacher/employee concerned; In implementing the teacher and employee termination system at MIT Al-Ishlah, there are 7 types of employment termination, namely: termination of employment by the foundation, termination of employment due to sanctions imposed on employees, termination of employment due to resignation, termination of employment due to death, termination of employment due to retirement, termination of employment due to the end of the employment contract, and termination of employment work because the teacher/employee is sick for 12 consecutive months or annually. So, it is concluded that the implementation of employment relations through employment agreements for teachers and employees at MIT Al-Ishlah per Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers Article 25 paragraph 3, while the implementation of the teacher and termination system at MIT Al-Ishlah is implemented based on articles 73 and 74.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is currently being widely promoted by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture as an embodiment of new policies. The research aimed to explain the implementation of the curriculum to improve the quality of graduates, strategies for developing teaching staff as a step to improve the quality of student output and study the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the Merdeka curriculum. The research used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection used observation, interviews, and triangulation analysis. To achieve learning objectives, teacher guidance is carried out through training. The research results show that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum at MAN 1 Kepahiang is carried out through a series of management consisting of planning, regulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages. In implementing the Merdeka curriculum, there are several obstacles, including insufficient availability of human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and real conditions in the field which often contradict the conditions expected by the government. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include training and competency development for teachers and education staff, increasing support from parents and the community, improving facilities and infrastructure, strengthening supervision and monitoring, and developing cooperation between stakeholders. Based on various data and information obtained, the researcher concluded that the implementation of the curriculum to improve the quality of graduates at MAN 1 Kepahiang was adjusted to the needs of the madrasah. To achieve learning goals, especially in realizing educational goals in Madrasas, it is necessary to carry out processes of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and supervising the course of the curriculum in learning in Madrasas to advance the quality of learning, quality of education, which will ultimately support the realization of improving the quality of graduates.

Abstract

Learning outcomes in Arabic language subjects in secondary schools are still low, so effective teaching materials are needed to improve Arabic language learning outcomes. The study aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of developing electronic modules based on blended learning flipped classroom in class X Arabic subjects at Nuraida Islamic Boarding School Bogor. The study uses a development model Borg and Gall which is integrated with the Rowntree model. To test the feasibility of the researcher using validation from media experts, design experts and material experts and also considering the results of user responses from teachers and students. From the results of the feasibility test carried out by material experts at 81.33%, instructional design/media experts at 90%, teacher users at 90% and student users at 95%. Overall, the category was "very feasible". The results of the pretest and posttest data analysis show that the average pretest score of students is 52 and the average posttest score of students is 90, while the maximum average score is 70. Based on effectiveness testing using the N-Gain Score formula, a result of 0.8 was obtained in the high category or a percentage of 90. Per the conversion of the achievement level of the N-Gain score review results with a value of >76 which is categorized as effective. This means that the e-module developed is effective in improving student learning outcomes in Arabic language subjects. So, it can be concluded that the electronic module based on the blended learning flipped classroom in Arabic subjects that was developed is feasible and effective to use.

Abstract

Education has a big impact on people and society. The tenets of Islamic educational philosophy provide a solid basis for guiding a comprehensive and spiritual learning process within the context of Islamic education. Investigating how Islamic educational philosophy can be applied to 21st-century learning at SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Curup is the aim of this project. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach as its main focus, which is the method employed in this study. This study used triangulation, documentation, interviews, and observation as data gathering methods. The analysis's findings demonstrate that these ideas are still applicable to SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Curup's 21st century curriculum. The findings of this study help SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Curup better grasp the applicability of Islamic educational philosophy's tenets to 21st-century learning. Creating a curriculum and instructional strategies that are more appropriate for the modern Islamic educational setting is one of the practical consequences of the research. It is believed that this study will help educational institutions like SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Curup successfully incorporate Islamic teaching concepts into the 21st-century learning environment. The study's findings demonstrate that Islamic educational philosophy's tenets are still applicable and advantageous in the context of SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Curup's 21st-century curriculum.

