Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Sinergi Inti Plastindo Tbk dari 2021 hingga 2023 melalui rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan di situs web resmi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kondisi sangat baik dalam rasio likuiditas, terutama rasio lancar, rasio cepat, dan rasio kas yang mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada 2022 meskipun sedikit menurun pada 2023, tetapi tetap di atas rata-rata industri. Dalam rasio solvabilitas, perusahaan juga menunjukkan kondisi sangat baik dengan rasio utang terhadap aset dan ekuitas lebih rendah dari rata-rata industri. Namun, dalam rasio profitabilitas, perusahaan masih perlu perbaikan karena rasio return on equity, return on asset, margin keuntungan kotor, dan margin keuntungan bersih jauh di bawah rata-rata industri. Secara keseluruhan, kinerja keuangan PT Sinergi Inti Plastindo Tbk menunjukkan keunggulan dalam likuiditas dan solvabilitas namun memerlukan peningkatan dalam profitabilitas.

Abstract

Indonesia has a large amount of internet penetration, one of the positive impacts of the development of technology and information is the development of the world of business and marketing. One of the most striking phenomena in the field of business and marketing in this digital era is the emergence of e-commerce, the number of e-commerce users in Indonesia will reach 178.94 million people in 2022. The aim of this research is to explore the influence of hedonic and lifestyle shopping on impulse buying. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research type, there are intervening variables whose influence can be tested using the path analysis method. The findings from this research are that hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on impulse buying

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on the performance employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA). The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Where the object is employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique (census), namely all members of the population are used as samples, a total of 53 employees PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA). The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study show that (1) work stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA), (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA) and (3) work stress and work discipline simultaneously and significantly influence the performance employees of PT. Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi (ASA).

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of competence, organizational culture and work stress on the performance of PT XYZ employees. This research uses quantitative research methods with a questionnaire using a sample of 121 respondents. This research uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) data analysis method. The results of this research show that the competency variable has no significant effect on the performance of PT -values ​​0.000 < 0.05 and t-statistic value 4,296 > 1.98 and the work stress variable influences the performance of PT t-table is 2,118 > 1.98.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Price, Brand Image and Service Quality (independent variables) on Purchasing Decisions (dependent variables). This type of research is quantitative using a questionnaire via Google Form. Sampling using the purpose sampling method so that the number of samples is set at 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses SPSS version 25. The results of this study explain that, in management students of the 2020 intake at the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi, the variables of price, brand image, and service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for the Tri (3) provider. The study has object limitations on management students of the 2020 intake at the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi and combines the variables of price, brand image, and service quality on purchasing decisions for the Tri (3) provider.

Abstract

Determinants of Capital Structure of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2017-2023 Period. The success of a company can be seen from its capital structure. By evaluating achievements by analyzing Return On Assets, Company Size and Company Growth, it can be concluded whether these factors are able to influence the capital structure well or vice versa. This study aims to ROA, Size and Growth whether they have an influence on the capital structure (DER) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2023 period. This study uses secondary data as a data source, and a quantitative approach method. The population used in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2023 period. The results of this study indicate that ROA, Size and Growth have a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure, ROA has a positive and insignificant effect on Capital Structure, Size has a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure, and Growth has a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using the SPSS 24 application. The number of samples in this research is 37 respondents who are service and archives employees at the Population and Civil Registration Service of DKI Jakarta Province. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that: (1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of work discipline and work motivation to employee performance is 0.545 or 54.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine or test (1) the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees at the XX District office (2) the influence of workload on the performance of employees at the XX District office (3) the influence of work discipline and workload on the performance of employees at the XX District office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees at the XX District office. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, validity and reliability testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and hypothesis testing. The data was processed using IBM SPSS version 23 software. The results showed that (1) work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance at the XX District office (2) workload had a positive effect on employee performance at the XX District office (3) work discipline and workload had a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the XX District office.

Abstract

Influence of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV. Bintang Makmur Bekasi.This research aims to find out how the relationship between the variables Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) influences the Employee Performance variable (Y) at CV Bintang Makmur Bekasi. Research data is data taken using a questionnaire distributed to CV Bintang Makmur Bekasi employees. The population in this study were 44 employees of CV Bintang Makmur Bekasi. Data analysis techniques Data using Descriptive Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability, Simple, Multiple Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, t Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous), Correlation Coefficient and Determination. Data processing in research uses SPSS 29. Based on the results, simultaneous tests produce a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that leadership and work discipline influence employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination show a figure of 0.885, so 88.5% of Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) influence Employee Performance (Y) at CV Bintang Makmur Bekasi, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by intervening variables which Thus, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis (Ha1), second hypothesis (Ha2), and third hypothesis (Ha3) can be accepted.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. FIFGROUP Duren Jaya Bekasi Branch. This research aims to measure the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Duren Jaya Bekasi Branch. The sampling technique used in this research used saturated samples. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire with 52 respondents. The design used in this research is testing using SPSS for Windows version 26. The results of this research show that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance the work environment and motivation work has a significant effect on the performance of PT FIFGROUP employees This research provides suggestions to PT. FIFGROUP Duren Jaya Bekasi Branch to be able to pay more attention to work space facilities, and provide work motivation to its employees so that employee performance increases.
