Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PP Properti Tbk (Grand Kamala Lagoon Project, Bekasi City). The population and sample amounted to 61 people or all employees at PT. PP Properti Tbk (Grand Kamala Lagoon Project, Bekasi City). The sampling technique used in this research used saturated samples. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire with 61 respondents. The design used in this research was SPSS 26 for windows. The results of this research show that: (1) Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Work Environment and Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. PP Properti Tbk (Grand Kamala Lagoon Project, Bekasi City). This research provides suggestions to PT. PP Properti Tbk (Grand Kamala Lagoon Project, Bekasi City) to be able to pay more attention to environmental conditions, facilities, air conditioning as well as the delegation or occurrence of seniority among employees and pay attention to the conditions of work discipline experienced by its employees so that employee performance continues to increase.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of the work environment and communication on employee performance at PT Kopedana Mitra Sekuritas BRI Danareksa Sekuritas Mitra Bekasi. The population and sample used in this research used saturated samples. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire with 46 respondents. The design used in this research is testing using SPSS for Windows version 26. The results of this research show that: (1) Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Communication has a significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Work Environment and Communication has a significant effect on Employee Performance of PT Kopedana Mitra Sekuritas. This research provides suggestions to PT Kopedana Mitra Sekuritas to pay more attention to the facilities in the work environment, and pay attention to the communication system that occurs between employees and colleagues and also to customers so that employee performance can improve.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of Job Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Setia Asih Subdistrict Office, Tarumajaya District. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used was 35 respondents from Setia Asih Village, Tarumajaya District. To test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the research that has been carried out are that the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the test results and data analysis for the Job Training variable, it was obtained that the t-value was 2.489 > 1.692 (t-table) with a sig of 0.018 < 0.05, meaning that Job Training (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Then the Work Discipline variable obtained a t-count value of 4.008 > 1.692 (t-table) with a sig of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) and it is known that the f-count is 18.930 > 3.295 (Ftable) with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 that simultaneously Job Training (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

The ability of students to be able to think to a higher level (Higher Order Thinking Skills / HOTS) is very necessary in learning in this era. Educators are required to be able to develop test questions or assessment items that can trigger students to have the ability to think at a higher level. The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation instrument in the form of multiple choice question based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), test the feasibility level of HOTS based multiple choice evaluation instruments that have been develop, analyze student HOTS and analyze student responses to the use of multiple choice evaluation instruments. The method used in this research is the development research method or commonly referred to as Research & Development with a development model developed by Dick. W., Carey L., and Carey J.O by going through the stages of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation). Five stages that are very useful in the development step. The subjects in this study were 30 students of grade V SD Negeri Kepanjen 2 Jombang. The results of product validation development from three expert validators obtained an average validation value of 86.64% (very valid). As for the results of the development, showing that of the 20 questions developed, 16 questions are feasible based on the calculation of r calculate > r table, which is 0,3061.The reliability of the questions is 1.00 > 0.737 so that it gets a reliable predicate. The difficulty level of the question has an average score of 0.6215 which means "medium". With a composition of 1 very difficult question, 1 difficult question, 8 medium questions, 7 easy questions and 3 very easy questions. The results showed positive values which showed that the number of students in the upper group answered more correctly on the questions given, and the number of students in the lower group answered more incorrectly on the questions given. Trials on this study showed "moderate" results on his higher-order thinking skills. Student responses have an average value of 7.72%, which means that they get a positive response in the use of HOTS-based multiple-choice question development instruments when applying these instruments.So it can be concluded that the evaluation instrument developed is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine or test (1) the influence of work discipline on work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti (2) the influence of workload on work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti (3) the influence of work discipline and workload on work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling, namely the entire population was sampled, a total of 77 employees at PT Bumi Arta Mukti. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this research show that (1) work discipline has a positive effect on employee work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti (2) workload has a positive effect on employee work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti and (3) discipline work and workload influence simultaneously or together on employee work productivity at PT Bumi Arta Mukti.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work stress on the performance of STAR ABC employees. The research method used is quantitative research, where this research is used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, aims to test predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique or the entire population is sampled. The population in this study was 55 respondents. Data analysis uses Smart PLS 4 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.000 or <0.05 and the leadership t-statistics value is 4,089 or > 1.96. So it is stated that there is a significant influence between leadership variables on employee performance. And based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a P-value of 0.419 or <0.05 and the work stress t-statistics value is 0.808 or >1.96, so it is stated that there is no significant influence between the work stress variable on employee performance.

The research method used is quantitative research, where this research is used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, aims to test predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or the entire population was sampled. The population in this study was 55 respondents. Data analysis uses Smart PLS 4.0 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.000 or < 0.05 and the t-statistics value of infrastructure has a value of 5,713 or > 1.96, it is stated that there is a significant influence between the infrastructure variables on employee performance. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a P-value of 0.002 or <0.05 and the t-statistics value of work discipline has a value of 3,080 or > 1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the work discipline variable on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT ABC. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling or the entire population is sampled. The population in this study was 55 respondents. Data analysis using Smart-PLS 4 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test (partial test). The results of this study show that (1) the workload has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT ABC and (2) the work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT ABC.

Abstract

This research was used to measure the influence of internal communication, situational leadership and job satisfaction on the job satisfaction of Golden City Bekasi employees. This research uses quantitative research with a quantitative cross-sectional approach. The objects used in this research are Golden City Bekasi employees. The sample used in this research used a purposive sampling technique with the number of samples used in this research being 123 respondents. The analysis method uses outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of the research that has been carried out show that: 1). Internal Communication has no effect on Employee Performance, with the overall results showing that the internal communication indicator has no effect, namely the lowest indicator of internal communication (X1.1).2). Situational Leadership has no effect on Employee Performance, with the overall results showing that the situational leadership indicators have no effect, namely from indicators (X2.4) and 3). Job satisfaction influences employee performance with the overall results showing that job satisfaction indicators play an important role in employee performance

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Motivation at PT Pilot Pen Indonesia. This research produces variables that influence each other with this brief explanation, namely: 1). In the Work Environment variable, it obtained a significant value of 0.008 < 0.05 with a calculated t value of 2,691 > t table 1.657, so it means that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. 2). In the Organizational Culture variable, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained with a calculated t value of 11,134 > t table 1.657, so it means that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. 3). The Work Environment and Organizational Culture variables obtained a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a calculated f value of 182,560 > f table 3.070 so that H1 and H2 were accepted, and a coefficient of determination value of 0.757 or 75.7% was obtained, meaning that the Environment Work and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. With the remaining 24.3% being influenced by other variables not included in this study.
