Abstract

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Syamsudin Noor as a company operating in aviation fuel services, is committed to acting ethically in running its business. One of them is by running an empowerment program that targets the community in the company's ring-1 area. AFT Syamsudin Noor has five CSR programs that cover aspects of community empowerment, capacity building and infrastructure improvement. The five programs are Duta Bahtera (Posyandu Pertamina Bahagia and Sejahtera), Hiling di Kasturi (Greening and Environmental Management in RT 33 Kasturi), Pertamina Sigana (Disaster Preparedness), Sambar Deer Conservation and Endemic Kalimantan Plants and the Eco Green School Program. All of these programs have started since 2022, except for the conservation program which started since 2019.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of instagram social media promotions and word of mouth on purchasing decisions to choose the Wiwit Wedding wedding organizer. The data collection technique used 60 samples by distributing questionnaires and the data analysis technique was quantitative. The results of this research show that Instagram Social Media Promotion and Word of Mouth have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions when choosing Wiwit Wedding Wedding Organizers, both partially and simultaneously. The amount of 77.5% of social media promotion variables and word of mouth can influence consumer purchasing decisions to choose the wedding organizer Wiwit Wedding, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other variables not examined by this research.

Abstract

This article aims to explore effective strategies in HR training and development that can improve employee competence, skills and performance. Some of the approaches reviewed include training needs analysis, appropriate learning methods, and the use of technology in training. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review method to analyze effective strategies in training and development to improve the quality of human resources. Through these strategies, organizations can create a work environment that supports employee growth and strengthens the company's competitiveness.

Abstract

Optimizing production planning and scheduling is a crucial aspect in improving operational efficiency in the competitive industrial era. This article discusses the importance of proper production planning and scheduling strategies to forecast demand and efficiently manage resource allocation, as well as effective scheduling to minimize downtime and increase throughput. The company has the possibility of not only providing better services to customers, but also reducing costs, and increasing efficiency, thus achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The research was conducted by collecting information, then analyzed, and synthesized from various sources, including, journals, articles, and online publications.

Abstract

Digital marketing strategies have come a long way, but a key challenge is reaching an increasingly fragmented audience. In this context, the use of influencers in digital marketing strategies has become an effective alternative. This research explores the effectiveness of using influencers in digital marketing strategies in the rapidly evolving social media era. This research utilizes the literature review method to integrate credible references relating to digital marketing resources. The results show that planned collaboration between companies and influencers not only increases the visibility of the goods or services offered, but also builds consumer trust, which contributes to increased conversion and customer loyalty. The findings provide practical insights for marketers to design more effective digital marketing strategies, emphasizing the importance of value alignment between companies and influencers and innovation in content creation. It is desired that this research can serve as a benchmark for companies in harnessing the potential of influencers as an integral part of their digital marketing strategy.

Abstract

Work design is a crucial human resource (HR) management element that directly affects organizational productivity. This research examines how aspects of work design, including physical arrangements, task division, team interaction, and organizational culture, can influence employee motivation and performance. With the right approach, work design creates a comfortable and supportive environment and encourages collaboration and innovation. Through an analysis of best practices in work design, this article identifies strategies organizations can implement to improve HR productivity and the long-term implications for business success. The results of this study show that the role of work design is crucial in improving HR productivity. Implementation of appropriate and good work design will increase the productivity of appropriate human resources to achieve the goals desired by the company or organization.

Abstract

This paper discusses the WEB-based container loading and unloading operational management system at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistics Belawan. Several obstacles in the operational management information system for loading and unloading containers include electricity disturbances which prevent containers from entering the depot area and drivers who do not pay attention to the job orders being carried. The aim of this research is to understand how the operational management information system for loading and unloading containers works. This research uses field research methods, which involve direct observation and discussion with the company, as well as library research using books in the Medan Indonesian Maritime Adiguna Polytechnic library and other relevant reading sources. In conclusion, the web-based container loading and unloading operational management information system at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistics Baelawan has generally been implemented well and according to procedures, however there are still problems due to electrical disturbances which prevent containers from entering the get in area..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of inventory and distribution on supply chain management for IWF products at PT Krakatau Baja Kontruksi (KBK). In this research, researchers used descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data obtained comes from internal data from the KBK company for the period September to October 2024. From the data obtained, data on the number of stock items in the warehouse in September was 46,339 units with the total number of deliveries amounting to 40,090 items, while in October the number of stock items in the warehouse is 43,538 cigarettes with the number of deliveries being 39,115 cigarettes with a total inventory of 89,877 stems and the total number of shipments was 79,205 stems in the period from September to October. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the inventory and distribution of IWF products has an influence on the efficiency of Supply Chain Management at PT Krakatau Baja Kontruksi. Because inventory and distribution are increasingly optimal, the main goal of Supply Chain Management has been achieved.

Abstract

PD Toha crackers have been established since 1979. There are 2 types of crackers, namely white crackers (rose) and yellow crackers (opak). Curly rose crackers and opak crackers are generally side dishes and snacks made from tapioca flour and spices that are mixed with warm water then molded and steamed until cooked, followed by the drying and roasting process, then frying, labeling and packaging. These curly rose crackers have a savory taste, are shiny white and have a crispy texture. This Trading Company (PD) aims to find out how to maintain the quality of crackers and increase their selling value. The method of implementing this program is carried out through the stages of market survey, pre-production, production, marketing and business analysis. The production process of curly rose crackers is carried out for 10 production times and produces 400 packages. Each production produces 40 packages of curly rose crackers with 37 cracker contents which are sold at a price of Rp. 5,000 / package. The curly rose cracker product has a B/C ratio of 1.30 with a profit rate of 32%, so this product can be said to be feasible to run. The ingredients needed in making curly rose crackers are tapioca flour, tuna, garlic, salt, pepper, and water. The production process of curly rose crackers has several stages, namely preparation of raw materials, weighing, mixing, molding, steaming, drying, roasting, frying and packaging. The critical point in making curly rose crackers is at the molding and frying stages.

Abstract

To draw in and keep customers in this cutthroat age, businesses must always seek out new and creative ways to enhance promotions. Le Minerale's use of innovative information technology in their advertising is one intriguing example. A qualitative approach method of literature study type was employed in this investigation. Every business must therefore have an effective marketing plan for the goods it manufactures in order to win the competition. so that if sales of a product are high, corporate profits can be made. In this instance, the Le Minerale corporation influences consumer attraction using technologically enabled promotional medium. In the current digital age, technology-based promotional tactics have grown in importance as a means of assisting purchase management in order to draw in customers.
