Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran dan Akutansia (JPEPA) is a research base journal published by the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Indonesia. The scope and focus are related to research in the fields of economics, accounting, administration and also the study of economic education such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioural economics, office administration, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economics. The journal also publishes articles related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching models for economic studies. It also publishes studies on development policies. According to its scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, office administration, accounting, and economic education. The journal focuses on economic research and education with a quantitative and qualitative approach. There are many more problems related to economic studies and educational issues. Therefore, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) only publishes original research on economics, Office administration, accounting and economic education in Indonesia and abroad. The journal aims to publish scientific articles from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of adversity quotient, self-efficacy and family social support on achievement motivation during distance learning at SMAN 67 Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population reached in this study were all 11th grade students at SMAN 67 Jakarta, as many as 287 students. The sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires or questionnaires distributed via google forms to 143 11th grade students at SMAN 67 Jakarta This study reveals that: 1) adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect of 36.2% on achievement motivation, 2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect of 30.3% on achievement motivation, 3) family social support has a positive and significant effect on 23 ,9% on achievement motivation, 4) adversity quotient, self-efficacy and family social support together have a positive and significant effect of 68.4% and the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning culture, student personality characteristics, readiness to learn boldly on learning satisfaction. The research was conducted for 7 (seven) months starting from December 2020 to June 2021. The research method was quantitative with the type of research that was explanatory. The sample used in this study found 198 respondents from the education students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The data collection technique used a proportional random technique. The data analysis technique used SmartPLS software version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) with structural equation analysis (SEM). The results showed that each variable had a significant effect.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence the learning environment, the use ofinstructional media, and independent learning on the learning outcomes of students in class XIeconomics at SMA Negeri 35 Jakarta during distance learning (PJJ). The method used is aquantitative method with a cause and effect causality approach. The population in this studywere 106 students of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 35 Jakarta. Determination of sample using saturatedsampling technique, data collection using survey methods. Data analysis used path analysistechniques with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of this study indicate that the learning environmenthas a positive and significant effect on learning independence, the use of learning media has apositive and significant effect on learning independence, the learning environment has apositive and insignificant effect on learning outcomes, media use. learning has a positive andinsignificant effect on learning outcomes, and learning independence has a positive and significanteffect on learning outcomes. It can be concluded that learning independence cannot mediate learningenvironment variables on learning outcomes, and learning independence variables can mediate the useof learning media variables on learning outcomes.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the infulence of parenting style and peers to the learning dicipline. The method used is a quantitative method. The research population reached 185 SMK students majoring in Accounting in East Jakarta. The sample used was 126 students using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression equations, test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing and determination test. The results of data analysis show that the data used are normally distributed and linear. The coefficient of determination test results show that the percentage of parenting styles and peers to explain the learning discipline variable simultaneously is 33.9%. Simultaneously, the results showed that there was a significant influence between parenting styles and peers on learning discipline. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence between parenting styles on learning discipline, there is also a positive and significant influence between peers on learning discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Self-esteem and Self-efficacy with career maturity of students from the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, class of 2016. The research method used is a questionnaire method with quantitative and correlational approaches. The population in this study were students of the 2016 economics faculty, totaling 523 students. The sample used in this study amounted to 227 students using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Y variable data (Career Maturity) is secondary data, while the variables X1 (Self-esteem) and X2 (Self-efficacy) are primary data using a Likert scale model with modifications. The data was then tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, and correlation tests. The data analysis technique used IBM SPSS version 26. The results showed: (1) There was a positive and significant relationship between Self-esteem and career maturity as indicated by the correlation coefficient tcount > ttable with a value of 0.189> 0.130 and a significance level of 0.004. (2) There is a positive but not significant relationship between Self-efficacy and career maturity as indicated by the correlation coefficient tcount > ttable with a value of 0.160 > 0.130 and a significance level of 0.016. (3) And there is a positive relationship between Self-esteem and Self-efficacy with career maturity with the results of the calculated correlation coefficient (r) of 0.189 and 0.160 respectively and the significance level of 0.004 and 0.016, respectively. by using the calculation of product moment correlation analysis.

