Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is the desire, interest, and willingness to work hard or strong will to be independent or try to meet their needs without being afraid of the risks that will occur, and the willingness to learn from failure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship courses and family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of students of the Economics Education Study Program, Bhinneka PGRI University, Tulungagung, Academic Year 2024/2025. The data collection method was with a questionnaire to obtain data on entrepreneurship courses (variable X1), family environment (X2) and entrepreneurial interest (variable Y). The instrument used was an existing statement. To determine the relationship between the three variables X1, X2 and Y, the rough product moment correlation formula was used. From the results of the data analysis, the F_count value> F_table was obtained, namely 225.449> 3.952 and the significance was 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study are that "There is an influence of entrepreneurship courses and family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of students of the Economic Education Study Program, Bhinneka PGRI University, Tulungagung, Academic Year 2024/2025".

Abstract

Higher education plays an important role in preparing a generation that is able to compete in the global era. However, not all students are interested in continuing their studies to college, one of which is influenced by external factors. Students' interest in continuing their studies to college is an important concern in the world of education, especially at the high school level. Based on the results of initial observations at SMAN 1 Kauman, it was found that only 37.3% of grade XI students were interested in continuing their studies, while 62.7% chose to work directly or start a business. This is influenced by several factors, such as the economic conditions of parents, the influence of peers, and the role of guidance and counseling teachers. This study aims to determine the influence of the socio-economic conditions of parents, peers, and the role of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers on the interest in continuing their studies of grade XI students at SMAN 1 Kauman. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that partially, the Socioeconomic Conditions of Parents (X₁) have a positive and significant effect on Interest in Continuing Studies (Y), obtained a calculated t value = 9.557> t table = 1.971, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Peers (X₂) also have a positive and significant effect on student interest, obtained a calculated t = 9.348> t table = 1.971, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Likewise, the Role of BK Teachers (X₃), has the greatest positive and significant effect, obtained a calculated t = 17.222> t table = 1.971, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on Interest in Continuing Studies with a calculated F value = 166.965 > F table = 2.65, and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value is 0.710, meaning that 71% of the variation in student interest is influenced by the three variables, while the remaining 29% is influenced by other factors not studied. The interpretation of these results shows that students who have parents with better economic conditions tend to have stronger financial and psychological support to continue their education. A positive peer environment also provides motivation and emotional support, while BK teachers play an important role in providing information, direction, and shaping students' awareness of the importance of higher education. These three factors together show a real contribution in shaping students' interest in making educational decisions to college level. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Socio-Economic Conditions of Parents, Peers, and the Role of BK Teachers have a significant effect on Interest in Continuing Studies to College in grade XI students of SMAN 1 Kauman.

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is: 1) To analyze the position and rights of creditors who reject the peace proposal in the PKPU process based on the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. 2) To analyze the form of legal protection and its implementation for creditors who reject the peace proposal in the PKPU process. The research method used is normative research, where the researcher connects the study with the prevailing laws and regulations. The results of this thesis research are: 1) That creditors have different legal positions in the PKPU process, especially the secured creditors who hold a special position because they retain the right to execute the collateral object and are still protected even if they reject the composition plan proposal that approved by the majority of creditors. The law also ensures that the secured creditors' property rights are not nullified by the decision of the majority of creditors. Therefore, the PKPU legal system in Indonesia has accommodated legal protection for creditors who reject the composition plan proposal during the PKPU process. 2) UUK-PKPU provides legal protection instruments for secured creditors who reject the composition plan proposal, through Article 281 paragraph (2) which grants the right to compensation, and Article 286, which states that the secured creditors who reject the composition plan proposal are not bound by the ratified composition plan proposal. These two articles aim is to ensure that the rights of secured creditors are protected during the PKPU process. However, in practice, the implementation of these provisions still shows inconsistencies, as seen in the cases of PT Adhi Persada Properti vs. PT Bank Jtrust Indonesia;as well as the case of PT K88 vs. its’ Secured Creditors. This phenomenon caused by the judges' lack of understanding, as they only refer to Article 281 paragraph (2) and disregard the Article 286 UUK-PKPU, whereas these two articles must be applied together to provide comprehensive legal protection for secured creditors who reject the composition plan proposal in the PKPU process. Therefore, the researcher argues that improvements are needed in the provisions that protecting the secured creditors who reject the composition plan proposal in PKPU, by clarifying the compensation mechanism and ensuring the close relations between Article 281 paragraph (2) and Article 286 UUK-PKPU. Additionally, there should be an enhancement for judges' understanding of applying both articles through training and special guidance from the Supreme Court to avoid the legal uncertainties and misinterpretation in judicial decisions.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court was established following the reform era as part of the judiciary, playing a significant role in strengthening the constitutional system of Indonesia. Pursuant to Article 24C paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Constitutional Court is vested with the authority to conduct judicial review of statutes to ensure their conformity with the Constitution. As the *guardian of the Constitution*, the Court is responsible for ensuring that all laws and state policies remain consistent with the fundamental principles of the 1945 Constitution and for maintaining the balance of power through the system of *checks and balances*. The theoretical framework used in this research is the theory of the rule of law and the theory of separation of powers. The type of research employed by the author is normative juridical research. The author adopts three approaches, namely the comparative approach, the statutory approach, and the conceptual approach. Legal sources collected consist of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials, all obtained through literature study and analyzed using a deductive-analytical approach. The research findings indicate that the Constitutional Court's position within the Indonesian constitutional system after the amendment of the 1945 Constitution holds a strategic role in maintaining the balance of power among state institutions, particularly through its authority to resolve constitutional authority disputes. Prior to the amendments, there was no legitimate judicial mechanism available to settle conflicts between state institutions, which often led to institutional tension. The establishment of the Constitutional Court filled this legal vacuum and reinforced the principle of constitutional supremacy, although its authority remains limited by Article 24C paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, which does not yet encompass independent state institutions established by statutory law. In response to the challenges of modern constitutional practice, various proposals have emerged suggesting that the Constitutional Court should be granted broader and more explicit authority, either through interpretation of the Law on Judicial Power or through a limited constitutional amendment. Overall, the Constitutional Court represents a significant corrective measure to the past dominance of executive power and serves as a fundamental pillar in upholding democracy, the rule of law, and a sound and functional system of checks and balances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of women's leadership styles in improving marketing performance. In this study, the researcher uses meta-analysis and secondary data collection methods related to leadership theory. The findings of this research are: First, the leadership styles generally used by women leaders are 1) transformational leadership; 2) participative leadership or democratic leadership; and 3) visionary leadership. Second, the leadership styles used by women leaders contribute to improving  marketing performance through their efforts to empower employees to support their leadership while leading the business organization they run and by using leadership models that they consider appropriate and effective for leading and running their business activities.

