Abstract

The Research aims to identify the effect of work stress, work motivation, Work Environment on the perfomance of police officers of sectoral Tulungagung district Police Station . The research population in this study were members of the police from portion of the population used respondents namely 36 police officer. The data collection techniques used is questionnaire. The research uses multiple liniear regression. F test and t test for statistical analysis. The result of this research show that work motivation, job stress, work enviroment influence the police perfomance. The results showed that there was a significant effect between work stres, work motivation and work environment on employee performance with a significant value = 0,000. Calculation of regression coefficient of work motivation indicator (X2) has the highest t test value of 5,337 on employee performance. With this the work motivation (X2) has the greatest influence compared to other indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of comfort, product completeness and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Koperta Langgeng Mulyo Ngancar Kediri Supermarkets. In this study the population was 765 consumers. The sample is 79 respondents. Typical accidental sampling sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study were to use the validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing through SPSS. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study are obtained: (1) Empirically proven that comfort has no effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Empirically proven the completeness of the product partially influences the purchasing decision. (3) Empirically proven that prices have a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions. (4) Empirically proven that comfort, completeness of products and prices simultaneously influence the purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether inflation, financial performance and exchange rates affect stock prices in mining sector companies registered in the Indonesian Capital Market, the oil and gas sub-sector. The population in this study is a report on inflation, CR, ROA, exchange rates and stock prices for the period 2013-2017, the population of this study is 2 companies and there are data samples of 40 monthly 3-period observations. The analysis technique uses the classic assumption test, multiple regression test, t test, F test and determinant coefficient test. Partially the inflation results do not have a partial effect on stock prices, cr has a partial effect on stock prices, roa has no partial effect on stock prices, exchange rates does not have a partial effect on stock prices. Then inflation, cr, roa and exchange rates have a simultaneous effect on stock prices. Furthermore, the R2 results of this study amounted to 0.357 or 35.7% which could influence stock prices.

Abstract

The stock price reflects the value of a company. If the company achieves good performance, then the company's shares will be in great demand by investors. This study aims to examine the effect of CR, ROA and EPS on stock prices. The population of this research is the food and beverage subsector industrial company listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling method. Secondary data obtained from the IDX Investment Gallery at UNISKA Kediri. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression, test the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially the ROA and EPS variables had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while the CR variable had a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. The ROA variable has the most dominant influence. Simultaneously the CR, ROA and EPS variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Adjusted R-square value of 0.688, which means the ability of independent variables to explain variations in the dependent variable is 68.8% while the remaining 31.2% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. These results can be used to guide investors before investing in the capital market.

