Abstract

This research aims to determine how the Muslim community communicates and builds an attitude of tolerance in Siborongborong Village, North Tapanuli Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field research. This research data comes from interviews and observations as primary data and relevant literature reviews as secondary data. This research data was analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and verification. The validity of this research data was tested through triangulation techniques. This research shows that communication between Muslim and non-Muslim communities in Siborongborong Village, North Tapanuli Regency, is essential for building tolerance and social harmony attitudes. Village residents can broaden their understanding of religious communities and reduce negative stereotypes through dialogue, discussion, and daily interactions. An attitude of tolerance reflected in mutual respect, appreciation, and assistance strengthens relationships between individuals and builds trust in cultural and religious diversity. Communication and tolerance are the primary keys to maintaining social harmony and diversity in society, making maintaining good communication and strengthening attitudes of tolerance an inevitable priority in efforts to build an inclusive and peaceful society.

Abstract

Morbidity is a crucial aspect that must be reported regularly, specifically quarterly (RL4a). This study aims to support the governance of inpatient unit reporting, especially in the aspect of morbidity, and make it easier for medical record officers as system users to process morbidity data of inpatient unit patients into a report that is needed quickly, accurately, and efficiently. This research is qualitative, and data is collected using observation techniques. This research's system development method is the waterfall model, which is a consecutive development method analogous to a waterfall that flows across all project stages. Designing an inpatient morbidity data processing system to support inpatient reporting governance is described using a flow map, Context diagram, Data flow diagram, and Entity relationship diagram. Then, it was implemented into the website using Microsoft Visual Studio Code using the Hypertext Preprocessor, Javascript programming language, and supported by MySQL as a data store. This study results in a system that can quickly process the morbidity of inpatient units, make the extensive ten disease reports, and reduce user error. Therefore, the governance of inpatient reporting can run accurately and efficiently.

Abstract

Recording and reporting medical records is the main activity in health service institutions, and hospital information systems play an essential role in this process. Outpatient data processing at XYZ Hospital uses spreadsheets and Google Sheets even though it has yet to implement SIMRS fully. Because the data in the SIMRS must be changed for each spreadsheet report, there are several reporting problems. Therefore, the authors begin to develop a web-based outpatient reporting system after researching the need for more efficient applications. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection through interviews and observations, focusing on developing a waterfall software. The results showed that searching and managing patient data and making outpatient recapitulation reports became easier for medical record officers. Implementing this system brings several concrete impacts, including reducing human errors in data recording, increasing the speed of access to medical information, and increasing time efficiency in making reports. This system also allows better data integration between hospital departments, improving patient care coordination and the overall quality of health services.

Abstract

Technological developments are progressing rapidly nowadays. Especially developments in Information Technology science. This can be seen from everyday life, how Indonesian people in general always involve technology in carrying out daily activities. However, it is still rare for people to use technology to help with their work or fulfill work needs. It is not uncommon for attendance activities to become part of the assessment between lecturers and students, which influences the final grades received by students. And there is often fraud committed by students regarding attendance in order to meet the minimum attendance figures for teaching and learning activities. Taking absences between students is a common thing. This can be detrimental to lecturers, other students, and also students who carry out absentee activities. The attendance sheet used for student attendance is often damaged, even though later this attendance sheet will be used as a report regarding the teaching and learning activities carried out in one semester. If the document is damaged, it will affect the document checking process carried out by the university.

Abstract

Indonesia has an extraordinary cultural wealth, including various traditional houses reflecting history and values. However, people's understanding of conventional houses is often limited. Factors such as the availability of introductory media and changes in people's mindsets have caused reduced interest and attention to traditional cultural heritage, including traditional houses. Augmented Reality (AR) technology has emerged as an innovative solution to facing this challenge. This research develops an AR-based traditional house introduction application on the Android platform, with the addition of interactive features such as quizzes and puzzles. The research results show that this application can increase people's understanding and interest in Indonesia's cultural heritage. Functionality testing on the Poco F5 and Samsung A50 devices shows valid results, meaning the test is reliable and can provide an accurate picture. Meanwhile, feasibility testing with 7 Yogyakarta Technology University students showed varying responses, but the majority positively assessed this application. By utilizing AR technology, this application can be an essential first step in maintaining and promoting Indonesia's cultural diversity in the digital era.

