Jurnal Semarak Mengabdi (Jurnal of Community Service) is a multidisciplinary scientific journal published by STIA Bengkulu. The Semarak Serving Journal is a national standard journal with a main focus on the development of sciences in the field of community service, published twice a year, in January and July. Jurnal Semarak Mengabdi contains various activities of students and lecturers mostly at STIA Bengkulu in dealing with and managing various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society. The implementation of service activities also involves the participation of the community and partners. Service activities are organized into activities that aim to improve the welfare of the community.

Abstract

This charity event (PKM) was held in Abu Sakim Village, Pondok Klapa District, Bengkulu Central Governorate. The method used is Participatory Learning and Practice Process (PLA). The purposes of this non-commercial service implementation are to:1) Support the development of village management utilizing village technology. 2) As the main database and information for managing village government and village development in Abu Sakim, provide village officials with an understanding of proper and correct village government management. The results of these PKM are:1) Abu Sakim village officials understand the appropriate leadership management of the village as per the guidelines of the Minister of Home Affairs Decree No. 47/2016. 2) Abu Sakim village officials already know how to digitally process and operate village administration, paving the way for smart villages.

Abstract

MoU or memorandum of understanding is a memorandum of understanding, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreement, or preliminary agreement. This term is actually not known in the Civil Code (KUHPer). However, in practice Memorandums of Understanding are always drawn up primarily for business contracts and are based on Article 1338 of the Criminal Code. The purpose of the MoU or Memorandum of Understanding made by STIA Bengkulu and PMI Bengkulu Province is to enter into a legal relationship as a letter made by one of the parties whose contents contain a will. The letter is addressed to other parties involved in the agreement. Blood donation is an activity of someone who voluntarily donates blood for the benefit of humanity. The purpose of carrying out this blood donor activity is to create a sense of solidarity among people, increase satisfaction with health services, assist the government in providing blood needs for healthy people, and overcome the impact of the spread of disease. Blood donation activities carried out by a person are considered very important, because the need for blood in the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross, hereinafter written as UTD PMI in Bengkulu City, has only been fulfilled around 50% of the existing need, especially for referrals from several private public hospitals and private hospitals. Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil menengah Desa Air Putih Kali bandung pada pengelolaan kopi robusta didukung pada anggaran desa dan swadya masyarakat. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi pemuda desa sehingga berperan aktiv dalam kegiatan yang positiv.Usaha rumahan yang dirancang untuk jangka panjang menekankan pada proses keberlangsungan usaha, untuk itu dibutuhkan sistem pencatatan keuangan yang tertata rapi maka perlu dilakukan sosialisasi pembukuan keuangan sederhana pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Kopi Legi Desa Air Putih Kali Bandung. Agar para pelaku usaha dapat membuat keputusan produksi yang tepat sehingga perputaran keuangan menjadi stabil.     ABSTRACK Micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Air Putih Village, Kali Bandung, in the management of Robusta coffee are supported by the village budget and community self-help. This aims to open up employment opportunities for village youth so that they play an active role in positive activities. Home-based businesses that are designed for the long term emphasize the business continuity process, for this reason a well-organized financial recording system is needed, it is necessary to socialize simple financial bookkeeping to Legi Coffee Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Air Putih Kali Bandung Village. Abstract

One of the environmental problems that is often encountered in daily life is waste. Waste is a never-ending problem because its volume continues to increase along with population growth. The volume of waste produced by households is the second largest after industrial waste. In our daily lives we can never be separated from what is called rubbish. The problem of waste is not a new problem, because until now the waste problem has not been resolved properly, so its management needs to be carried out comprehensively and integrated from upstream to downstream in order to provide economic benefits, be healthy for the community, and be safe for the environment. In order to help the community understand how to manage waste properly, this community service aims to provide knowledge to the community or residents in Penembang village regarding the meaning of waste, characteristics of waste, waste management, good waste management planning.

