Abstract

The research aims to examine the effect of Sustainability Report Disclosure on Financial Performance with the moderating variable Company size. The research population is all energy issuers on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The variable used is Financial Performance as the dependent variable, Sustainability Report Disclosure as an independent variable, and Company Size as a moderation variable. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method, and a total of 44 samples of issuers were obtained. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear analysis, moderated regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partial Sustainability Report Disclosure has a negative effect on Financial Performance and Company Size has a positive effect on Financial Performance. The results of this research for the moderating variable, namely Company Size, are able to moderate (strengthen) the negative influence of Sustainable Report Disclosure on Financial Performance.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the Effect of Leverage and Capital Intensity on Tax Management Moderated by Company Size. Population of Consumer-Non Cyclical Issuers of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 Period. The variables used in this study are Tax Management as the dependent variable; Leverage and Capital Intensity as independent variables; and Company Size as the Moderation variable. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and obtained 74 Company samples. The analysis methods used were Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Analysis, Hypothesis Testing and Moderation Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially Leverage has a negative effect on Tax Management and Capital Intensity has no effect on Tax Management. The results of this study for the moderating variable, namely Company Size, are able to moderate (strengthen) the negative influence of Leverage on Tax Management and Company Size is not able to moderate Capital Intensity on Tax Management.

Abstract

The study aims to test the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Audit Committee, and the number of Audit Committee Meetings on Audit Report Lag with the moderating variable of company size. The study population is all Basic Materials Issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method, and 63 issuer samples were obtained. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and moderation regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the size of the Board of Commissioners has a negative effect on Audit Report Lag, the size of the Audit Committee has a positive effect on Audit Report Lag, and the variable number of Audit Committee meetings has no effect on Audit Report Lag. The results of the study for the moderating variable, namely Company Size, are able to moderate (weaken) the negative effect of the Size of the Board of Commissioners on Audit Report Lag, and Company Size is unable to moderate the Size of the Audit Committee and the Number of Audit Committee Meetings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh dari career development dan work-life balance terhadap turnover auditor dengan penelitian eksperimen berbasis skenario. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2021 yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2 dengan empat skenario perlakuan yang mengkombinasikan keberadaan career development dan work-life balance. Pengujian hipotesis utama serta interaksi kedua variabel menggunakan metode Two Way ANAVA. Hasil dari penelitian ini meunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari career development dan work-life balance terhadap turnover auditor, meskipun tidak terdapat interaksi antara kedua variabel tersebut. Hal ini disebabkan bahwa terdapat faktor lain yang lebih kuat jika dikombinasikan untuk menurunkan tingkat turnover auditor. Selain itu, kelas skenario yang menunjukkan hasil paling baik adalah kelas yang memiliki career development dan memiliki work-life balance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style, physical work environment and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Elgangga Radio. The type of research used is quantitative research using a saturated sample which uses all members of the population as a sample, totaling 36 employees. PT.  Elgangga Radio.  The data analysis method uses SEM-PLS and the data is processed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that (1) The transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Elgangga Radio with t-statistical results of 4.126 > 1.96 and p-values 0.00 < 0.05 (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Elgangga Radio with t-statistical results of 8,930 > 1.96 and p-values 0.00 < 0.05 (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Radio Elgangga with t-statistical results of t-statistical values of 2,644 >1.96 and p-values of 0.009<0.05 and (4) Transformational leadership style, physical work environment and work discipline simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction at PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of training, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of teachers at SMP Strada Budi Luhur. The type of research used is quantitative research with a saturated sample, which involves using the entire population as the sample, consisting of 50 teachers at SMP Strada Budi Luhur. The data analysis method used SEM-PLS and the data were processed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Strada Budi Luhur, with t-statistic values 2.475 and p-values 0.07. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Strada Budi Luhur with a t-statistic value of 0.121 and p-values 0.049. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Strada Budi Luhur with a t-statistic value 3.947 and p-values 0.00. (4) Training, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of teachers at SMP Strada Budi Luhur.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the relation between the variables of Motivation (X1) and Career Development (X2) affects the Employee Performance (Y) variable at PT. Hong Tang Asia. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to the employees of PT. Hong Tang Asia. The population in this research consists of 120 employees of PT. Hong Tang Asia, resulting in a sample size of 120 employees, with data analysis conducted using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares) and processed using SmartPLS4 software. The findings from the study indicate that: 1) Motivation significantly affects Employee Performance, 2) Career Development significantly affects Employee Performance, and 3) Motivation and Career Development significantly affect Employee Performance simultaneously.

Abstract

The influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Pucuk Harum Tea in Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative approach through the Accidental Sampling technique for sampling. A total of 108 people in the city of Bekasi focusing on Medan Satria sub-district who had used Teh Pucuk Harum products were the research samples. Data examination uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM method on SmartPLS 4.0. The research findings reveal the following: 1.) Brand Image has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, 2.) Product Quality has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The influence of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions for Pucuk Harum Tea in Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative approach through the Accidental Sampling technique for sampling. A total of 135 people in the city of Bekasi focusing on North Bekasi who had used Teh Pucuk Harum products were the research samples. Data examination uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM method on SmartPLS 4.0. The research findings reveal the following: 1.) Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 2.) Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, 3.) Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 4.) Product Quality has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, 5.) Purchasing Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is used to measure the effect of product diversity and location on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative study in which the objects used are Omah Furniture consumers. The number of samples used in this study were 136 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method - SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study explain that the variables of product diversity, location, and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study provides advice that companies should pay more attention to product diversity and location to increase customer satisfaction and company competitiveness.