Abstract

Intergovernmental transfers play an important role as a source of regional income to reduce thegap between demand and income. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of GRDP,DAU, and Population Density in metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas in Java in 2019 andto determine the effect of taxes and DAU in provinces with high DAU and provinces with lowDAU in Java in 2010-2019. In addition, this study was also conducted to analyze the causes ofthe flypaper effect phenomenon in Java. Secondary data used are cross section data fromthe BPS of each province and panel data from the DJPK. The results of research using multiplelinear regression method with E-Views SV.11 software show that GRDP and DAU have apositive and significant effect on regional spending in metropolitan and non-metropolitanareas. DAU and taxes have a positive and significant effect on regional spending inprovinces with high and low DAU. Population Density only has a positive and significant effecton regional spending in metropolitan areas. The flypaper effect phenomenon occurs throughoutJava.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of economic students at the State University of Jakarta. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study found 410 students with a sample of 72 students. The variables of interest in entrepreneurship (Y), entrepreneurship education (X1), and self-efficacy (X2) are primary data using a Likert scale. The first data analysis technique used is the measurement of the external model consisting of individual reliability with results greater than 0.7 (> 0.7). Build reliability with results greater than 0.7 (>0.7). The composite value of reliability is greater than 0.7 (>0.7). The AVE value is greater than 0.5 (>0.5). Second, the measurement of the inner model which consists of r2 with 0.519. Then, the f-square of entrepreneurship education (X1) with a value of 0.189 and self-efficacy (X2) with a value of 0.483. Meanwhile, the VIF value is smaller than (5.00) so that there is no multicollinearity problem. Entrepreneurship Education coefficient value (X1) is 0.328 and t-statistic is 3.712>1.96 with p-value 0.00<0.05. The self-efficacy coefficient (X2) is 0.525 and the t-statistic is 6.601>1.96 with a p-value of 0.00<0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Understanding, Income, Religiosity, and Access to Information on Interest in Cash Waqf in Bogor Regency. The data collection method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. The affordable population in this study is the Muslim community of productive age in Bogor Regency, amounting to 3,261,138 people. Data was obtained by distributing a questionnaire with a sample of 350 people with the determination using the formula ISAAC table and MICHAEL and using the proportional sampling technique. The novelty in this study is the object of Research and perspectives which have not been found in previous studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, analysis prerequisite test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Understanding had a positive effect on the interest in cash waqf. Income has a positive impact on interest in cash waqf. Religiosity has a positive impact on the interest in cash waqf. And Information Access has a positive effect on the good in cash waqf.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the use of e-learning with the TAM model on FE UNJ students. The method used is a survey method. The affordable population in this study amounted to 303 students with a sample of 161 students. The data analysis technique used is the first measurement of the outer model consisting of Cronbach's alpha with a value > 0.7. Average Variance Extracted (AVE) value > 0.5 and Composite Reliability value > 0.7. The two measurements of the inner model consist of r2 with a value of 0.539 for path I and 0.568 for path II. Then the f2 value of attitudes towards using of behavior intentions to use is 0.451, perceived ease of use of attitudes towards using are 0.380, perceived usefulness to attitudes towards using are 0.155, and perceived usefulness to behavior intentions to use are 0.112. The VIF value is smaller than (<0.5) so that there is no multicollinearity problem. The conclusion of this study states that all hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-regulation and self- esteem on academic prokrastination of student of thr Faculty of Economic at the State University Of Jakarta. This research was conducted for 8 months starting from January 2021 to August 2021. The method used in this study is a survey method. The sampel used in this study found 142 respondents from students of the Faculty of Economic class 2019 at the State University of Jakarta. The data was collected through the distributor of questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based of the result of research conducted, it was found that the influence of self- regulation has a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination. Self-esteem has a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination.
