Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran dan Akutansia (JPEPA) is a research base journal published by the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Indonesia. The scope and focus are related to research in the fields of economics, accounting, administration and also the study of economic education such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioural economics, office administration, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economics. The journal also publishes articles related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching models for economic studies. It also publishes studies on development policies. According to its scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, office administration, accounting, and economic education. The journal focuses on economic research and education with a quantitative and qualitative approach. There are many more problems related to economic studies and educational issues. Therefore, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) only publishes original research on economics, Office administration, accounting and economic education in Indonesia and abroad. The journal aims to publish scientific articles from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the self efficacy and peer conformity of the cheating behavior of accounting students of SMK Negeri in Jakarta using survey methods. The population in this study was one of SMK Negeri in Jakarta, with 10 and 11 class accounting sample students evaluating 108 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Based on the results of the study concluded about self efficacy and peer conformity have a simultaneous relationship to cheating relationships. Adjusting to a large extent influences cheating relationships, while peer conformity influences cheating behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and academic procrastination onlearning outcomes. The method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. Theaffordable population is 144 students and the sample is 105 students. Data collection usingquestionnaire and documentation instruments. Based on the results of the study, it can beconcluded that there is a positive effect of self-efficacy and a negative effect of academicprocrastination together have a significant effect on learning outcomes.

Abstract

Nowadays, student’s critical thinking skills are still considered low, even though this is really needed in 21st century education. This is because learning is still done classically (lectures), so that students have not been maximized in discover knowledge and solving problems. This research aims to describe of Critical Thinking Skills, Guided Discovery Learning (GDL), problem based learning (PBL), to examine the difference in critical thinking skills with model of Guided Discovery Learning (GDL) and Problem Based Learning (PBL). The research conducted in public VHS 46 Jakarta. The method used in this research is experimental method. The research design used True Experimental Design with Posttest Only Control Design. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. Hypothesis testing using SPSS 26 shows that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0,021 or smaller than 0,05, it can be concluded that H0 rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion from result of this research, there are differences in critical thinking skills with Guided Discovery Learning (GDL) and Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Basic Accounting Subject of Class X Accounting Student in Public VHS 46 Jakarta, which the GDL model has a bigger effect than the PBL model on critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of parenting styles and achievement motivation on students grade X department learning achievement at one of public vocational schools in Jakarta. This research was conducted for 6 months from January to Juny 2018. The research method is survey method with correlational approach. The population is students grade X which amounts to 214 students. The sample used 130 students and using the proportional random sampling technique. Variable Y (Learning Achievement) data is secondary, while variable X1 (Parenting Styles) and X2 (Achievement Motivation) data is primary using Likert scale. The data is tested for validity and reliability, and then analysis with multiple regression technique and classical assumption test. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 version. The results showed there is a significant influence between Parenting Styles and Achievement motivation on students learning achievement with a regression equation Ŷ = 11,065 + 0,211X1 + 0,735X2. The results of F test in ANOVA table produces Fcount 106,976 > Ftable 3,07, this means parenting styles and achievement motivation simultaneously positively influence the learning achievement. The t test produces tcount X1 2,117 > ttable 1,656, because tcount > ttable that means there is a positive influence between parenting styles and learning achievement. And then tcount X2 8,863 > ttable 1,656, because tcount > ttable that means there is a positive influence between achievement motivation and learning achievement. And then from the coefficient determination was obtained 0,628, which means there is an influence of independent variable on dependent variable in the amount of 62,8% and the remaining of 37,2% was influenced by the other variable who not be examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in student learning motivation taught by cooperative learningmodel type Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) and Jigsaw type in basic accounting subjectfor class X at SMK Negeri 3 Depok. This research is an experimental research with a pure research design. Thesample of this study was 69 students in class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 3 Depok. Based on theresults of the data analysis requirements, it states that the two classes are normally distributed and arehomogeneous. The results of the hypothesis test show that there are differences in the average learningmotivation of students who use the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learningmodel and the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. where the STAD type of cooperative learning model hasa greater effect than the Jigsaw type on student learning motivation. The novelty of the research is theapplication of a similar learning model but different types, namely the Student Team Achievement Divisions(STAD) cooperative learning model with the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa adanya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pengeluaran publik dan kesetaraan gender terhadap digital skills di negara OECD. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel negara OECD dalam kurung waktu tahun 2017 sampai 2018. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori pertumbuhan ekonomi endogen sebagai grand teorinya. Data yang digunakan telah melalui uji normalitas menggunakan metode regresi dan di olah menggunakan Eviews 11. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap digital skills tenaga kerja dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0017 < (0,05), pengeluaran publik berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap digital skills tenaga kerja dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,1746 > (0,05) serta kesetaraan gender juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap digital skills tenaga kerja dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0001 < (0,05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine influence of debt to equity ratio, return on equity and earnings per sharetoward stock price, either partially or simultaneously. This research conduct in financial sector companieslisted in BEI period 2019. The affordable population in this research consist of amount to 85 companiesand sample used many as 52 companies by using simple random sampling. The data used aresecondary data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of thediscussion it is concluded that the multiple linier regression equation obtained is Y = 6,313 + 0,047X1+ 0,399X2 + 0,272X3. The results of analysis show: (i) there is no significant positive influence betweenDER with stock price, (ii) there is significant positive influence between ROE and stock price, (iii) there issignificant positive result between EPS and stock prices. And basic on the result of the analysis is thatDER, ROE and EPS stimultaneously affect stock price.

