Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Persepsi Masyarakat Desa Mausamang Terhadap Ketersediaan SMA Di Kecamatan Alor Timur. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini Bagaimana Persepsi Masyarakat Desa Mausamang Terhadap Ketersediaan SMA di Kecamatan Alor Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat Desa Mausamang terhadap ketersediaan pendidikan SMA di kecamatan Alor Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif dan di dukung dengan angka persentase, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan wawancara. Sedangkan responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65 0rang yang terdiri dari pemerintah desa 1 responden dan masyarakat Desa Mausamang berjumlah 64 responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Persepsi sesorang dibentuk oleh tiga komponen yakni kognitif, afektif dan konotatif. Pada komponen kognitif responden memiliki pemahaman atau pengetahuan tehadap manfaat pendidikan yang positif sebesar 85%, pada aspek afektif, responden memiliki tanggapan negatif terhadap ketersediaan pendidikan menengah sebesar 45%, sedangkan pada aspek konotatif atau perilaku reseponden mengaharapkan adanya pendidikan menengah yang berada di lokasi responden sebesar 93%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kebiasaan pembudidaya rumput laut di Desa Allumang, Kec. Pantar Barat Laut, Kabupaten Alor, Prop. NTT melakukan teknik pengeringan rumput laut melalui metode penjemuran di atas terpal atau waring yang digelar diatas tanah atau pasir. Metode ini mempunyai kekurangan karena produk rumput laut dapat terkontaminasi dengan debu dan kandungan air yang tinggi serta tidak merata dan waktu penjemuran yang lama dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan mikro organisme seperti kapang dan dan jamur, kondisi ini berdampak pada penurunan kualitas. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta pemahaman pembudidaya rumput laut yang berdomisili di Desa Allumang mengenai manfaat penggunaan metode penjemuran para-para dalam proses pengeringan rumput laut untuk mendapatkan produk rumput laut yang mempunya kualitas sesuai permintaan pasar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan antara lain: (1) Tahap Persiapan; (2) tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan; (3) tahap evaluasi. Pelakasanaan kegiatan penyuluhan ini dikatakan berhasil secara signifikan yaitu 100% oleh karena secara psikologis terlihat adanya perubahan pola pikir pembudidaya mengenai teknik pengeringan rumput laut melalui metode penjemuran di atas para-para karena berkorelasi dengan kualitas rumput laut yang dihasilkan. Selanjutnya untuk lebih meyakinkan pemahaman pembudidaya rumput laut dilakukan kegiatan pembuatan para-para dilokasi budidaya sebagai contoh.Abstract: Habits of seaweed cultivators in Allumang Village, Kec. Northwest Pantar, Alor Regency, Prop. NTT uses the technique of drying seaweed through the drying method on a tarp or waring which is held on the ground or sand. This method has drawbacks because seaweed products can be contaminated with dust and high and uneven water content and long drying times can affect the growth of micro-organisms such as molds and fungi, conditions have an impact on quality degradation. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to increase knowledge and understanding of seaweed farmers who live in Allumang Village regarding the benefits of using the para-para drying method in the seaweed drying process to obtain quality seaweed products according to market demand. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out in several stages, including: (1) Preparation Phase; (2) activity implementation stage; (3) evaluation stage. The implementation of this outreach activity was said to be significantly successful, namely 100% because psychologically it was seen that there was a change in the mindset of farmers regarding the technique of drying seaweed through the drying method on a parapet because it correlated with the quality of the seaweed produced. Furthermore, to further ensure the understanding of seaweed cultivators, para-para-making activities were carried out at the cultivation location as an example.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of assignation program of non-permanent educators by the Educational Department in Alor using the CSE-UCLA model which consist of four stages namely needs assessment, program planning, formative evaluation and summative evaluation. A descriptive-qualitative method was applied with interview techniques, questionnaires,and documentation for the data collection. Based on the component of needs assessment, the program has a clear legal basis. However, since there is no technical guidance, therefore a different interpretation occurs during the implementation. Based on the program planning, the educational department has a program plan while the school needs aspect has not been fulfilled in terms of education degree and field of study. Formative evaluation, the assignation criteria for educators is based on school proposals using the administrative selection system. The placement of educators is not in accordance with the needs of schools based on the subject course. Summative evaluation, achievement of the program objectives has been attained in terms of quantity, although the improvements in terms of quality of assignation and placement of educatorare needed to be a concern to meet the school’ needs

