At the end of 2019, a new disease caused by a virus emerged and attacked the respiratory system, this disease is known as the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). Covid-19 can spread through particles from the sufferer's sneeze or cough that stick to other objects such as clothing or electronic devices from surrounding people. Covid-19 first spread very rapidly in China and is currently spreading to other parts of the country. This pandemic is one of the things that people are worried about, but it can prevent various things. There are many ways to prevent the transmission of Covid-19, one of which is by using disinfectants. Disinfectants are chemicals used to kill or reduce the number of unwanted microorganisms, such as bacteria, fungi, and viruses. One of the active ingredients that is often used in making disinfectants is alcohol. Alcohol is effective against both Gram positive and Gram negative including resistant pathogens such as Methiciline Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) and Vancomicin Resistant Enterococci (VRE), Micobacterium tuberculosis, and various other fungi and viruses. The purpose of this paper is to see the halal use of disinfectants that use alcohol. This disinfectant is made in several stages, namely first 50 mL of 99.8% acetic acid with 250 mL of distilled water and 700 mL of 98% alcohol into a stirred tank. The stirring motor is turned on and the mixture is stirred for 15-20 minutes. While stirring add 50 mL of liquid soap (sunlight). To get the desired disinfectant content. After 15-20 minutes the stirring tank is turned off and the disinfectant product is ready for use. The purpose of making this disinfectant is as an ingredient for the spraying process as a preventive measure against the coronavirus, killing or inhibiting the proliferation of bacteria and viruses. As well as efforts to improve hygiene to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). One of the steps is spraying in vital places or public facilities. This disinfectant spraying work program is useful to anticipate the spread of the Covid-19 virus. In addition, this activity is expected to provide comfort to the community, especially in the South Sulawesi area in doing outdoor activities. In connection with the above, the use of disinfectants containing alcohol is allowed or lawful to use.

Tourism is a strategic sector that has a high multiplier effect on other sectors. The development of the tourism sector will have a positive impact on improving other sectors such as the trade, hotel and restaurant, transportation, and other sectors. This has caused many regions to do their utmost to develop this sector. Empowerment of natural, cultural and culinary potentials as an attraction of tourism is still not optimal. Management of tourist attractions that exist today is also not optimal. Even the involvement of related parties in this matter can be said to have not been maximized. Ideally, the development of tourist destinations should have the involvement of tourism operators, namely the government, the private sector and the community. Seeing this phenomenon with its various problems, it is very interesting to conduct research. This research used quantitative research method with five destination. The results of the N.Vivo analysis show that of the twenty factors analyzed there are three factors that most influence on tourism excellence in the city of Semarang. These three factors include: Government and private assistance, tourism promotion, community involvement.

Taxes are one of the largest sources of state revenue in almost all countries, but the level of tax compliance is still relatively low, including in Indonesia. Tax compliance can be defined as a condition where the Taxpayer fulfills all tax obligations and doing the taxation rights. Before the new normal during the covid'19 Pandemic, the level of compliance was studied by many researchers with various results and variables. This study tries to look at the level of tax compliance during the covid'19 pandemic by raising the lempu culture variable as local wisdom. Does the lempu culture affect taxpayer compliance during the covid'19 pandemic in the Makassar. This study explores the role of lempu culture on taxpayer compliance during the covid'19 pandemic in Makassar. This study uses quantitative data, the data that obtained in the form of numbers from the results of questionnaires and data that published by official institutions, internet and the other relevant data that needs by researcher. The population in this study were all registered taxpayers at Pratama Tax Service Office of Makassar. And the sample research used purposive sampling method with the type of sample selection based on sampling considerations. The data analysis technique used in this research is Linear Regression. The lempu culture in the Bugis Makassar society which is related to taxpayers is explained that lempu is one of the attitudes of taxpayers to comply with tax regulations without influence of other people or the tax authorities (fiscus) as a form of self-assessment system. This research was conducted during the covid'19 pandemic, its various social restrictions are imposed by the government. And from the results of collected questionnaires that has been processed are 40 respondents, it showed that the lempu culture had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance during the covid'19 pandemic. When this honesty is fulfilled by the taxpayer, in reporting the tax payable, the taxpayer will try to calculate, pay, and report the tax honestly in accordance with the actual conditions. Lempu (honesty) of taxpayers has a positive effect on the level of individual taxpayers compliance during the Covid-19 Pandemic, it means if the lempu (honesty) of taxpayers is high, the level of tax payers compliance to calculate, pay and report taxes will increase as well.

People with severe mental disorders or schizophrenia often have recurrence episodes. If the clients have undergone treatment in the hospital, the treatment process can continue at home. However, clients are often unable to stay at home for a long time and experience recurrence episodes. This study aimed to find out the effect of giving Patient Education Program (PEP) therapy and Family Psycho-Education (FPE) therapy on reducing recurrence of mental disorders. This study was a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design pre and post-test nonequivalent control group. The results of the study using the Paired T-test in the intervention group had different mean scores of mental disorders recurrence before and after giving PEP and FPE therapy with a p-value of 0.000 (p less than a; 0.005). In addition, in the control group using the independent T-test, the results showed no difference in the mean score of mental disorders recurrence before and after giving PEP therapy with a p-value of 0.604 (p greater than a; 0.005). Giving PEP therapy and FPE therapy to people with mental disorders in the community impacts reducing symptoms of recurrence so that it can be used as an alternative solution to mental health problems in community

The problem that often occurs in Diabetes Mellitus is peripheral neuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy can cause sensory sensations in the legs to decrease or even disappear. Flow disturbances in the legs could be detected by measuring the ankle brachial index (ABI), which measures the ratio of the systolic pressure in the arm to the systolic pressure of the lower leg. One of tnon-pharmacological therapy is lower range of motion (ROM). This study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of Range of Motion (ROM) exercise on sensory function and Ankle brachial Index in DM patients. This study was conducted in Tamamaung Health Center, Makassar. It used pre-experimental research method in the form of one-group pretest-posttest design. It was conducted with direct observation by the researchers. The research sample was 15 respondents at Tamamaung Health Center Makassar who met the criteria of inclusion. Analysis of the data used Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test and Paired Sample T-Test. Results of sufficient analysis showed the effect of range of motion exercise on the sensory function and Ankle brachial index in DM patients at Tamamaung Health Center, Makassar. The sensory function was tested using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test and obtained the value of ρ = 0.001, indicating that value of ρ was smaller than α = 0.05. Thus, for the sensory function, Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. In addition, the right ABI value was tested using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and obtained the value of ρ = 0.001, while the left ABI value was tested using Paired Sample T Test and obtained the value of ρ = 0.000, indicating that the value of ρ was smaller than α = 0.05. It means that for ABI value, Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. The results concludes that there is an effect of range of motion exercise on sensory function and Ankle brachial index in diabetes mellitus patients at Tamamaung Health Center, Makassar. It is recommended that there should be educational program and implementation of ROM exercises especially in diabetes mellitus patients.