Abstract

As one of the largest natural rubber exporters in the world, Indonesia has global potential to conquer therubber export market. This condition is indicated by the high value of Indonesia's natural rubber exportsto the global market. Based on the current world natural rubber export data of 64.8%, this value is ofcourse controlled by the world's two largest rubber exporters, one of which is Indonesia at 28.8%. Thisstudy aims to determine the effect of prices, exchange rates, and consumption on Indonesian rubberexports according to the main destination countries. The method used in this study is the panel dataregression method of the five main destination countries for Indonesian rubber exports, namely theUnited States, Japan, China, India, and South Korea in the 2013-2019 period with a fixeffect model.This data is secondary data obtained through a trade map and world bank and processed usingEviews 11. The results show that the variables of price, exchange rate, and consumption have asignificant and positive effect on rubber exports in Indonesia by destination country.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between Mindset and Motivation with Grit of Students University in Jakarta. The Study was conducted for three months staring from November 2019 until January 2020. The research method used survey method. The Population in this research is 320 accounting students of University in Jakarta. The Sampling technique used random sampling so that the sample was 167 students. Data of variable (Y) Grit, (X1) Mindset, and (X2) Motivation were obtained from the questionnaire. The requirements analysis test done is to find regression equation that produces Ẏ = 5,177 + 0,477X1 + 0,677X2. The results of analysis show: (i) there is significant positive influence between mindset with grit, (ii) there is significant positive influence between motivation and grit, (iii) there is significant positive influence between mindset and motivation with grit. Basic on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that mindset and motivation stimultaneously affect grit.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of of economics growth, inflation, and business confidence indexin ASEAN-5. The method used in this research is panel data regression method with VectorError Correction model. This research was conducted in 5 countrys in ASEAN for fiveteenyears, 2005-2019. The variables in this study consisted of the economics growth represented bypercentage of GDP (X1), inflation represented by consumer price index (X2), business confidenceindex represented by percentage of business confidence index (X3), and unemploymentrepresented by percentage of unempolyment rate (Y). This data is secondary data obtainedthrough World Bank and Trading Economics in ASEAN-5. The results of this study prove thatthe variable of economics growth in 1st lag isn’t significant on unemployment, but in 2nd and3rd lag are significant on unemployment. While the variables of inflation and businessconfidence index are significant on unemployment.