Abstract

The problem that occurs at MTS Ar-Rahmah is that there are negative behaviors carried out by students such as violating rules during school hours such as students who arrive late, deliberately do not participate in activities while at school. This study aims to find out how to implement the formation of student character in learning the moral creed of MTS Ar-Rahmah. The research method used is to use a qualitative research approach with the type of qualitative descriptive research, namely research that describes or describes the state or status of a phenomenon. The results of this study show that (1) The process of implementing character formation in learning moral beliefs at MTS Ar-Rahmah is the character of honesty, fairness, responsibility, care, and respect. It is implemented by introducing character values to students, motivating students to have these character values and getting used to doing (2) The results of the implementation of character formation in learning moral beliefs at MTS Ar-Rahmah are that students are honest, students have been really honest in carrying out prayers, then do not cheat during learning evaluation, student responsibility has completed the task on time, Peduli like wanting to help his friend to understand the prayer material, Respect like respecting his friend's opinion that is different from his, then jointly discussed to get a conclusion that is in accordance with the material being studied. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a change in student behavior, especially in the faith and morals of students after implementing the MTS Ar-Rahmah student character building program.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the fundamental ideas behind the planning of the Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) learning system. This study employed a liberal research methodology, drawing instances from earlier classes and basing it on written tests. This study is qualitative. Data collection comes from logical diary articles, news from local governments, and research results from theories and books. The result of this PAI Learning system planning research is to bring innovations to the world of education so that teachers know that learning system planning integrates teachers into the performance of their educators' duties to meet student learning needs. However, PAI learning system planning is not done independently but is carried out through activities involving individuals. Thus, it can be said that the learning system is influenced by a number of elements and circumstances.

Abstract

Education is a deliberate process that aims to maximize the potential of engaged learners by equipping them with the knowledge, abilities, and moral qualities that the nation and society demand, in addition to their religious beliefs and self-control. The research aims to identify the system of religious spiritual character formation from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy at SDIT Semarak. This research is field research carried out by the author, using the Qualitative Descriptive Research method, namely describing clearly what happens in the field, which produces data in the form of written and verbal data from the behavior of people who can be observed. A qualitative approach with analytical techniques, namely content analysis, data reduction and data verification. The results of the research show that the formation of religious spiritual character at SDIT Semarak is realized through the daily habituation of students and the entire school community from morning until after school and there are also additional hours for extracurricular activities related to character values held in an integrative manner by all levels. school. It can be concluded that with daily habits that are integrated with spiritual character, SDIT Semarak students feel more helped in realizing religious spiritual character in themselves.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of using authentic assessment on the motivation and learning achievement of students at SD IT Semarak Rejang Lebong, especially in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This research applies a descriptive and qualitative approach with a focus on SD IT Semarak Rejang Lebong. In line with John Creswell's definition of qualitative research, this methodology involves open data collection, analysis of text or images, representation of information through figures and tables, and personal interpretation of findings. The implementation of authentic assessment in PAI learning at SDIT Semarak Rejang Lebong is believed to be able to improve learning outcomes and student creativity. In this context, authentic assessment is considered very effective because it encourages students to demonstrate their individual abilities. Although some students may have unsatisfactory learning results, the majority of them overall get good grades. If there are students who have not reached Minimum Competency (KKM), the teacher takes remedial steps to provide additional assistance and improve student understanding. Overall, this research highlights that the implementation of authentic assessment in PAI learning at SD IT Semarak Rejang Lebong has a positive impact on students' motivation and learning achievement, namely with remedial steps taken to support their development.

Abstract

The research aims to investigate several aspects, namely: 1) How are innovative assessment methods applied in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SDN 32 Rejang Lebong? 2) How is the independent curriculum implemented in the learning context? 3) How will innovative assessment develop in the Society 5.0 era? The type of research is qualitative, with data sources coming from various types of qualitative research. The research results show that SDN 32 applies innovative assessment methods using creative instruments such as projects, experiments, and so on which are unique. Characteristics include an orientation to deep skills, support for diversity, use of technology, and flexibility in the form of projects, open exams, and oral presentations. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum is carried out by reducing the Basic Competencies in each subject, allowing teachers and students to focus more on essential competencies for continued learning at the next level. The essence of independent learning is giving freedom to teachers and students in the learning process. On the other hand, the independent curriculum for students and teachers involves special characteristics, namely the implementation of Project Based Learning together to develop soft skills and character in accordance with the Pancasila student profile. The focus is on essential material so that there is sufficient time for in-depth learning related to basic competencies, such as literacy and numeracy. Apart from that, teachers flexibility to carry out differentiated learning according to student's abilities.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 01 Rejang Lebong is an Islamic educational institution that is committed to providing quality Islamic religious education to children. In an effort to improve children's ability to memorize short verses, the use of effective learning methods is the key to success. One of the methods that is often used in learning short verses of the Quran is the repetition method. The purpose of this study is to identify the methods that teachers employ in repetition to help students at MIN 01 Rejang Lebong become better at memorizing brief verses. Descriptive qualitative research methodology is employed. Data was gathered by means of linked document research, interviews, and observation. According to the study's findings, educators employ a range of tactics, such as using engaging instructional materials, a variety of teaching approaches, and suitable motivation and assessment systems. These results can help researchers and educators enhance the efficacy of instruction, particularly when it comes to helping pupils at MIN 01 Rejang Lebong memorize brief poems through repetition. The conclusion of this study is that teachers need to apply various strategies that include regular repetition, in the context of this repetition using the Jama' method, by using repetition can help students enter their memorization into long-term memory, so that their memorization is permanent.
