Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Brand Image, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Gen-Z Kenangan Coffee Consumers in Tangerang City. The sample used was 100 respondents, with Non Probability Sampling technique and Accidental Sampling method. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Data processing using IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. The results showed that the Promotion variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the Brand Image variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the Product Quality variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the variables of Promotion, Brand Image, and Product Quality have a simultaneous effect on Gen-Z Consumers of Kopi Kenangan in Tangerang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on Organizational justice (X1), Job insecurity (X2), and Career Development (X3) on Turnover intention at Mood Studios in South Jakarta. The research used in this study is quantitative, the sampling technique used is non probability. The sample used in this study were 53 respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis (primary data), the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS v.22 software. The results of this study indicate the regression value equation, namely Y = 30.088 + (-0.22) X1 + 0.350 X2 + 0.306 X3 + € so it can be concluded that Organizational justice has no significant effect on Turnover intention, Job insecurity has no significant effect on Turnover intention, Career Development has a significant effect on Turnover intention. Contribution of the three independent variables R2 is 53.7% to Turnover intention (Y) and the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

With work satisfaction serving as a mediator, this research intends to examine the impact of training and IT usage on employee performance at PT Dsl Dharmasraya Saawit Lestari. A survey and accompanying questionnaire were used to gather data from a sample of one hundred participants. Structured equation modeling makes use of SmartPLS 3 for its analysis.Training has a favorable and statistically significant effect on work satisfaction, according to the studies conducted. Information technology has a favorable and substantial effect on contentment in one's work life. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by training. In a small but favorable way, IT affects productivity in the workplace. Employee performance is greatly affected by how satisfied they are with their employment. The impact of training on employee performance is moderated by job happiness. An individual's level of contentment with their work life moderates the relationship between IT and productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between PT. Abaisiat Raya employees' performance, their work environment, and their level of technological proficiency, with the mediating effect of stress in the workplace. We use SEM Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) as our methodology. Through the distribution of surveys to sixty-eight participants. Here are some key findings from the study: At PT. Abaisiat Raya, we could not find any evidence that a favorable work environment reduced stress. At PT. Abaisiat Raya, one's level of technological proficiency correlates positively and significantly with their level of stress on the job. At PT. Abaisiat Raya, the relationship between the workplace and productivity is good and statistically significant. Performance at PT. Abaisiat Raya is negatively and significantly impacted by employees' level of technology mastery. Work stress has a favorable and statistically significant effect on PT. Abaisiat Raya employees' performance. As an intervening variable, work stress has a favorable but negligible effect on employee performance at PT. Abaisiat Raya. Technology Mastery and Employee Performance at PT. Great Abaissat are positively and significantly impacted by work stress as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat institution. A strong organizational culture is believed to help positive employee behavior through the values applied by the company. Meanwhile, a conducive work environment plays an important role in creating employee comfort and productivity. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat. The population at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat amounted to 38 employees with saturated sampling method. The analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and location on sales levels, with purchasing decisions as intervening variables at PT. Bintang Banjar Cemerlang. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are consumers of PT. Bintang Banjar Cemerlang. The results of the study found that there was a significant effect between Price and Purchasing Decisions. There was a significant effect between Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions. There was no significant effect between Location and Purchasing Decisions. There was a significant effect between Price and Sales Level. There was no significant effect between Product Quality and Sales Level. There was no significant effect between Location and Sales Level. There was a significant effect between Purchasing Decisions and Sales Level. Purchasing Decisions were able to mediate Price and Sales Level.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature study is to develop a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research in the scope of research methodology. Literature review research articles on qualitative research concepts: literature review, case studies, ethnographic approaches, informants, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions are scientific literature articles in the scope of research methodology. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use a literature study or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of social media as a digital marketing strategy in transforming consumer behavior patterns, with a primary focus on the effectiveness of social media platforms at each stage of the purchase decision-making process. Using a literature review method and a qualitative approach, this research analyzes various findings from relevant literature to understand the dynamics of interaction between digital marketing strategies on social media and changes in contemporary consumer behavior. The results show that social media plays a strategic role in building brand awareness through the dissemination of engaging visual content, collaborations with influencers, and the delivery of personalized marketing messages. In the context of digital marketing strategy, social media facilitates the consideration stage by providing easy access to product reviews, recommendations from social networks, and direct interactions between consumers and brands. During the evaluation and decision-making stages, digital marketing strategies on social media reinforce consumer trust through social proof such as testimonials and positive reviews, as well as enabling retargeting based on consumer behavioral data. Furthermore, in the post-purchase stage, digital marketing strategies on social media serve as a means of fostering customer loyalty through responsive feedback management and the formation of active customer communities. This study concludes that social media as a digital marketing strategy has evolved into a holistic marketing ecosystem, not only transforming purchasing behavior but also creating long-term emotional relationships between brands and consumers. These findings provide important contributions to the development of more effective, ethical, and sustainable digital marketing strategies in the current era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the marketing strategy of pawnshop products in facing the world of the financial industry using the SERVO approach. The method used in this research is in-depth interviews with direct sources of the pawnshop's internal parties. The results of the research obtained that the marketing strategy of pawnshop products has used the SERVO approach as much as possible and uses strategies that provide comfort for its customers, one of the main strategies is to visit agencies or business centers. This non-bank financial institution continues to develop by using a direct promotion strategy to customers so as to attract customers directly to cooperate effectively.

Abstract

Human resources are a vital component in ensuring the sustainability of a company. However, ineffective management may trigger employees’ intention to leave the organization. This study aimed to analyze the influence of career development, work-life balance, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among employees of Hotel Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis Resort & Golf. A quantitative method was utilized, specifically applying multiple linear regression for the analysis. Information was gathered via surveys administered to 62 participants, who were chosen through a basic random selection method. The findings reveal that career development, work-life balance, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, each of these three variables has a negative influence on turnover intention.
