Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is Accountability and Financial Transparency which includes financial integration and reports on the validity and accountability of Karangrejo Village in Ngasem District, Kediri Regency. The data used as observations are the Village Funds Report in Karangrejo Village, and the sample is the Village Fund Allocation report in Karangrejo Village for the period of 2017/2018. The method used in this research is qualitative with interviews and document studies. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study are obtained: (1) Village fund program planning has applied the principle of accountable, transparent and participatory where the planning is carried out through the musrenbangdes forum (Village Development Planning Conference). (2) The implementation has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability and participation by involving the community in activities, especially physical development and the community also directly supervises development activities. (3) Accountability in reporting and accountability of village funds is carried out in accordance with the mechanism based on the provisions even though there are still village officials negligence and the activity management team.

Abstract

A company expects maximum productivity results from its employees. But sometimes there are some things that can reduce the quality of an employee's performance such as the effect of safety given and health that is given. If left unchecked for sure productivity in the company will not be effective and efficient so that it can result in a decrease in company quality and reduce corporate profits. With the formulation of the problem whether there is an influence between occupational safety and health on productivity simultaneously or partially. By knowing this relationship, the Lirboyo Kediri General Hospital can predict the next step in making decisions and can improve occupational safety and health for its employees. The variables in this study consisted of occupational safety (x1), occupational health (x2), while the variable affected was productivity (y) with the sampling technique was simple random sampling, ie the technique of taking sample members from the population was done randomly without regard to existing strata in that population. Data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results of the analysis conducted showed that occupational safety and health on the productivity of employees has a correlation of r of 0.760 or 76.0%, which means that the magnitude of the correlation is close to 100%.

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is the problem only on human resource factors which specifically focus on giving incentives and Performance Appraisal on employee productivity so that this research is expected to not be able to expand from the determined topic. The population in this study were 27 employees who were sampled by the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, and multiple linear regression test through SPSS software. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results of the research are obtained: (1) Partially giving incentives has a positive and significant influence on the productivity of the work of employees of the Body and Paints of Auto2000 Suharmadji Kediri. (2) Partially the performance appraisal has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity employees Body and Paints of Auto2000 Suharmadji Kediri. (3) Simultaneously giving incentives and evaluating performance has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of employees in the Body and Paints of Auto2000 Suharmadji Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) the influence of communication (X1) on employee performance (Y), (2) the effect of work stress (X2) on employee performance (Y). This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital, namely 116 people. The sample in this study was the total number of employees in the nurse section consisting of 34 nurses at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study at the level of 5% indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant partial effect between communication (X1) on employee performance at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. The value of t arithmetic 2.916 and a significant value of 0.007 <0.05. (2) There is a positive and not significant partial effect between work stress (X2) on employee church at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. The value of t count is 1.831 and the significant value is 0.077> 0.005. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between communication (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously on employee performance at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. This is proven by the calculated F value of 24,650 and the significant value of F is 0,000. The calculation of multiple linear regression analysis using the regression equation is obtained by the value Y = 3.127 + 0.653X1 + 0.159x2.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is the lack of optimal work supervision and discipline of the state civil apparatus. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of supervision and discipline on the performance of ASN in the District Office of Responsibilitygunung, Tulungagung Regency. The study used a quantitative approach, with a population of 51 people consisting of 45 ASN and 6 Non ASN. The sample was selected as many as 45 respondents with purposive sampling method. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument and data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential statistics through validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and research hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, the findings of the regression equation Y = 24,532 + 0,552 X1 + 0,203 X2. Based on the partial test it was found that the value was significant. t (0.004) <0.05 means that partially there is a positive and significant influence between work supervision on employee performance. Significant value. t (0.002) <0.05, which means that partially there is a positive and significant influence between Discipline on the Performance of the Officers of the District Office of Tanggunggunung Tulungagung. Simultaneously supervision and work discipline have an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of Fcount 23,024 > Ftable = 2,810 and the value of Sig. F of 0.010 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Capital Structure and Financial Performance on Company Values in Go Public Manufacturing Companies (Case Study of Food and Beverage Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2017 Period). This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 18 companies. While the sample in this study were 10 companies. Data collection techniques arecarried out by non-participant observation techniques. The variables in this study are capital structure and financial performance as independent variables, and firm value as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are secondary data, literature and web searching. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis. Based on the results of this study, it was found that there was no significant effect between capital structure on firm value. The results of the analysis show a significance of 0.918 or greater than 0.05 (p = 0.918> 0.05), which means that H0 is accepted. The effect of the capital structure on the value of the company is because the capital structure is not an investor's focus in stock purchase decisions at the company. While financial performance has a significant influence on company value. The results of the analysis show a significant amount of 0.003 or smaller than 0.05 (p = 0.003> 0.05), which means H1 is accepted. High financial performance will provide an indication of good corporate prospects so that it can trigger investors to participate in increasing stock demand. Increasing demand for shares will cause increased company value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership styles and compensation for employees ' performance in UD Sinar Gemilang. This research data is derived from the method of presenting data from the response of respondents (questionnaires), as well as the results of other research that is relevant with the objects studied, in this case the primary data of UD Sinar Gemilang. The sample in the study was 35 respondents. The sample withdrawal method uses a saturated sampling where sampling is used throughout the population. The analyses used in this study were multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS 16 programs. The results of this research show that the style of leadership has no effect and is not significant to the employee's performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. While the simultaneous leadership and compensation styles have a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD Sinar Gemilang Nganjuk employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of devidend policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity to firm value on insurance company listed on capital market indonesia in 2012-2016. Variabel in this study is devidend policy represented by devidend payout ratio, ownership strucktur represented by manajerial ownership and growth opportunity represented by asset growth then firm value represented by price book value. This study is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are 14 insurance companies listed on sahamok.com, the sample in this study chosen by purposive sampling method and obtained 6 compaanies according to the criteria established, so there are 30 financial statement are processed. This study using multiple regression analysis,t analysis, f analysis. The result this study show that variables devidend policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity have significant effect to firm value. Then variabel devidendd policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity jointly have influence to firm value.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities that support the country's economy with the principle of kinship and prioritize common interests and mutual cooperation in general and can advance the prosperity of its members in particular. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital and total assets on the acquisition of the remaining proceeds of the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City. The object of the research used was the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City, 2013-2017. The sample used in this study is the last 5 years of financial report data so that the data taken is 60 data. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the classic assumption test first, coefficient of determination, F test and t test with SPSS tools (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of the research based on the F test show that capital (X1) and total assets (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the acquisition of operating income (Y).

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the effect of inflation rate, debt to equity ratio, return on equity to stock prices of property services sector property and real estate. The study was conducted at IDIS Investment Gallery of UNISKA by using secondary data. The population in this study as many as 48 companies then set sample in this study as many as 7 companies Property and Real Estate listed on the BEI period 2014-2016 which has been selected using purposive sampling method by using several criteria in taking samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, then test multiple linier regression analysis and use hypothesis test consisting of coefficient of determination test, t-test test ( partially), F-test (collectively). The result of research stated that with regression equation that Y = 7,821,482-1,735,657X1 + 1,176,411X2 + 532,696X3 can be concluded partially inflation rate have negative and significant effect to stock price with t value equal to -2,429 and significance value <0, 05 equal to 0,027, debt to equity ratio partially positive and not significant to stock price with t value equal to 0,3999 and significance value> 0,05 equal to 0,695 and return on equity partially have positive and significant effect to share price with value t count of 4.257 and significance value <0.05 of 0.001. Together the rate of inflation, debt to equity ratio and return on equity effect on stock prices with F arithmetic of 8.160 and significance value <0.05 of 0.001.