Abstract

Every company aims to develop the company to the maximum. In order for the goals achieved to run smoothly, leaders need to pay attention to the performance of their employees. The implementation of work discipline programs, morale will help control all actions and behaviors of employees to always be within the provisions that have become regulations in the company. Based on the description above, this study aims to find out how the influence of work discipline on employee performance, how the influence of morale on employee performance, how much influence between discipline and morale simultaneously on employee performance, which of the work disciplines and morale have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. DOS NI ROHA Kediri. From the discussion of research results, all question instruments are declared valid and reliable. The results of the analysis obtained the equation Y = 2.937 + 0.293 X1 + 0.540 X2. The R square value of 0.752 means simultaneously the influence of work discipline and morale variables on employee performance by 75% and the remaining 25% is influenced by other variables such as reward, punishment, work facilities, support from superiors and bonuses or intensive outside of salary. The results of the SPSS program processing t test show that the work discipline variable has a significance of t = 0.002 < 0.05 then there is a significant influence on employee performance variables and the morale variable has a significance of t = 0.000 < 0.05 then there is also a significant influence on employee performance variables. And the results of the F test obtained a significance value f = 0.000 < 0.05 then, together the variables X1 and X2 affect the variable Y. Morale (X2) is the most dominant influential variable, this is shown by the correlation value between work discipline (X1) of 0.293 and morale (X2) of 0.540.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on stock price studies in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016. In this study profitability was measured using Basic Earning Power (BEP) dividend policy using Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and stock prices using the closing price (Closing price). The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016, while the samples in this study were food and beverage companies that met the research criteria so that as many as 6 companies were obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. The results of the study stated that Basic Earning Power (BEP) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) had a significant positive effect on stock prices. This means that Basic Earning Power (BEP) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have a relationship with stock prices, so the two ratios are also one aspect that needs to be taken into account when investing in shares.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of Variables in this research which consists of Leadership Style (X1), Communication (X2), and Motivation (X3), while the variables influenced are Employee Satisfaction (Y) with sampling techniques based on Determination table for the number of creative tables. The table determines the number of samples from a certain population with an error rate of 10%. Obtained a sample of 90 employees at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Data obtained through questionnaires,interviews and observations. Based on the test results show that the leadership style positively significant effect on job satisfaction. Communication has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Communication and Motivation influence Job Satisfaction which can be proven with a Fcount value of 60.5141> Ftable 2.74 with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 which is much smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of discipline and work performance on employee productivity at PT. Setia Kawan Abadi Tulungagung. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires consisting of 5 questions for discipline variables, 6 questions for work performance variables and 7 questions for work productivity variables, literature study, interviews and documentation in accordance with research objectives. Data obtained using the help of SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The number of respondents is 73 employees of PT Setia Kawan Abadi Tulungagung. Analytical techniques in this study using the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression to test the effect of discipline and work performance on employee productivity. The result of the research shows that the regression equation is as follows: Y = 0,492 + 0,495 X1 + 0,794 X2. In F test found F count equal to 369,955 with sig. 0.000 which means discipline and job performance simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. While from result of t test analysis show value t count of discipline (X1) is 9,948 and work performance (X2) is 18,506 with sig value. = 0.000 because sig value <0,05 hence can be said variable of discipline and work performance have positive effect to work productivity of employees at PT. Setia Kawan Abadi Tulungagung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyse whether the liquidity, effectiveness, and size of the company affect the devidend policy on the food and beverage Sub-sector manufacturing company registered in the Indonesian capital market Period from 2013 to 2017 both simultaneously and partially. The population of this study amounted to 18 companies. By using purposive sampling technique, obtained as many as 6 companies as samples. Data collection is done by documentation techniques, library studies, and web searching. Financial report Data is obtained through the official website www.idx.co.id. The data analysis techniques used are using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The test results showed that the company's liquidity, effectiveness, and size were significantly influential on the dividend policy. Partial liquidity and effectiveness has no significant effect on the devidend policy, while the company's partial size has significant effect on the devidend policy. The adjusted value of R Square (adjusted R2) in this study amounted to 0.182, this means that 18.2% of the dividend policy variation can be explained by the liquidity, effectiveness, and size of the company. The remaining 81.8% is explained by other factors that can affect the dividend policy.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in a company to achieve its goals. If the performance of employees is less than the maximum in the company it will affect several success factors that support employee performance. Some factors that support the success of employee performance are a work environment that is increasingly uncomfortable, job satisfaction within the company is not good, and also the employee's morale decreases when doing a job. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and work morale on employee performance at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The sampling method uses simple random sampling, and the sampling technique is based on the table determining the number of ISSAC and Michael samples from a population of 135 employees in 2019, with an error rate of 10% obtained as many as 92 employees at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted with SPSS 16. The results of multiple regression analysis showed the equation Y = 4.682 + 0.177X1 + 0.404X2 + 0.147X3 which means that the work environment variables significantly influence employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.177, job satisfaction has an effect significant to employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.404. While the variable morale has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.147. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis conducted showed that the work environment (), job satisfaction () and morale () had significant and significant effects on employee performance (Y), and had a Determination Coefficient or R Square of 0.373 or 37.3%.