Abstract

Tourism development is a significant phenomenon carried out by the government, this is due to changes in lifestyle in society, especially Indonesian people who prefer to travel. In the current era, the government relies heavily on the tourism sector to increase state foreign exchange and local revenue. However, the fact is that tourism development in Indonesia raises several new problems that need to be found for solutions so that the tourism sector can be superior. Based on this description, the Annisa Dwi Salfaritzi Palembang College of Administration and Government held community service activities through the theme of Government Governance in the Development of Tourism Areas in Burai Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. Tourism development aims to increase economic growth so that it can impact the welfare level of South Sumatra Province people in general, Burai Village, Ogan Ilir Regency in particular. The method used is socialization and assistance to the community. The solution to resolving government governance problems in developing the tourism area in Burai Village is forming a food business group, empowering environmentally based purun craftsmen groups, and mentoring and training craftsmen groups.

Abstract

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Kelindang Atas Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency with the theme of Training on the Use of Digital Marketing (E-Commerce) for Digital-Based Oyster Mushroom MSMEs in Kelindang Atas Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency, where this training method was carried out using workshop on the use of digital marketing (E-Commerce), how to open a shop in an online store and how to do digital branding. The aim is for MSME players in Kelindang Atas Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency to gain additional insight into digital marketing concepts and technological products used for product marketing, provide training and simulations about the use of digital media in product marketing, compose effective persuasive messages which is interesting and provides solutions or problem solving to enable MSME players to promote products through digital media, so that people know how to use digital marketing (E-Commerce) properly and correctly and on target. So, it is able to increase the income of MSME players and can market products better by combining marketing both conventionally and online.

Abstract

In this day and age, the use of technology has become very fast and massive, and today's technology users do not look at age and gender status with easy use. Digital is a form of modernization where everything can be done through sophisticated equipment to make people's affairs easier. This is what drives the way a person's perspective on living an increasingly sophisticated life today. The aim of writing the article is to present opportunities and challenges in building the character of the Penembang village community, who are competent with technology and digital literacy. Based on the research results, the research conclusion is that digital literacy has positive and negative impacts on each individual and society, depending on whether they can master the technology used today.

Abstract

Ada beberapa hal yang membuat kendala-kendala berwirausaha dapat diminimalisir dalam era digital ini, yakni dengan membuat upaya berwirausaha menjadi lebih cepat, lebih terjangkau, lebih mudah, bahkan menciptakan banyak kesempatan kolaborasi sehingga dapat membuat suatu usaha menjadi lebih efektif. Dunia digital menawarkan sumber daya baru yang sangat luas bagi para wirausahawan untuk memanfaatkan, mulai dari pengumpulan data terbuka, konten, kode, dan layanan yang tumbuh secara eksponensial hingga kontribusi online pengguna dan komunitas di seluruh dunia. Sosialisasi dilakukan dalam pelatihan ini dengan memberikan pemaparan tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar kewirausahaan masih berlaku dan dapat diaplikasikan di dunia kewirausahaan digital ini, seperti: menumbuhkan pola pikir kewirausahaan, mengidentifikasi peluang yang baik, mengenal pelanggan Anda, memenuhi ketentuan legal, maupun berupaya untuk meningkatkan modal pada siswa–siswi SMAN 1 Kota Bengkulu sehingga dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan digital, perubahan mendasar terletak pada upaya untuk aktif dalam aktivitas bisnis dan terkoneksi dengan masyarakat yang telah melek digital.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Desa Selebar Jaya Kecamatan Amen Kabupaten Lebong dengan Tema Pelatihan Pembuatan Laporang Keuangan UMKM Menggunakan Aplikasi Microsoft Excel di Desa Selebar Jaya Kecamatan Amen Kabupaten Lebong, dimana metode pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara workshop tentang penggunaan microsoft Excel, cara membuat tabel serta bagaimana cara membuat laporan keuangan melalui microsoft Excel. Yang bertujuan agar para pelaku UMKM Di Desa Selebar Jaya Kecamatan Amen Kabupaten Lebong mendapatkan tambah wawasan tentang konsep pembuatan laporang keuangan , memberikan pelatihan dan simulasi tentang penggunaan microsoft Excel dalam pembuatan laporang keuangan, dan memberikan solusi atau pemecahan masalah untuk mewujudkan pelaku UMKM untuk membuat laporang kuangan melalui microsoft Excel, sehingga masyarakat mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan Excel yang baik dan benar serta tepat sasaran. Sehingga, mampu meningkatkan penghasilan pelaku UMKM dan Dapat menghitung keuangan dengan lebih baik dengan mengkombinasikan laporan keuangan secara manual dan menggunakan Microsoft Excel
