Abstract

Moringa leaves contain various nutrients and phytochemical sources. Low micronutrients consumed by breastfeeding mothers will affect the ability to provide breast milk with sufficient micronutrient content for infant growth. The number of breastfeeding mothers in Indonesia has decreased significantly. According to WHO data, exclusive breastfeeding is globally 44% (2020), in Indonesia 67.96% (2022), West Java 80.08% (2023) and Bogor City 42.50% (2021). Therefore, WHO and UNICEF are trying to promote and support breastfeeding. Many factors cause low breastfeeding in infants, including lack of breast milk production. Moringa leaves are one of the herbal plants that contain steroids and phytosterols which play a role in increasing and facilitating breast milk production. To determine the effect of giving Moringa oleifera leaf tea on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers aged 0-6 months at PMB E, Bogor City in 2024. This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental design with the One group pretest posttest design method. Abstract

Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of death in women worldwide, with incidence rates increasing every year. Early detection and prevention are important steps in reducing mortality from this disease. Women's low awareness and understanding of breast cancer is a major barrier to early detection. This literature study aims to analyze the impact of health education programs on increasing women's awareness and concern about breast cancer, especially in the aspects of early detection and prevention. Based on the literature review, it was found that health education programs have a significant role in improving women's understanding of risk factors, early symptoms, and the importance of breast self-examination and clinical examination. A number of studies have shown that before receiving education, many women did not understand the importance of early detection and tended to neglect breast examination. After participating in the education program, there was an increase in knowledge and a positive change in attitude towards early detection, with more women willing to perform regular breast examinations. This study also revealed that interactive and community-based education methods are more effective than passive delivery of information. Thus, the results of this literature study confirm that health education is an effective strategy in increasing women's awareness and concern about breast cancer. The implementation of more innovative and technology-based education programs can be a solution in reaching more women, especially in areas with limited access to health services.

Abstract

Patient Handover is an important process in healthcare that serves to ensure continuity of care and prevent medical errors. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the implementation of patient handover in hospitals through a systematic review of various relevant literature. The results of the analysis showed that some of the main factors that affect the effectiveness of handover include the level of education and experience of nurses, motivation and job satisfaction, effective supervision by the head nurse, as well as organizational policies that support patient safety culture. In addition, the use of structured protocols, such as checklists and standardized formats, has been shown to improve the accuracy of information delivered in handovers. However, the study also identified various challenges, including time pressure, high workload, as well as a lack of communication training for health workers. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed that includes increasing the competence of nurses, strengthening hospital policies, and optimizing the use of technology to support the handover process. Implementation of these measures is expected to improve patient safety and quality of health care in hospitals.

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus continues to show increasing global and national prevalence, driving the need for more effective and personalized management approaches. Innovative therapies such as SGLT2 inhibitors and GLP1 receptor agonists present as pharmacological solutions with promising cardiovascular and renoprotective benefits. However, the effectiveness of these therapies in clinical practice is determined not only by drug efficacy, but also by patient adherence and health system readiness. This study used a qualitative approach based on literature review to evaluate the challenges of adherence as well as the effectiveness and safety of innovative therapies in type 2 diabetes. The results of the analysis showed that although innovative drugs have been proven effective in clinical studies, response variability and side effects in real practice require realworld evidence (RWE)based monitoring. Obstacles such as high costs, unequal access, and low patient understanding are major barriers to widespread implementation of therapy. Adherenceenhancing strategies, technologybased education, and inclusive financing policies are needed to optimize the benefits of therapy. Thus, successful diabetes management through innovative therapies requires an integration of scientific approaches, public policies, and active patient participation in a fair and responsive health care system.
