Abstract

One of the successes of a school is determined by the quality of its teachers who are good at all processes carried out in schools. Teachers who can prepare good learning tools are made possible by the supervision function of school supervisors in a directed and continuous manner. Improvements are carried out periodically, and an evaluation of the implementation of the learning and supervision is required. Improvements through continuous evaluation can be carried out through supervisory duties and functions, namely monitoring, coaching, assessing, and professional guidance and training of teachers on aspects of teacher competence and the main tasks of teachers. but in fact, the knowledge and abilities of teachers in schools and their implementation in learning still need to be improved. Therefore, this kind of workshop still needs to be held. The training and mentoring method uses the workshop method

Abstract

Community Music Learning (CML) is music learning approach that is not tied to a music grade but rather to the musical skills possessed by the community. This is important given the number of music communities in the province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) which is so many and diverse. These communities include, (1) the church; (2) schools; (3) studio; and (4) the music community in the community. This fact is constantly being studied so that this year the Church Music Education Study Program (PMG), the State Christian Religious Institute (IAKN) Kupang conducted PKM in one of the communities that is considered representative of this theory and phenomenon. Total activities carried out as many as 25 activities for 2 months. This activity focuses on the development of musical competence in a wide range of aspects. Aspects related to music in this community are (1) dance; (2) theater; (3) psychology and counseling. The training activities have been carried out well. The PKM that has been implemented provides some input, including broad aspects of music can continue to be developed with various approaches. Another important thing is that continuous efforts are needed to be able to reach more communities in the province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).

Abstract

Ide dasar pengabdian masyarakat ini didasarkan pada situasi problamatik yang dihadapi mitra yakni minimnya penguasaan guru terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dalam bidang pembelajaran, belum berkembangnya inovasi desain pembelajaran yang mengacu pada landasan teoretis dan model desain pembelajaran yang telah teruji, dan terbatasnya kreatifitas guru dalam mengembangkan sumber belajar yang sesuai dengan konteks dan karakteristik belajar siswa di masing-masing sekolah. Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra adalah pelatihan pembuatan multimedia interaktif berbasis PowerPoint dan bahan ajar digital. Materi pelatihan tersebut didukung dengan pemaparan materi lainnya yaitu: desain pembelajaran di era new normal; prinsip pembelajaran di era digital dan new normal; perkembangan teknologi digital, manfaat dan resiko pemanfaatan teknologi digital; konsep, prinsip, strategi dan sumber belajar di era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk knowledge sharing dengan pendekatan andragogi. Kegiatan PKM memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan berbasis teknologi yang dibutuhkan guru dalam menghadapi era ne normal. Sebagian besar guru dapat mempraktekkan pembuatan multimedia interaktif dan seluruhnya dapat membuat bahan ajar digital.

Abstract

Potensi objek wisata Desa memiliki daya tarik wisata yang hingga saat ini belum dikembangkan. Potensi wisata di Desa Ombay secara garis besar dapat dikelompokkan menjadi wisata alam, wisata budaya, wisata pantai dan wisata situs. Masing-masing potensi memiliki keunikan dan ciri khas sebagai destinasi wisata. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini hendak menggali dan memperkenalkan potensi wisata yang ada di Desa Ombay yang selanjutnya di kelola dalam bentuk promosi atau pemasaran destinasi wisata sebagai upaya memperkenalkan dan mengajak wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Alor, khususnya Desa Ombay. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Keberhasilan kepariwisataan tidak hanya menjadikan target utama untuk menarik wisatawan mancanegara, tetapi lebih untuk mengembangkan peluang bagi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan pariwisata dan diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif seperti terbukanya kesempatan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat serta membuka wawasan masyarakat tentang dunia luar dengan adanya interaksi langsung antara wisatawan dengan masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by many PAUD teachers who still do not understand the importance of the Pancasila Student Profile and the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in PAUD Learning. The aims are 1) to provide knowledge or education to teachers regarding the Pancasila Student Profile in PAUD Learning; 2) to provide training in making learning tools based on Pancasila student profiles. The method used in this service is the lecture method in the form of socializing the Pancasila Student Profile and practice in the form of assisting in the preparation of teaching tools based on the Pancasila Student Profile. The results of the Community service activity, include the following components: 1) The success of the target number of participants in the socialization activity exceeds 50%; 2) The achievement of the objectives of the social, in generalization activities; 3) Achievement of the planned activity targets. In planning the total number of activity participants are 60 participants who are divided into 2 activity locations. In its implementation, the activity was attended by 50 participants so that the target of the activity participants reached 83.3%
