Abstract

Public services and information management in Bogoran Village, Kampak District, Trenggalek Regency, currently face obstacles due to reliance on conventional systems, including manual administrative processes and physical notice boards. This study aims to design and build a Public Service and Citizen Information Website in Bogoran Village using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which includes four stages: Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The system was developed using the Laravel framework (PHP), MySQL database, and CSS for a responsive interface. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 5 respondents. Black Box Testing results showed that all main features functioned as expected. UAT evaluation yielded an average feasibility percentage of 94.29%, categorized as very good. The system provides village information services, news publication, activity gallery, citizen complaint features, and WhatsApp notification integration, effectively improving public service effectiveness and information transparency in Bogoran Village.

Abstract

User reviews on digital platforms are an important source of information for understanding perceptions of game products, but the large amount of data makes manual analysis less effective. This study aims to analyze user sentiment towards the Minecraft game based on Google Play Store reviews and compare the performance of the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) methods. The study used a quantitative approach with 1,600 scraped reviews, which after preprocessing became 1,477 data. The research stages included text cleaning, sentiment labeling, TF-IDF feature extraction, data division using a stratified split, classification model development, and evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and the McNemar test. The results showed that 70.3% of reviews had positive sentiment, 23.3% were negative, and 6.4% were neutral. The SVM model produced better performance with an accuracy of 82.09% and an F1-score of 0.79, compared to Naïve Bayes with an accuracy of 75.62% and an F1-score of 0.6788. However, the McNemar test results showed no significant difference in performance between the two models (p-value = 0.3074). This finding suggests that the SVM is superior in predictive performance, but both methods have relatively equivalent classification capabilities statistically in analyzing Minecraft user review sentiment.

Abstract

Studies on religious moderation from the perspective of hadith have tended to emphasize textual understanding and identification of moderation values, while studies that reinterpret hadith contextually through the Ma‘ānī al-Ḥadīṡ approach are still limited. This study aims to analyze and reinterpret hadiths on religious moderation by integrating textual, intertextual, and contextual analysis. This study uses a qualitative approach through library research with data sources in the form of hadith, books of discourse, and relevant academic literature. The results show that the Ma‘ānī al-Ḥadīṡ approach produces an understanding of religious moderation that does not stop at the prohibition of excessive behavior, but includes a broader value construction of balance (tawāzun), justice (‘adl), tolerance (tasāmuḥ), and proportionality in practicing religious teachings. The main findings of this study indicate that contextual interpretation of the hadith allows the values ​​of moderation to be transformed from normative principles into an ethical framework relevant to the dynamics of contemporary socio-religious life. Thus, the Ma‘ānī al-Ḥadīṡ approach makes a methodological contribution in broadening the understanding of the hadith on religious moderation while strengthening its relevance in facing the challenges of extremism and the plurality of modern society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Price to Book Value (PBV) in personal care products subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The study population consists of 11 companies, while the sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 6 companies with 30 observations. The data used are secondary data from annual financial reports and were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results show that partially ROA and DER have no significant effect on PBV, while TATO has a positive and significant effect on PBV. Simultaneously, ROA, TATO, and DER have a significant effect on PBV with a coefficient of determination of 57.8%. This finding indicates that asset utilization efficiency is a more determining factor in increasing company value in the research model than profitability and capital structure individually. Thus, a company's ability to optimize assets to generate sales is a strategic aspect in enhancing market perception of the company's value. The results of this study imply that companies in the personal care products subsector need to prioritize effective asset management as part of their value-enhancing strategy.

Abstract

The Sharia Term Savings Planning (Tapenas) product is a term savings service that helps customers prepare for future financial needs based on sharia principles. This study aims to analyze customer perceptions of the Tapenas product at BSI KCP Jepara and identify factors that influence these perceptions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of informants selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that customers have a positive perception of the Tapenas product because it is considered to support long-term financial planning, provide a sense of security in fund management, and is in accordance with sharia principles. This perception is influenced by customer knowledge of the product, service quality, promotions, user experience, and level of trust in the bank. These findings suggest that strengthening product education and more informative marketing communications are needed to increase public understanding and interest in sharia-based term savings products

Abstract

This study aimed to design and develop a website-based *Desa Bersinar* Information System and to evaluate its functionality and usability. The research employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, comprising requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover phases. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and literature reviews. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. Functionality was tested using Black Box Testing, while usability was assessed via a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 10 respondents. Test results indicated that all tested features—including login, reporting, village data, articles, and the gallery—functioned according to the established scenarios. Usability testing yielded a score of 341 out of a maximum of 500 (68.2%), placing it in the "good" category. These results demonstrate that the system is user-friendly and capable of supporting the dissemination of P4GN (Drug Abuse Prevention, Eradication, and Handling) information, as well as the centralized management of data, documentation, and community reports. Consequently, the developed information system can serve as a tool to support the digitalization of *Desa Bersinar* Program management at BNN Trenggalek Regency

