Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase the ability of self-control in children in group A at Al Mustaqim Kindergarten because there are still children in group A that are still lacking. Self-control is one of the emotional developments that need to be built since children are still small. Self-control is a person's ability to control himself so that his behavior is not detrimental to himself or to others. Self-control is also defined as the human capacity to control the response. Children must be taught self-control from an early age so that they are able to make their own choices in acting and take responsibility for their actions. This study uses a qualitative approach with classroom action research (CAR) methods and uses the Spiral model from Kemmis and Taggart. Based on observations in various aspects of the use of the storytelling method, it has been shown that the ability of self-control in cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle to have shown a significant increase

Abstract

This study aims to improve early reading skills through picture cards in group B at Holy Faithful Obedient Kindergarten, Depok. This research is motivated by the lack of early reading ability of children in group B2 (aged 5-6 years). This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively using the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, which is performed for two cycles. The subjects of this study were children in group B2 at Holy Faithful Obedient Kindergarten, totaling 15 children, consisting of 8 boys and 7 girls. The object of this research is the ability to read the beginning using picture cards. The method used in collecting observational data, while the data analysis technique was used qualitatively and quantitatively. The indicators studied are indicators that state the sound symbols of letters, differences in letters, mention objects/words that have initial letters, and connect words with symbols/symbols. The results showed that picture cards could improve the early reading ability of group B in Holy Faithful Obedient Kindergarten. This can be seen from the significant increase in initial reading ability. This increase can be seen from the results of observations at the end of the improvement of the initial reading ability development activity using picture word cards as media

Abstract

Education is a knowledge transformation effort carried out by educators to students to educate the children of the Indonesian nation. Religious education is the first and foremost basis that must be owned by every citizen of the nation, especially the nation's children as the next generation, successor and perfection of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. In this study the authors used qualitative research with survey methods with a correlational approach which was carried out at SD Islam Tirtayasa Serang Banten by involving students in grades, four, five and six. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentary studies. Data analysis used correlational analysis with the product moment formula correlation technique

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of third grade students at SDN Kesuad Serang City in mathematics through the demonstration method. This research uses a qualitative method with a classroom action approach (CAR) carried out collaboratively and in two cycles. The results showed that the average value of learning outcomes in the first and second cycles of the first and second meetings obtained an average value of 58.5 with a percentage increase of 68.5% and the second cycle obtained an average value of 72.7, with a percentage value achievement of 83.5%, then there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Likewise, the results of student observations showed an increase in student participation and activity in cycle I and cycle II by 90%. It can be concluded that the application of the demonstration method can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to determine the increase in children's learning motivation in PAUD Nurul Islam Pandeglang Class B. With the pandemic, it turns out that it also has an impact on decreasing children's enthusiasm for learning at school. Therefore, the authors seek to find new innovations that can increase children's learning motivation at school. The method used by the author in an effort to increase student motivation at PAUD Nurul Islam Pandeglang is to use Reward ASYIK at the time of learning reflection. This ASYIK reward was first proposed by a Lecturer at Panca Sakti University Bekasi, Sri Watini, in 2016. This ASYIK reward is very easy to implement and the children are very happy to do it. This ASYIK reward is given to students when students can answer questions or can complete what is asked by the teacher. It starts with the teacher saying, “Say…,” then the child answers, “I can, I am great, I succeeded, yes”. This FUN reward is given with the aim of being able to motivate themselves that they are great. By using this ASYIK Reward, it can be seen that there is a change in the attitudes and learning motivation of children at PAUD Nurul Islam Pandeglang

Abstract

Self-confidence is an important thing for early childhood to have, because having confidence will grow courage and increase children's enthusiasm to learn. Confidence is the ability of children to express feelings, be able to interact with others and dare to face life in the environment. At the Rural State Kindergarten, Walantaka District, Serang City, there are still some children who are not confident, such as lack of communication, not daring to express their feelings or opinions, not daring to answer the teacher's questions, being afraid and embarrassed to come to the front of the class. This research was conducted to increase the self-confidence of children aged 4-6 years in Rural State Kindergarten, Walantaka District, Serang City by using the "Reward Fun" Learning Model. Starting from a lack of confidence in children when they are playing. The “Reward Fun” learning method is a learning innovation developed by Sri Watini who has received a patent for a copyrighted work from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. In "Reward Fun" it is expected to be able to increase children's confidence in learning and playing, so that it will have a positive influence on the child which will continue to be felt throughout his life so that the child can develop optimally

Abstract

Vocabulary is an important element in the development of language skills in early childhood. The development of vocabulary comprehension skills requires a complete understanding of the child. This study hopes to improve children's ability to recognize vocabulary in children using the ATIK learning model in group A at Abdi Pertiwi Kindergarten. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample of this study involved 20 children in group A. The data collection process in this study was carried out in two stages. The results of this research action have shown an increase in the child's ability to recognize vocabulary and show an increase that has been made in the first stage which shows a result of 61.1% where half of the sample has shown an increase, then in the second action the actions that have been taken show an increase again by 91.1%. The researcher concludes that the researcher's efforts to improve vocabulary skills in children through the ATIK model are well applied in Abdi Pertiwi Kindergarten

Abstract

Establish of Children's morality is very important in this modern day, especially for teenagers who are looking for identity, it is necessary to be equipped with Islamic knowledge. Here researchers are interested in alternative religion education studies after maghrib-isya for teenagers as an effort to equip and shape the youth character for the better. The purpose of this research is to: (1) Describe alternative religion education studies after maghrib-isya, (2) describing the internalization of Islamic values through the study of studies after maghrib-isya in forming juvenile morality in the neighborhood Tanggul RW.12 Desa Cimuncang Serang, (3) describes the impact of the studies after maghrib-isya in the youth of the neighborhood Tanggul RW.12 Cimuncang  Serang.  To achieve the above objectives, there is a qualitative research approach that is descriptive. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. To check the validity of data using triangulation. The results showed that: (1)  studies after maghrib-isya is one of the religious-based alternative education that plays a role in learning to read Qur'aan, worship and morality. The learning process is sometimes done after praying Maghrib until the entrance of prayer time. This studies after maghrib-isya aims to educate children with ethical and Islamic culture, in the neighborhood Tanggul RW.12, There are three places of study, namely in the Hall of Studies Riyadul Muta'alimin, House Ustadzah Maemunah and house Ustad Suryadi, (2) The implementation of this study discusses the material about reading the Qur'an, worship and morality by occasionally associate it with the theme needed by teenagers. While the use of methods applied in this study is by the method of lectures, question and answer methods, methods of habituation, giving transparency, and giving motivation, (3) The impact of these studies has made a positive impact on teenagers especially in shaping adolescent morality that is increasing in the better direction

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the extent of the influence of fun cooking in improving mathematics learning in early childhood. This article is based on the assumption that learning in early childhood will be more meaningful by playing and having fun for children. In general, mathematics is introduced to the process of counting, measuring, and weighing. Fun cooking was chosen for the method of introducing mathematics to early childhood because it can improve children's mathematical logical abilities in the cooking process such as counting, measuring and weighing food ingredients. The findings from this article are expected to help teachers in implementing fun mathematics learning for early childhood

Abstract