Abstract

Polite behavior in speaking is a culture of the Indonesian nation, however, the culture of politeness which has been passed down for a long time has begun to disappear. Have started to lose manners in talking to other people or with peers. Disrespectful words are often spoken either between the interlocutor or through the mass media. The availability of information technology through mass media can be misused to speak impolitely either directly or indirectly so that it can disturb the peace, thus this coaching activity is carried out so that people have polite behavior in talking between peers. This coaching activity was carried out in the West Wolwal Village. The preparation of the activities was carried out from October to November 2020 and the activities were carried out in 1 day, namely November 22, 2020. The material presented included: good communication ethics, development of information technology, various impacts of impolite speaking behavior both directly and indirectly. . Questions and answers were held at the end of the activity and there was a commitment from the participants to behave politely in speaking.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the expected field experience program (PPL) FKIP Tribuana Kalabahi University. become a consideration for the PPL program model that is in accordance with the potential and needs of education, and is also useful for perfecting the program system oriented to improving the quality of education, especially the competence of prospective educators This research is an evaluation research using the CIPP evaluation model. Respondents in this study were the Dean of FKIP, PPL Committee, PPL Students, Field Assistant Lecturers and Civil Service Teachers. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data collected was then analyzed using a descriptive-qualitative method with a research design based on the CIPP evaluation model. The results of the evaluation show that the Field Experience Program (PPL) in general has met the success of the program, but there is also a need for improvement and refinement of several aspects that are evaluated.

Abstract

Pedagogic Competence is one of the competencies that must be possessed by teachers in order to improve and encourage the success of the quality of education. Therefore, teachers have a great responsibility to continue to train and improve pedagogical competence in the industrial era 4.0 or commonly referred to as the 21st century era. 21st century learning emphasizes learning that is integrated with technology, for this reason, teachers not only master, content or teaching materials, pedagogics, but also the teacher's ability to master three components, namely, content, pedagogic and technology. Service activities in the form of training on google sites applications and mentimeters use the methods of lectures, discussions, training, guidance and evaluation. The participants involved are 42 Kalabahi Christian High School Teachers who participated in service activities, the results of the activities of Christian High School Teachers 2 can use the google site application and mentimeter in learning activities

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk profesional guru adalah pelaksanaan penelitian, sebagaimana dibuktikan dari laporan portofolio guru yang mensyaratkan melampirkan karya tulisnya dalam sertifikasi guru dalam jabatan, karena hal itulah maka guru-guru di sekolah harus dapat meneliti di kelasnya sendiri dengan tujuan memperbaiki kualitas pembelajarannya melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas merupakan penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan oleh guru di dalam kelas pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran baik dari segi proses maupun hasil. Untuk membantu guru melaksanakan PTK, maka telah dilaksanakan workshop PTK bagi guru SMK Negeri Kokar dengan tujuan untuk pertama, melatih guru agar terampil dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah; kedua, melatih guru membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas dan ketiga, melatih guru agar dapat melaksanakan kegiatan penelitian tindakan kelas sebagai upaya dalam pengembangan profesi guru. Metode yang digunakan ialah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, persentasi dan bimbingan penulisan PTK. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari segi pemahaman terhadap konsep PTK maupun peningkatan ketrampilan menyusun dan menulis naskah PTK

Abstract

PTK is a report of real activities carried out by teachers in the classroom in an effort to improve the quality of learning. Classroom Action Research (PTK) is important in improving and improving the profession of educators, it is also important for improving and improving the quality of students. The purpose of this activity is to carry out the Tri Darma of Higher Education activities in the aspect of community service. This activity aims to share knowledge information in the context of developing the competence of teachers at SMK N Kokar. This service activity is carried out using lecture methods and practices. The lecture method was delivered by resource persons with material about Class Action Research (PTK).  Furthermore, the practice is carried out directly by the teacher with the practice of making PTK proposals as well as being presented as a form of guidance and evaluation of the stages of research preparation. The result of this PKM activity is that teachers at SMK Neegri Kokar can understand the steps and stages in implementing PTK. In addition, the teachers already have a plan for PTK proposals that will be implemented in the near future. Furthermore, Mr / Mrs. Guru also has a new motive in order to develop themselves to meet the requirements for promotion and teacher certification

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of learning models and independent learning on learning outcomes in class XI SMA Kristen 1 Kalabahi. The method used in this study uses experimental research method with a 2x2 factorial design. with two forms of treatment which then become independent variables in this study, namely the learning model which is divided into 2 types, namely the model Problem Based Learning of and Coperative Learning, and Independent Learning. Data collection techniques use test instruments and non-test instruments with useful data analysis Descriptive statistics are presented in the form of frequency distribution tables and histograms. Furthermore, to test the first hypothesis, statistical analysis was used, namely the analysis of variance known as ANAVA, while to test the second hypothesis, the analysis of the mean difference test was used. For the third and fourth hypotheses, a one-party average different test analysis was used. The research results show that 1)Model problem based learning more effectively implemented than model coperative learning in improving student outcomes; 2) Students with high learning independence can improve student learning outcomes; 3) There is an interaction effect between learning models and independent learning on student learning outcomes; 4) Students with high learning independence, model problem based learning more effectively used than model coperative learning in improving student learning outcomes; 5) Application model problem based learning, students who have high learning independence are more effective than students who have low learning independence in improving student learning outcomes.