Abstract

The complexity of managing a swiftlet nest business requires an in-depth analysis of the income levels of the community, especially in developing areas such as Cempaka District. This research aims to analyze the income levels of the community from the swiftlet nest business in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. The research was conducted in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. The sample consisted of five respondents who owned swiftlet nest buildings. Data analysis included building and installation costs, maintenance costs, labor costs, equipment costs, and other variable costs, as well as business revenue from the sale of swiftlet nests. The swiftlet nest business in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City, provides a profitable income for the community. This is reflected in the net income earned, indicating that this business has good economic prospects and is able to improve the welfare of its owners. The income generated comes from efficient operational cost management and stable swiftlet nest prices in the market. Factors such as farming experience, building ownership, and management skills also contribute to the high income earned.

Abstract

Diskriminasi terhadap kaum kulit hitam di Papua merupakan isu sosial yang kompleks, yang berakar dari sejarah panjang ketidakadilan struktural dan marginalisasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji pesan teologis dari Kolose 3:11 kesatuan dalam Kristus, yang melampaui batas-batas etnis, budaya, dan status sosial. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan hermeneutika biblika dan analisis sosial, studi ini mengeksplorasi relevansi kontekstual, tafsir Alkitab, dan kajian sosial mengenai isu rasial di Indonesia, khususnya Papua. dalam merespons realitas diskriminasi rasial di Papua. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka terhadap literatur teologis dan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesatuan dalam Kristus menuntut penghapusan segala bentuk pemisahan dan hierarki sosial, serta menegakkan keadilan sebagai manifestasi kasih Allah. Pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap nilai-nilai Kristiani diharapkan dapat membentuk solidaritas lintas budaya dan menciptakan perdamaian di tengah masyarakat multikultural Papua.

Abstract

This study examines the role of teachers as motivators and facilitators in the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, particularly in the subject of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) at SMP Negeri 3 Trenggalek, focusing on eighth-grade students during the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. In this context, teachers play a crucial role in motivating students to actively engage in the learning process, while also facilitating the development of their knowledge and skills through a project-based approach. The aim of this research is to explore how teachers understand students’ characteristics and identify the key roles they must assume to create a supportive learning environment. This study employs a qualitative method, using direct interviews with teachers and students, which are then analyzed to gain insights into the effectiveness of the teacher’s role within the PjBL model. The findings are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of teachers’ roles in motivating and facilitating students in project-based learning. Supporting factors in the use of the PjBL method to enhance students’ achievement motivation include well-equipped school facilities and competent school community resources capable of fulfilling their responsibilities. On the other hand, the inhibiting factors include an unconducive school environment, lack of parental support, and poor emotional conditions of both educators and students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the Green Marketing Mix influences tourist satisfaction at the Whale Shark tourism destination in Botubarani Village, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The sampling technique employed was Non-Probability Sampling, with a total of 120 respondents determined using the Malhotra formula. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to domestic tourists visiting the Whale Shark tourism destination in Botubarani Village. The analytical tool utilized was multiple linear regression, with data analyzed using SPSS version 30. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that the Green Marketing Mix variable positively and significantly influences tourist satisfaction by 75,5%. This indicates that the better the implementation of the green marketing mix, the higher the level of tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

The title of this research is Moral Values ​​in the Novel Jangan Blame Aku Selingkuh by Renita April. The main objective of the research is to explain the moral values ​​contained in the Novel Jangan Blame Aku Selingkuh written by Renita April. and The theories used in this research include theories from Nurgiyantoro (2012), Wicaksomo (2017), Aeni (2018). The methodology applied in this research is a descriptive method with data sources from the novel Jangan Blame Aku Selingkuh by Renita April. Data collection techniques used in this research include library study techniques, recording techniques, and analysis techniques. The conclusion of the research on moral values ​​in the novel Don't Blame Me for Cheating by Renita April is as follows: (1) The relationship between individuals and themselves includes a) responsibility, b) self-esteem, c) courage, d) emotional control, e) honesty, f) patience and steadfastness, h) regret and i) injustice. (2) The relationship between individuals and others in a social context consists of a) helping each other, b) respecting others, c) affection, d) friendship, e) humility, f) honesty, g) caring, h) empathy, i) loyalty. (3) The relationship between individuals and God includes a) gratitude, b) surrender and c) obedience to God.