Abstract

Digital transformation drives organizations to adopt e-business systems to improve operational efficiency. However, rapid technological developments are not always accompanied by the digital readiness of human resources (HR), especially in developing countries like Indonesia, which can trigger techno-anxiety in employees. This study aims to analyze the triggers of techno-anxiety and evaluate change management strategies in e-business implementation. The study used a literature review method with a qualitative-descriptive approach. Articles were obtained through a scientific database search using keywords such as techno-anxiety, technostress, digital transformation, e-business, and change management. Selected articles were scientific articles published between 2018 and 2026 that were relevant to the research focus and available in full text. Articles that were irrelevant or did not address techno-anxiety and employee readiness were excluded. A total of 13 articles were analyzed through theme grouping, comparison of findings, and narrative synthesis. The synthesis identified three main themes: concerns about system errors, data security, and limitations of adaptive training. The findings suggest that overly top-down change management has the potential to increase employee resistance and frustration. Therefore, change strategies need to be human-oriented through participatory engagement, adaptive training, open communication, and a psychologically safe work environment to reduce techno-anxiety and technostress.

Abstract

This research develops and evaluates a Transformer encoder-based SQL Structure Embedding (SSE) to improve SQL structure representation quality in Text-to-SQL systems. Static embedding approaches such as GloVe, commonly used in few-shot learning-based Large Language Model (LLM) systems, have limited ability to capture inter-clause contextual relationships in SQL, thereby reducing the quality of few-shot example selection. The dataset used is the BIRD dev set with 1,534 Natural Language Query (NLQ) and SQL query pairs, annotated with five SQL latent intent categories and 44 SQL component labels. The SSE model is built using an encoder-only Transformer architecture initialized with 100-dimensional pretrained GloVe weights, two encoder layers with 4 attention heads, and mean pooling. Evaluation results show the SSE model achieves a Micro F1 of 0.8671, Macro F1 of 0.7920, and Samples F1 of 0.8312, improving by 9.17%, 10.31%, and 9.20% respectively over the GloVe baseline. The combination of SSE with a downstream classifier yields the best performance with a Micro F1 of 0.8821. These results confirm that the self-attention mechanism in Transformer more effectively captures relational context between SQL clauses to support few-shot example ranking in Text-to-SQL systems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for fashion products in the Shopee marketplace among students of Bhinneka PGRI University, Tulungagung. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. Data were obtained through questionnaires from 100 students of the Economics Education Study Program in semesters 6 and 8. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with a t-test to test partial effects, an F-test to test simultaneous effects, and a coefficient of determination to determine the contribution of independent variables to purchasing decisions. The results showed that price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (t = 8.844; sig. = 0.000), as did online customer reviews (t = 3.206; sig. = 0.002). Simultaneously, price and online customer reviews had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (F = 122.790; sig. = 0.000) with a contribution of 71.1%, while 28.9% was explained by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that purchasing decisions for fashion products on Shopee are influenced by price considerations as well as consumer information and experience reflected in online customer reviews

Abstract

Extrajudicial divorce still occurs in society, raising issues regarding the legal status of the divorce and the protection of the rights of the husband, wife, and children. This study aims to analyze and compare the validity of extrajudicial divorce according to the perspectives of Wahbah Az-Zuhaili and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), as well as the associated legal consequences under Indonesian positive law. The study employs a library research method with a normative-juridical approach. Data were obtained from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili’s *Al-Fiqh al-Islami wa Adillatuhu*, the KHI, relevant legislation, and scholarly literature. A descriptive-comparative analysis was conducted to identify similarities and differences between the two perspectives. The findings indicate that, according to Wahbah Az-Zuhaili, divorce does not always require a judicial ruling. Under certain conditions, *talak* (repudiation) and *khulu’* (divorce initiated by the wife) can occur without a court ruling, whereas other forms of divorce—such as those resulting from a lack of maintenance, physical defects, harm (*mudarat*), abandonment, imprisonment, or *talak ta’asuf* (arbitrary/abusive repudiation)—require judicial intervention. Conversely, the KHI mandates that divorce proceedings take place before the Religious Court. The primary difference lies in the status of the judicial ruling as a prerequisite for a valid divorce. Wahbah Az-Zuhaili’s jurisprudence allows for certain extrajudicial divorces, whereas the KHI requires a judicial process to secure legal recognition.
