Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini di TK Makarti Mukti Tama melalui kegiatan kolase yang memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alami. Kemampuan motorik halus merupakan aspek krusial dalam perkembangan anak usia dini, yang berkontribusi pada koordinasi gerakan tangan dan jari. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak di TK Makarti Mukti Tama masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengendalikan gerakan halus, seperti memegang alat tulis, menggunting, dan menempel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 12 anak usia 5-6 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan motorik halus anak setelah diterapkan kegiatan kolase bahan alam di setiap siklus. Anak-anak menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam menggunting, menempel, dan menyusun bahan menjadi karya kolase. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan bahan alam terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak di TK Makarti Mukti Tama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak melalui kegiatan permainan ular tangga di Kelompok B TK Makarti Mukti Tama, Desa Paraili, Kecamatan Mamuju Tengah. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh masih adanya anak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengenal angka, melakukan penjumlahan sederhana, serta mengurutkan bilangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 9 anak, terdiri dari 5 laki-laki dan 4 perempuan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, tes, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan permainan ular tangga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak secara signifikan. Anak menjadi lebih termotivasi, antusias, dan aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, permainan ular tangga efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak TK usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of data analytics utilization on the marketing effectiveness of MSMEs in the digitalization era. The independent variable (X) is the utilization of data analytics with indicators of data collection, data processing, data interpretation, and application in marketing. The dependent variable (Y) is the marketing effectiveness of MSMEs with indicators of market segmentation, promotional strategies, sales increases, and customer loyalty. The research method uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques and simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results show that the utilization of data analytics has a significant effect on the marketing effectiveness of MSMEs with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an R² of 0.62. This means that 62% of the variation in marketing effectiveness can be explained by the utilization of data analytics, while the rest is influenced by other factors. The research findings show that the application of data analytics can increase the effectiveness of promotions and sales, although the ability to interpret data remains a major obstacle. In conclusion, a data analytics-based marketing strategy is an important step for MSMEs to strengthen competitiveness in the digital era, but it requires increased digital literacy and more optimal data management to achieve long-term results.

Abstract

The Emergency Department (ED) frequently encounters operational challenges such as overcrowding, prolonged waiting times, and inefficient patient flow, which negatively impact healthcare service delivery. Therefore, several efforts can be made to improve efficiency and service quality through systematic events improvement. The Discrete Event Simulation (DES) could be a promising effort to effectively alleviate the patients’ Length of Stay (LOS). This study aimed to assess the role of DES in reducing patient LOS and improving ED efficiency. A literature review was conducted by analyzing peer-reviewed articles published in the past five years from databases including Google Scholar, PubMed, and ProQuest, using specific keywords related to DES and ED performance. The selected studies were synthesized to evaluate the effectiveness of DES interventions. Findings indicate that DES models, particularly when applied through scenario-based simulations, consistently demonstrate significant reductions in ED LOS. These outcomes suggest that DES is a valuable decision-support tool for optimizing resource allocation and patient flow. However, implementation requires careful consideration of institutional needs and further validation through real-world trials. Future research should focus on context-specific applications and long-term impact assessment to support sustainable improvements in emergency care.

Abstract

Pembahasan mengenai perlindungan hukum anak dibawah umur atas peralihan hak oleh orang tua tanpa  ijin  pengadilan kepada pihak ketiga yang dibuat di hadapan PPAT. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dibawah umur atas peralihan hak atas tanah yang dialihkan kepada pihak ketiga oleh orang tua bahwa anak dibawah umur tidak dapat melakukan peralihan hak atas tanah karena dianggap belum memiliki kecakapan sebagai subjek hukum dalam melakukan perbuatan hukum, dimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dibawah umur atas peralihan hak atas tanah yang dialihkan kepada pihak ketiga.

