The second step uses VOSviewer to create maps based on text data from reference managers with field titles and binary calculations as methods. For the third step, the researcher chose a threshold with a minimum number of occurrences of 3 terms, and the researcher found 1996 terms, 56 meet the threshold. From 56 meet of the treshhold, 34 number terms are selected. Results and Discussion : On July 13, 2023, there were 86 articles analyzed and the researchers found 4 clusters, cluster 1 had 11 items, cluster 2 had 10 items, cluster 3 had 9 items adn cluster 4 had 4 items. From the 3 clusters, three visualizations were obtained consisting of network, overlay and density visualization. Conclusion : Results mapping based on keywords social media as social support for postpartum mother. Most of the research on trial has been done. The data map of the network visualization social media as social support for postpartum depression is a review.

Abstract

Background : Calcaneal spurs are a common cause of heel pain. Calcaneus Spur is an abnormal bony protrusion condition. It can occur anywhere along the calcaneal tuberosity. It is caused by pressure in the region of the plantar aponeurosis attachment to the calcaneal bone. This causes heel pain, the pain will be more severe when waking up in the morning. Objective: This case study was aimed to determine the effect of Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), transverse friction massage and hold relax exercise on movement and function ankle joint disorders caused by calcaneus spur dextra. Methods: This case studies were carried out 6 times for 2 weeks on one patient, female 44 years old with calcaneus spur dextra condition by evaluating the degree of pain by using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Joint Range of Motion (RoM) by using a goniometer and functional activity ability of the foot by using Foot Function Index (FFI) questionnaire. Results: There was a decrease of unmotion pain degree from VAS 2 to VAS 0, motion pain degree from VAS 3 to VAS 2, while tenderness pain degree decreased from VAS 7 to VAS 4. There was an increase on movement of plantar flexi ankle joint dextra from (S) 300-00-200 to (S) 400-00-200, and the FFI value decreased from 95% to 61% at the end of therapy. Conclusion: The application of intervention Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), transverse friction massage and hold relax exercise can significantly reduce the motion pain on movement of plantar flexi dextra, tenderness pain around calcaneus, increase the RoM plantar flexi ankle joint dextra, and functional activity ability of the foot as well on calcaneus spur dextra condition.

Abstract

Introduction: Menopausal women experience various physical and psychological problems. One of the psychological problems that often arises is anxiety. Anxiety occurs because a decrease in estrogen causes a decrease in serotonin, a chemical that carries messages between nerve cells in the central nervous system, gut, blood, and humans. The impact of menopausal women's anxiety is a decrease in quality of life. One intervention that is easy and safe to do is yoga. Yoga exercise has movements that are relaxing so that it can be used to reduce anxiety. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of yoga exercises to reduce anxiety in menopausal women. Method: The research design used quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest. The population in this study were women aged > 45 years. Samples were taken using purposive sampling. The inclusion criteria were women>45 years who had experienced menopause. The exclusion criteria were menopausal women taking anti-anxiety drugs. The instrument is in the form of a Zung self-rating anxiety scale questionnaire sheet which consists of normal, mild anxiety, moderate anxiety, and severe anxiety. Results: It shows that in the pretest, the majority of respondents had mild anxiety 34 people (68%); in the posttest, the majority of respondents became normal, namely 32 people (64%). The results of the t-test showed p-value = 0.00, < a = 0.05, so yoga interventions are proven to reduce anxiety in menopausal women. Discussion: Yoga exercises are effective in reducing anxiety because yoga exercises provide relaxation for postmenopausal women, with interventions given every 3 times a week for 3 weeks, increasing the effectiveness of yoga in reducing anxiety. Every movement in yoga has a relaxing effect, which if done continuously can reduce body tension and anxiety. Intervening 9 times for three consecutive weeks has been proven to reduce anxiety, initially mild to most normal. So yoga is proven to reduce anxiety in menopausal women. Every movement in yoga has a relaxing effect, which if done continuously can reduce body tension and anxiety. So yoga is proven to reduce depression in menopausal women. Conclusion: Yoga exercises are effective in reducing anxiety in menopausal women. Suggestions for other researchers are yoga interventions on the anxiety of chronic disease patients.

Abstract

Introduction: HbA1c is a non-enzymatic binding of glucose molecules to hemoglobin through a post- translational glycation process, measuring the level or percentage of glucose bound to hemoglobin, this parameter is used as the main benchmark for controlling Diabetes Mellitus because HbA1c can describe blood sugar levels within a period of 1- 3 months due to red blood cells bound by glucose molecules. HbA1c examination is an examination of glycemic levels which is useful to determine long-term glycemic control in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. From this study to determine differences in HbA1c levels in diabetes mellitus patients using capillary and venous blood samples. Method: Cross-sectional, this research was conducted at the Hematology Laboratory of the Palembang Muhammadiyah Institute of Health and Technology. The population taken was Diabetes Mellitus Patients in the Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital laboratory. The sample used in this study was 29 samples using purposive sampling. Results: The average HbA1c level was found in 7.91% capillary blood and 7.91% venous blood.
