Abstract

This study aims to discuss the role of classroom management in improving Islamic culture at SMP Negeri 1 Parigi. Using qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that classroom management significantly enhances Islamic culture in the school. The teachers implement strategies that are in line with Islamic values, such as role modeling and integrating worship practices into learning. This approach encourages positive religious attitudes among students, including increased participation in prayers and polite behavior. The involvement of teachers, students and parents further strengthens the implementation of Islamic culture, which extends beyond religious activities to daily interactions and the school environment. Ultimately, effective classroom management at SMPN 1 Parigi supports the achievement of academic goals and shapes students' characters according to Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of Strategic Management in Increasing the Interest of New Learners at SMPN 3 Cimerak. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection in this study were interviews, observations and document studies. The data analysis technique used is by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. to explore the implementation of strategic management at SMPN 3 Cimerak. The results show that the implementation of integrated and measurable strategic management contributes positively to increasing the interest of new students at SMPN 3 Cimerak. The strategic steps implemented by SMPN 3 Cimerak, namely market analysis, identification of school excellence, branding development, digital marketing strategy, collaboration with other parties, and open house program, were analyzed through interviews and direct observation. In-depth analysis of the strategic steps that have been taken reveals the effectiveness of the strategy in attracting new students and strengthening the school's image. Recommendations for future research are to explore other factors that can influence new learners' interest, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic management strategies over a longer period of time.

Abstract

The principal leadership is an important position in the running of the wheels of education Leadership styles can be influenced by gender positions. Especially in improving teacher performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods that use data collection techniques including interviews, observations, complete open and directed discussions, and documentation studies involving principals, and teachers. The results showed that the female leadership style at SDN 1 Langkaplancar is a transformational leadership style. Where she always has an advanced and positive outlook and movement to achieve madrasah goals together. This is reflected in the way she leads meetings, initiates ideas, and implements them through various existing programs. Another impact of women's leadership can be seen in various aspects of teacher activities at SDN 1 Langkaplancar, starting from the process of lesson planning, lesson implementation, evaluation, problem solving, student assistance, facility improvement, to the creation of programs for schools. Her intensive assistance ensures that every teacher can contribute optimally to the progress of the school.

Abstract

The kiai's leadership strategy in fostering the character of social care is very important to be implemented in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to describe how the kiai leadership strategy in fostering the social care character of students at Al Majidiatul Misri Cigugur Islamic boarding school. This research uses qualitative research methods, with the research subjects being the head kiai, kiai council, pesantren management and rois aam. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation conducted directly to the field. The results of the study found that it turns out that the Kiai leadership strategy at Al Majiatul Misri Islamic Boarding School in fostering the character of social care in students through a holistic approach, with this approach, students are invited to understand the importance of social responsibility and are encouraged to actively participate in various activities that benefit the community. Kiai also implements programs that are not through routine studies alone but through programs that include the community.

Abstract

The computer laboratory management is very important and influential on students' information technology competence and the teaching and learning process. This study aims to describe the management of computer laboratories in improving the ability to master information technology of students at SMK NU Pelita Nusantara. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews or interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the management of computer laboratories in learning computer information technology at SMK NU Pelita Nusantara is by caring for tools in computer laboratories by organizing and maintaining existing facilities, compiling equipment programs needed in computer laboratories and compiling laboratory rules.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of organizational culture in SMK Nurul Huda Al Gina Cimerak. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used include observation, interview, and document study techniques. The results showed that the form of organizational culture at SMK Nurul Huda Al Gina Cimerak emphasized on four things: discipline, leadership cooperation, and efficiency and effectiveness. Each component has shown quite good results. The school faces a number of challenges in implementing the organizational culture activity program, namely the school's internal resources including the shortage of teachers in certain fields such as scouting and computers. In addition, teachers do not provide proper instruction on literacy in the classroom. One of the factors that hinders the effective implementation of Islamic school culture is also an inhibiting factor in implementing organizational culture. In the field of education, the presence of a flexible organizational culture is becoming increasingly important in the highly dynamic era of globalization, which has a significant impact on the future of the company. In a good school organization, it is expected that tasks and responsibilities are evenly distributed throughout the organization according to their capacity and function.

