Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran dan Akutansia (JPEPA) is a research base journal published by the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Indonesia. The scope and focus are related to research in the fields of economics, accounting, administration and also the study of economic education such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioural economics, office administration, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economics. The journal also publishes articles related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching models for economic studies. It also publishes studies on development policies. According to its scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, office administration, accounting, and economic education. The journal focuses on economic research and education with a quantitative and qualitative approach. There are many more problems related to economic studies and educational issues. Therefore, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) only publishes original research on economics, Office administration, accounting and economic education in Indonesia and abroad. The journal aims to publish scientific articles from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest in learning, family environment, and schoolenvironment on the improvement of learning outcomes of Accounting Practicum for the Serviceand Trade Company in grades XI and XII students majoring in Accounting at SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta.This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was 105students. The sample used was 84 students using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results ofthe study found that there was a significant and positive effect simultaneously between interest inlearning, the family environment and the school environment on improving learning outcomes.Furthermore, the test results concluded that interest in learning has a positive effect on learningoutcomes. The family environment has a positive effect on learning outcomes. Then the schoolenvironment has a positive effect on learning outcomes.

Abstract

In Indonesia, bank banking is very meaningful for example in terms of development. This is becausebanks can influence the overall economic cycle. The increase in demand for bank credit has resulted inincreased purchasing power, increased business enthusiasm and an investment bonus. Which inconclusion will produce the Multiplier Effect. The multiplier effects include the addition of newbusiness establishments, additional workforce, increased demand for raw materials, increasedproduction output and increased purchasing power which will affect future economic growth. Theresearch has the objective of explaining the Effect of Gross Domestic Product and Interest Rates on CreditDemand. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods and uses multiple regression whichcan see the effect of Gross Domestic Product and Interest Rates on Credit Demand. In this study, itwas found that the Gross Domestic Product has an influence on the demand for credit, while the interestrate has no influence on the demand for credit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the causal relationship between the exchange rate and stock price index inASEAN-4 in 2012 to 2020. The four countries used in this study are countries in Southeast Asia which areincluded in the category of emerging market countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, thePhilippines, and Thailand. This study uses a quantitative method with a comparative causalapproach, through the technical analysis of Vector Autoregression (VAR) to determine whether or notthere is a causal relationship between the research variables. This study uses secondary data obtainedfrom publications from institutions. This study found that there is a one-way causality relationship anddoes not apply the opposite from the stock price index to the exchange rates in Indonesia, Malaysia, and thePhilippines in the long and short term. Meanwhile, there is a one-way relationship and does not applythe opposite from the exchange rate to the stock price index in Thailand in the long and short term.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of locus of control and self-concept on the career maturity ofteacher by using empirical data that is valid and reliable. The method used is a quantitative method.The affirdable population of the study was 89 accounting teacher in east Jakarta. Samples use wereas many as 73 teachers using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection using aquestionnaire instrument with Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the requirements analysistest, analysis of the regression quation, hypothesis testing, analysis of multiple correlation coefficients,and determination coefficient test. The results of data analysis showed that the data used were normallydistributed and linear. The results of coefficient of determination show that the percentage of locus ofcontrol variables and self-concept to explain career maturity variables simultaneously is 35%.Simultaneously, the result of this study indicate that there is a significant impact of locus of control andself-concept on career maturity. Partially, there is a positive and significant impact of locus of control oncareer maturity, and also the is a positive and significant impact of self-concept on career maturity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Flexible Working Arrangement (X1) and Job Satisfaction (Y) mediated by Work-life Balance (Z) at PT Tiara Impresa Gugus Artha. This research was conducted for six months starting from December 2020 to June 2021. The research method used was a survey method. The affordable population in this study amounted to 110 employees. Based on Isaac and Michael's table, the number of samples in this study was 86 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) analysis requirements test which consists of validity and reliability tests. The test results state that the three variables are valid with reliable values for the job satisfaction variable, namely 0.867, the flexible working arrangement variable, 0.706 and the work-life balance variable 0.840; (2) Model suitability test consisting of absolute fit indices, incremental fit indices and parsimony fit indices. The test results stated that the three variables were fit; (4) The hypothesis test in this study used SEM AMOS 21. In this study, the detection test of the intervening variable was carried out using the Sobel test. The results show that work-life balance mediates the relationship between flexible working arrangements and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, locus ofcontrol, on the entrepreneurial intentions of students at SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. The research wasconducted by survey research method with a sample of 191 students and using proportional randomsampling technique. In collecting data, researchers used a questionnaire and analyzed using multiplelinear regression techniques to test the validity and reliability. From the results of the research that hasbeen carried out, it shows that entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, locus of control onentrepreneurial intentions among students. Therefore, teachers in the school environment arerequired to encourage entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, locus of control, towards entrepreneurialintentions through various programs and entrepreneurship education to increase and explorestudents' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta in East Jakarta during the pandemic with a survey method using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data used in this study uses quantitative data using path analysis. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta for the 2019/2020 academic year with an affordable population of all students of class XI, totaling 324 students. The number of samples used were 72 students taken from class XI IPA 4 and 5 who attended SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The quality of online learning media has a positive and significant effect on students' economic learning outcomes. (2) Learning Creativity has a positive and significant effect on students' Economic Learning Outcomes. (3) The quality of online learning media has a positive and significant effect on students' learning creativity. (4). The quality of online learning media has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes through learning creativity as an intervention.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem wich faced by various country in the world, one of them is Indonesia. Several provincein Indonesia still have a large number of poor people, Papua and West Papua Province have percentage ofpoor people of 27.43% and 22.66% in 2018. In addition, the length of schooling in these province isconsecuentively amounted to 6.52 and 7.27 year. This study aims to determine the effect of the level ofeducation and investment on poverty in Indonesia. This study used a panel data of 12 provinces inIndonesia, namely, Papua, West Papua, Maluku, North Maluku, West Sulawesi, Gorontalo, SoutheastSulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, West Nusa Tenggara, and East NusaTenggara Province in time 2016-2018. The theory used in this research is Keynesian Theory, this theorystate that by increasing education and investment, it can be a solution to reduce poverty. The dataprocessed using Eviews 11. Result shows that the level of education has a negative significant effect onpoverty and investment has negative insignificant on poverty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher teaching creativity and student creativity quotient oneconomic learning outcomes in class X state senior high schools in East Jakarta. This study uses aquantitative method with a correlational approach. The population of this study was 11163 students ofclass X high school in East Jakarta, the sample selection technique used multistage randomsampling, and a sample of 208 students was selected. The data collection for the teacher's teaching creativity and the creativity quotient used a questionnaire, while the learning outcomes usedsecondary data. This study used Path analysis. Results showed that teachers' teaching creativitysignificant influence on student learning outcomes, the creativity quotient insignificant influence onstudent learning outcomes, teacher teaching creativity significant influence on creativity quotient,and teachers' teaching creativity, mediated by creativity quotient, insignificant effect on studentlearning outcomes. The finding of this study implies that the teacher's teaching creativity can increase thecreativity quotient of students and students' learning outcomes of economics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation and jobsatisfaction on the performance of accounting teachers in South Jakarta. The data testingtechnique uses multiple linear regression analysis which produces the equation Ẏ = 3.845 + 0.367X1 +0.322X2 + 0.384X3. The results of the analysis based on the t test and f test show: (1) There is a positiveand significant influence between organizational culture and teacher performance. (2) There is apositive and significant influence between work motivation and teacher performance. (3) There is apositive and significant influence between job satisfaction and teacher performance. (4) There is apositive and significant influence between organizational culture, work motivation and jobsatisfaction on teacher performance. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect teacher performance.
