Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the health level of Bank Jatim using the RGEC method as a basis for decision-making. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Secondary data in this study is the published Annual Financial Report of Bank Jatim for the 2022-2023 period. The data analysis method used is financial statement analysis using the RGEC method. Where the Risk Profile is measured using the NPL and LDR indicators, GCG is measured using the Self-Assessment indicator, Earnings are measured using the ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO indicators, Capital is measured using the CAR indicator. The results show that Bank Jatim's NPL in 2022 is in the "Healthy" category. Then in 2023 it is also in the "Healthy" category. Bank Jatim's LDR in 2022 is in the "Very Healthy" category. Then in 2023 it is also in the "Very Healthy" category. Bank Jatim's SA composite value in 2022 is in the "Fairly Good" category. Bank Jatim's SA composite score for 2023 was in the "Good" category. Bank Jatim's ROA for 2022 was in the "Healthy" category. It was also in the "Healthy" category in 2023. Bank Jatim's ROE for 2022 was in the "Very Healthy" category. It was also in the "Healthy" category in 2023. Bank Jatim's NIM for 2022 was in the "Very Healthy" category. It was also in the "Very Healthy" category in 2023. Bank Jatim's BOPO for 2022 was in the "Very Healthy" category. It was also in the "Very Healthy" category in 2023. Bank Jatim's CAR for 2022 was in the "Very Healthy" category. Abstract

CV. Permata Garden is a shop that focuses on selling tools for ornamental flowers. However, in its daily activities, it still applies a manual transaction system that has a negative impact on efficiency and accounting. To solve this problem, a web-based cashier system was developed with an Agile approach. This system is designed to automatically record every transaction, facilitate monitoring of transaction history, manage inventory, and present sales reports directly. This study adopts observation, interview, and library observation methods for data collection. The results of this work practice are in the form of a cashier web application that can be used by admins, employees, and management to support operational activities in a more efficient and structured way. It is estimated that the implementation of this system will be able to increase productivity, reduce errors in recording, and be the first step towards digitalizing the business at CV. Taman Permata.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in the shipping industry in the digital age demands continuous service innovation, necessitating an in-depth analysis of various factors that influence customer satisfaction levels. This study aims to analyze the influence of Web Trace and Tracking, Delivery Timeliness, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction at PT. JNE Sales Counter Tempurejo. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 140 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, with a coefficient of determination of 55%. These findings confirm that optimizing digital features such as Web Trace and Tracking, improving delivery timeliness, and implementing competitive pricing strategies can enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This study provides strategic implications for the development of digital-based logistics services and suggests further research considering other variables such as brand image and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial statements based on SAK EMKM and taxation on the performance of soap MSMEs. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is all soap artisan MSMEs in Surabaya with a sample of 85 craftsmen. The data collection method used questionnaires. The results of the study show that partially financial statements based on SAK EMKM and taxation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs with the results Fhitung 154,220 > Ftable 3,108 the Adjusted value of R2 is 0.786 or 78.6 % shows that there is an influence between the SAK EMKM based Financial Statements on MSME Performance of 78.6 % and the rest 21,4 % is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the phenomenon of the habituation of wearing traditional lurik clothing as a form of local cultural preservation at SMAN 1 Gondang Tulungagung. This study is motivated by the issuance of Permendagri Number 10 of 2024, which encourages the use of regional clothing in the ASN and education environment. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects include student affairs representatives, teachers, and students. The results show that the habituation of wearing lurik is carried out consistently every first Friday of the month and on national holidays. The use of lurik traditional clothing is not only a cultural symbol but also a strategy for instilling values of local identity and nationalism in the school environment. This study concludes that the habituation strengthens cultural awareness, increases pride in regional identity, and strengthens the role of schools as agents of cultural preservation.

Abstract

Sandwich  generation  or  sandwich  generation  is  a condition  where someone is in a pinch like a sandwich, this sandwich generation is in a pinch in the family from their parents and also from other family members such as their younger siblings or older siblings, a condition where someone who becomes a sandwich generation must support two family members while he also has to support himself in terms of food, education, health and so on, this phenomenon has occurred a lot because of the inability of parents to be truly ready to take on their great responsibilities as parents, so that it has an impact on their children or even grandchildren and subsequent generations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency level of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia based on financial ratios. The researcher used a quantitative method with secondary data. In this study, all financial report data from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia for the period 2021 to 2023 will serve as the research unit of analysis. This means the researcher will use a census approach, where all elements of the population are the objects of study. This study uses data collection techniques through documentation. Data analysis techniques are the process of processing and interpreting collected data to obtain meaningful and relevant information for the research objectives. Banking efficiency analysis using the BOPO (Operating Costs to Operating Income) ratio involves several systematic steps to obtain a clear picture of a bank's operational performance. The results of the study indicate that the BOPO ratio of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia's performance from 2021 to 2023 showed a very positive and consistent trend. The BOPO ratio decreased significantly from 78.14% in 2021 to 69.16% in 2022, and continued to improve to 67.24% in 2023. This decline clearly indicates that PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia has successfully improved its operational efficiency sustainably during this period. This efficiency performance also exceeds the national banking industry average, which tends to be higher, confirming BRI's position as one of the banks with excellent operational expense management in Indonesia.

Abstract

The growth of digital technology has made E-WOM serves as one of the primary approaches used to market and promote tourist attractions. This study investigates the relationship between Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and tourists' intention to visit, as well as the mediating role of image goals in this relationship, with a specific focus on Bukit Gandrung Tanggulasi Kediri. Using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) technique and taking a quantitative approach. The destination image's mediating function in this relationship, data were gathered from 102 respondents—comprising tourists and potential tourists who obtained information via social media platforms. The findings reveal a significant and positive E-WOM's impact on travellers’ intentions to visit. While E-WOM does not have a significant influence on destination image, destination image itself significantly affects tourist visit intention and acts as a mediating factor in the association between the intention of tourists to visit and E-WOM. These findings indicate that E-WOM messages can indirectly increase tourist interest by forming a positive perception of the destination image. From a practical perspective, this study recommends that destination managers strengthen the tourist experience through reviews and attractive visual content to build a good image and increase tourist interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing student satisfaction at private universities in the Tulungagung Regency area, viewed from the perspective of service quality. The research was conducted as a multisite study involving three institutions: Bhinneka PGRI University, Hutama Abdi Husada Health College, and Tulungagung University. The background of this research stems from various student complaints regarding staff responsiveness, damaged facilities, and suboptimal academic services. The study employed a qualitative approach using a multisite case study method. The analyzed service quality factors include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that students still face several issues related to campus services, particularly in facility provision and staff attitudes. Nevertheless, some students expressed satisfaction with certain aspects such as scholarship programs, self-development activities, and faculty support. The study concludes that improving both service quality and facility availability is essential to enhance student satisfaction in private higher education institutions.

Abstract

Canva is a visual design application used in learning to increase students interest and participation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Canva in enhancing students’ learning interest in the Entrepreneur 1 course. The research was conducted at Universitas Bhinneka PGRI with subjects being 8th-semester students of the Economics Education program in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of Canva can enhance students’ attention to the material, improve conceptual understanding, and encourage active participation through presentation tasks and business idea visualizations. However, overly crowded designs may distract students’ focus, indicating the need for a balance between content and visuals.