Abstract

Islam adalah agama terbesar kedua di dunia saat ini. dengan jumlah penganut 1,6 miliar atau 23% penduduk bumi penganut agama Islam tersebar di berbagai belahan dunia. Sebagai agama Islam memiliki nilai-nilai yang dapat diterapkan dalam bernegara. Hal ini yang membuat banyak politisi dari negara mayoritas Muslim mencoba bagaimana menerapkannya dalam hal kenegaraan, banyak juga pemikir Islam yang mencari tahu bagaimana konsep negara Islam yang ideal. Dalam praktiknya tentu saja penerapan terkait nilai keislaman mendapatkan jalan terjal, dari zaman wafatnya Nabi Muhammad SAW, hingga saat ini, selalu ada saja konflik yang terjadi di negara-negara mayoritas Muslim. Tantangan pada modern ini bagaimana cara agar negara-negara dengan mayoritas Muslim bisa meningkatkan tali persaudaraan antar Muslim (ukhuwah islamiyah). Bagaimana Islam dapat diterapkan menjadi nilai, dalam membangun negara dan menjembatani hubungan antar negara, baik ke negara yang mayoritas Muslim, atau yang tidak.

Abstract

The background of the study is based on the company's sales and profit performance during the 2020-2024 period, amidst the increasingly tight competition in the staple food business, requiring a good and appropriate marketing strategy that is able to compete. Companies that are increasingly competitive in the staple food distribution sector require companies to have adaptive, innovative, and targeted marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze and disseminate the marketing strategies implemented by PT. Avisha in increasing staple food sales. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis is conducted using a SWOT matrix to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results of the study show that PT. Avisha, the company has a fairly strong position internally and has great opportunities in the external environment. The results of the IFAS analysis show that the main strengths of PT. Avisha lie in competitive prices during promotions, a variety of quality products, and a good distribution network, with a total score of 1.30. Meanwhile, weaknesses that still need to be improved include unstable sales, inefficient stock management, and dependence on discounts, with a total score of 1.20. On the other hand, the results of the EFAS analysis show that PT. Avisha has a great opportunity to increase sales of basic necessities through high market demand, online shopping trends, cooperation with MSMEs, and loyalty program innovation, with a total score of 1.50. However, the company also faces threats from price competition, rising prices of basic necessities, and changes in consumer habits, with a total score of 1.35. Overall, the company's position is in a condition that allows it to implement an aggressive strategy (Growth Strategy), especially through the use of internal strengths to seize external opportunities. The strategies developed include increasing digital promotion, optimizing distribution through collaboration with local partners, adjusting prices based on cost and market value, and developing customer loyalty programs. The strategy is expected to strengthen PT. Avisha's market position, increase marketing effectiveness and drive sustainable sales and profit growth.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the growing tendency of impulsive buying among the people of Bulotadaa, driven by the ease of access and aggressive promotion on e-commerce platforms. The increasing use of e-commerce platforms has significantly changed consumer behavior. This research aimed to determine the influence of e-commerce on impulsive buying tendencies in the community of Bulotadaa Barat, Sipatana Subdistrict, Gorontalo City. This research employed a quantitative approach using simple regression analysis with a total of 88 respondents. The validity test results showed that all questionnaire items were valid, and the reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha yielded a score of 0.632. The findings of the study conclude that there is a significant influence of the independent variable (e-commerce) on the dependent variable (impulsive buying). This is supported by the t-test results showing a significance score of 0.029 < 0.05, indicating that the H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is confirmed. Furthermore, based on the coefficient of determination (r² test) from the Model Summary table, the R-square obtained is 0.484 (48.4%). This means that the independent variable explains 48.4% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 51.6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tax literacy, tax awareness, and tax sanctions on the tax compliance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bengkalis Regency. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME taxpayers registered at the Bengkalis Tax Service Office. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that tax literacy, tax awareness, and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The Adjusted R² value of 0.691 shows that 69.1% of the variation in tax compliance is explained by the three independent variables. Among them, tax literacy is the most dominant factor influencing compliance behavior. These findings emphasize that improving MSME tax compliance requires an integrated approach through enhanced literacy, awareness development, and the consistent implementation of fair tax sanctions. This research is expected to serve as a policy reference for local governments and the Directorate General of Taxes in designing effective tax compliance strategies based on MSME empowerment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan, Intensiatas Aset Tetap, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Agresivitas Pajak Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Barang Industri Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 7 perusahaan manufaktur barang industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan metode analisis yang dipakai adalah regresi berganda. Hasil analisis data atau hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap agresivitas pajak, sedangkan intensitas aset tetap dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap agresivitas pajak. Besarnya koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 0,233. Hal ini berarti bahwa 23,3% variabel dependen yaitu agresivitas pajak dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen kinerja keuangan, intensitas aset tetap, dan ukuran perusahaan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 76,7% agresivitas pajak dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya.