Abstract

This study aims to examine marketing management strategies in increasing the interest of new students at MA Al-Furqon Cimerak. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to describe phenomena that occur naturally. Data collection was carried out through field research with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data sources consist of primary data obtained from respondents, as well as secondary data derived from document and archive data. This research focuses on the promotion strategy implemented by MA Alfurqon Cimerak to increase the interest of prospective new students. Based on the results of an interview with the principal, Imam M. Kapapih S.Pd, promotion is an important part of the marketing of educational institutions because it functions as a communication tool that can bring together customer needs with the services offered by the school. MA Afurqon uses various promotions, both directly through junior high schools/MTs and approaches to teachers, as well as indirectly through print and online media. In addition, MA Al-Furqo promotes the excellence of programs such as the Tadarus of the Quran and achievements in the academic and non-academic fields as the main attraction. Word of mouth promotion is also used by involving alumni who provide positive recommendations. This strategy is designed to introduce the school to the wider community and attract the interest of prospective new students. In this way researchers are interested in talking the title marketing management strategy in increasing the interest of new students at MA Al-Furqon Cimerak.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss how to develop career information services to improve career choices for vocational high school students. The research was a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D) according Borg and Gall which has been modified into five stages, namely: product analysis to be developed, initial product development, expert validation and revision, test small-scale field trials and product revisions, Large-scale field trials and final products. The research subjects were 75 students of class X-XII of Muhammadiyah Cilegon Vocational High School. The results of this study are webquest media assessment are appropriate for use as a medium to increase career choices in SMK Muhammadiyah Cilegon, the validation results of material experts 97.5% , media expert validation 83.7%, the test on 27 students scored 80.4%, the result of the large-scale media trial on 50 students obtained a score 79.3%. The results of the effectiveness test of the paired sample t-test showed that there was a different between the results of the pre-test and post-test in the form of effective webquest media products for increasing career choices (p=0.000) <0.05, meaning that there was an increase in the average student career choices in the pre-test group was 129.05 and the post-test was 150 using media webquest.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of digital technology in learning and school activities at SD Juara, East Jakarta, with a focus on the integration of religious values ??and student character development. This study also explores how technology supports the learning process, extracurricular activities, and school management. The research method used is direct observation and documentation of learning activities, the use of technological devices, and the implementation of extracurricular programs. Data collected include the use of hardware (such as computers, projectors, tablets) and software (LMS, digital learning applications), as well as the practice of integrating religious values ??through programs such as reading wirid, Muhadhoroh, and Jumat Berkah. The results of the study show that technology is effectively integrated into learning and school activities. The use of technological devices helps students understand the material interactively, improves digital skills, and strengthens religious values ??through spiritual-based programs. Teachers and school management utilize technology for teaching and administrative efficiency. In addition, technology-based extracurricular activities, such as coding and podcasting, support student creativity. Challenges identified include the need for teacher training and infrastructure maintenance. Overall, SD Juara, East Jakarta has succeeded in creating a holistic education model that combines modern technology with religious-based education to form a generation with character and technological skills

Abstract

Science education at the junior high school level is often hampered by low conceptual understanding due to the dominance of conventional methods that do not encourage critical thinking. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students' understanding of science concepts, especially on the subject of motion and force at SMPN 25 Bengkulu City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the pretest-posttest control group design type. The study population was grade IX students with 30 research subjects in one experimental class (VII B) and a control class (VII C). This study was limited to one school with a relatively small sample size and focused on only one science learning topic. The results of the study from the results of the Independent Sample T-Test hypothesis test value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, which means that H? is rejected and H? is accepted. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between before and after learning using the PBL (problem-based learning) learning model on the understanding of science concepts on the subject of motion and force at SMPN 25 Bengkulu City. This study contributes to the literature on the effectiveness of student-based learning models such as PBL. Different from previous studies that were generally conducted at the high school level or theoretical physics topics, this study provides empirical evidence at the junior high school level with applied science topics, emphasizing the potential of PBL in early science learning. hasil penelitian dari hasil uji hipotesis Independent Sample T-Test nilai (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti H? ditolak dan H? diterima. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran pbl (problem-based learning) terhadap pemahaman konsep sains pada materi gerak dan gaya di smpn 25 kota bengkulu. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur tentang efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis siswa seperti PBL. Berbeda dari penelitian sebelumnya yang umumnya dilakukan di tingkat SMA atau topik fisika teoretis, penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris di tingkat SMP dengan topik sains terapan, yang menekankan potensi PBL dalam pembelajaran sains sejak dini.
