Abstract

Siak Sri Indrapura is a regency located in Riau Province. Siak Regency is expected to become a tourist destination capable of attracting visits from both domestic and foreign tourists. For travelers who are visiting Siak Palace For those experiencing it for the initial time, of course they will have difficulty determining the direction of the road, so tourists use alternative technology such as Google Maps to determine their direction of travel. In Google Maps there are various travel routes, to save time tourists will defi-nitely choose the shortest travel route. To determine the shortest route, of course, re-quires calculations to avoid mistakes. In this research, the shortest route from Pek-anbaru to Siak Palace was carried out using The algorithms of Dijkstra and Bellman-Ford. This algorithm was chosen because it can help calculate the shortest route that tourists can take. It was found that in the last iteration The Dijkstra algorithm and the Bellman-Ford algorithm, both of which travel route from Pekanbaru to Siak Palace was 125.1 km with a node route (Jalan Raya Pekan – Jalan SM Amin – Jalan Raya Panjang Okura – Jalan Perawang Siak – Jalan Buatan – Siak).

Abstract

This research aims to calculate pension fund program by using Projected Unit Credit (PUC) Method Constant Dollar Type and Attained Age Normal (AAN) Method. The differences analysis between PUC Method Constant Dollar Type and AAN Method shows that PUC Method Constant Dollar Type has a smaller final value of normalized contribution financing for the same pension benefit. Thus, for actuarial liabilities PUC Method Constant Dollar Type has a higher value compared to AAN Method. The result shows that PUC Method Constant Dollar Type is more beneficial for participants with a smaller final value of normal contribution financing, while AAN Method is more beneficial for pension fund with higher final value of normal contribution financing.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the error value of the tuberculosis disease model using the Euler method and the Heun method in DKI Jakarta. Tuberculosis (TB) remains a global health concern due to high prevalence rates in various regions, including DKI Jakarta. The Euler method and Heun method are two numerical techniques commonly used in modeling the spread of disease. Both methods were used to estimate the numerical solution of a mathematical model describing the spread of tuberculosis in DKI Jakarta. This study involves the use of recent epidemiological data to simulate and compare the prediction results between the Euler and Heun methods. The results showed a comparison of error values between the Euler and Heun methods in modeling the spread of tuberculosis disease in DKI Jakarta. The analysis of the difference in error values provides important insights in the selection of the most appropriate numerical method for modeling the spread of a complex disease such as tuberculosis.

Abstract

Mineral water company must design an effective marketing strategy to find optimal marketing opportunities. The method for developing marketing strategies that need to be optimized is using game theory. This research aims to analyze the optimal marketing strategy for mineral water Aqua, Cleo, and local brands (Como, Aidrat, Ake, etc.). Alternative strategies implemented include: profit, demand and quality. In this study, the optimal strategy for Aqua is demand and quality, the optimal strategy for Cleo is profit and demand, and the optimal strategy for Local Brands (Como, Aidrat, Ake, etc.) is profit and demand.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to identify the most lucrative mathematical model and solution to maximize cassava opak production at Ibu Hesti's facility. The owners, managers, and workers of the Cassava Opak factory were interviewed for this study, which used descriptive quantitative approaches to examine data. The acquired data is utilized as a reference to develop a mathematical model. The solution to this mathematical model is then found using the simplex approach. Prior to developing a mathematical model, button opak, jumbo opak, and huge round opak were thought to be distinct kinds of opak. The findings of the study indicate that 37,000 kg of cassava as the primary raw material, UD Opak Rizky must manufacture 3,125 kg of button opak, 0 kg of jumbo opak, and 0 kg of huge round opak daily. The goal is to maximize the profit function Z while adhering to four limitations for limited raw resources. The profit obtained by UD Opak Rizky from 37,000 kg of cassava with this production amount was IDR 10.581.880,00.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the generating function with the lower Hessenberg matrix coefficients. The method used is to use Cramer's rule. The result of this research is the generating function which consists of a power series which is a collection of several terms.

In 2023, Hadi et al. found the solvability of the Fermat equation over the general linear group GL2(Zp) for p=2 and p=3. In particular, for Pythagorean equation over GL2(Z2) there are 12 solutions. In this research, we represent the set solutions as a graph and investigate the properties.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi pariwisata yang besar, namun tingkat kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara masih berada di urutan keempat di antara negara-negara ASEAN. Peningkatan jumlah kunjungan ini penting untuk mendukung perekonomian, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan memperbaiki infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta memprediksi kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara ke Indonesia pada periode Januari 2020 - Desember 2024 menggunakan pendekatan ARIMA-GARCH. Model ARIMA merupakan model time series yang digunakan untuk meramalkan data di masa depan berdasarkan data masa lalu. Sedangkan GARCH merupakan model time series yang digunakan untuk mengatasi heteroskedastisitas pada model ARIMA. Data wisman akan di modelkan dengan menggunakan model ARIMA kemudian dilanjutkan residualnya dengan menggunakan model GARCH apabila terjadi heteroskedastisitas pada model ARIMA. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan model terbaik untuk peramalan wisman di Indonesia adalah model ARIMA (1,1,2) – GARCH (0,3) dengan nilai RMSE sebesar 274.0599.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) dalam menentukan rute terpendek menuju tempat-tempat populer di Kota Samarinda. Samarinda, sebagai salah satu pusat pertumbuhan di Kalimantan Timur, menghadapi tantangan serius dalam manajemen lalu lintas akibat kepadatan dan ketidakaturan. Dengan memanfaatkan ACO, yang terinspirasi dari perilaku semut dalam mencari sumber makanan, penelitian ini berusaha memberikan solusi optimal untuk mempermudah wisatawan dalam menentukan rute terbaik menuju berbagai destinasi wisata di kota tersebut. Masalah ini dikategorikan sebagai Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP), di mana tujuan utamanya adalah menemukan rute perjalanan paling efisien yang mengunjungi setiap lokasi sekali dan kembali ke titik awal. Data koordinat lokasi diperoleh menggunakan Google Maps, yang kemudian diolah menjadi graf untuk representasi jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma ACO efektif dalam menemukan rute terpendek dengan total jarak optimal sebesar 69.95 km. Implementasi ACO ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan sistem rute wisata yang lebih efisien di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan produk Gatsby Facial Wash di PT Mandom Indonesia menggunakan model Economic Production Quantity (EPQ). Perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola persediaan akibat fluktuasi permintaan dan ketidakpastian pasar yang dapat menyebabkan kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Metode EPQ diterapkan untuk menentukan jumlah produksi optimal yang meminimalkan total biaya persediaan, yang mencakup biaya setup dan penyimpanan. Data diperoleh dari PT Mandom Indonesia meliputi data permintaan, laju produksi, dan berbagai biaya terkait periode Februari 2023 hingga Maret 2024. Analisis dilakukan dengan perhitungan manual dan diverifikasi menggunakan perangkat lunak POM-QM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuantitas produksi optimal adalah 131.064 unit setiap siklus produksi, dengan frekuensi produksi sebanyak 24 kali dalam setahun. Titik pemesanan kembali ditetapkan pada 198.262 unit untuk mencegah kekurangan stok. Total biaya persediaan minimum yang dapat dicapai adalah sebesar Rp32.825.200.000 per tahun. Hasil ini memberikan referensi berharga bagi PT Mandom Indonesia dalam menerapkan strategi manajemen persediaan yang lebih efisien dan optimal.