Abstract

When it comes to raising the bar for student learning, the two most important variables are influential communication management and the tactics used by school leaders. A qualitative descriptive technique is used in this study. Data is gathered via interviews, documentary studies, and observation. First, the principal kept everyone in the loop regarding quality improvement management strategies and plans. Second, the principal ensured that teachers had plenty of chances to participate in quality planning, work with committees to create school budgets, become more competent educators, follow the curriculum, and get help and advice when needed. Third, the principal's approach to quality improvement guided the school's learning and teaching through group and individual strategies. Lastly, the principal directed and controlled the school by setting quality policies, objectives, plans, and procedures and ensuring their ongoing success. Stakeholder satisfaction and ever-improving educational quality are the end goals of quality management, which seeks to guarantee process and product conformance.

Abstract

Java Ballon Attraction is an activity created as a collaboration between the Wonosobo Regency Tourism and Culture Office and the Wonosobo Balloon Community. Java Balloon Attraction is an activity that displays sizeable hot air balloon attractions with various motifs being tethered. This is done so as not to disrupt flight traffic. The balloon attraction forms various tourist formations in Wonosobo Regency, such as the shape of Mount Sindoro, Telaga Menjer, and other tourist attractions. The Wonosobo Regency Tourism and Culture Office organized this annual activity, which started in 2019. This research evaluates the marketing strategy implemented by the Wonosobo Regency Tourism and Culture Office in the 2022 Java Balloon Attraction activity. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis process in this research uses the short-term evaluation theory proposed by Tom Watson and Paul Noble. This research shows several findings, including that at the planning level, some misperceptions make the division of work less clear. At the implementation stage, the marketing publications were not carried out according to schedule, the implementation of promotional media needed to be carried out according to planning, and it was necessary to evaluate the measurement of response targets on social media. The marketing strategy implemented by the Wonosobo Regency Tourism and Culture Office for the 2022 Java Ballon Attraction activity did not work optimally.

Abstract

Surya Citra Televisi or SCTV Surya Citra Televisi or SCTV is a television station that has superior programs such as soap operas, FTV, Infotainment, and special events that aim to appreciate community figures who have worked on the SCTV screen. SCTV's social media is an essential aspect of promoting the programs on SCTV. The presence of SCTV social media creates interaction between the @sctv_ account and TikTok users, influencing engagement on the account. Content is essential to increase engagement and achieve target engagement on the Tiktok @sctv_ account. The TikTok account @sctv_ uploads various content to promote programs and gain engagement. One of the content is about the 2023 SCTV Awards program. In designing this work, the author wants to provide insight into the selection and process of creating content to provide a broad reach for TikTok users, especially followers @ sctv_. The theoretical basis used to discuss the design of this work is Marketing Communication, Content, Social Media, The Circular Model of SoMe, TikTok, and Engagement. The data collection methods that the author uses are numbers and narratives, observation, and documentation.

Abstract

Communication within a family will indirectly create harmony and a close bond between parents and children. However, not all families can realize harmony. This is because there is a family given a particular child or a child with special needs, one of which is a child with autism. The purpose of this study is to understand the interpersonal relationship between parents and children with autism who have limitations in communication using the Relational Dialectics Theory (RDT) approach. This research applied a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research results indicated that the relational dialectics of interpersonal relationships between parents and children with autism raise tension or tension when building communication. Of course, this will challenge parents to address tension when building communication with children with autism to create communication that can be understood by each other.

Abstract

The subject of this research is "Analysis of Promotion Mix Strategies on the Number of Martabe Savings Customers PT Bank SUMUT Tembung Branch Office." To formulate the problem, this study seeks to determine the following: (a) the relative importance of advertising variables in determining the number of Mart-Abe Savings customers; (b) the relative attractiveness of personal sales in increasing Mart-Abe Savings customers; (c) the relative importance of the Promotion Mix Strategy in influencing the number of Mart-Abe Savings customers; and (d) the role of the Strategy's Promotion Mix in increasing Mart-Abe Savings customers. The goals of this research were to ascertain the relative importance of advertising variables in influencing Martabe Savings customer numbers, to ascertain the relative attractiveness of personal sales in boosting customer numbers, to ascertain the impact of the Promotion Mix Strategy on customer numbers, and to ascertain the function of the Promotion Mix Strategy in boosting customer numbers. We use SPSS 20 for data processing. Both primary and secondary data are used as sources of information. To preserve Martabe, surveys are sent to consumers as a means of data collection. According to the study's findings, a promotional mix strategy can only succeed by including the following elements: advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, publicity, and direct marketing. With these components, the strategy is likely to attract customers.
