Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran dan Akutansia (JPEPA) is a research base journal published by the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Indonesia. The scope and focus are related to research in the fields of economics, accounting, administration and also the study of economic education such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioural economics, office administration, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economics. The journal also publishes articles related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching models for economic studies. It also publishes studies on development policies. According to its scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, office administration, accounting, and economic education. The journal focuses on economic research and education with a quantitative and qualitative approach. There are many more problems related to economic studies and educational issues. Therefore, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) only publishes original research on economics, Office administration, accounting and economic education in Indonesia and abroad. The journal aims to publish scientific articles from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, truthfulness, authenticity and reliability of the extent to which the minimum wage, education level, and gross regional domestic product labor absorption in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using panel data analysis techniques that combine times series data with cross section data. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and other government agencies. The results obtained in this study are that the minimum wage has a positive and insignificant effect on employment in Indonesia, while the level of education and regional domestic products has a positive and significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the minimum wage, education level and gross regional domestic product have an effect on employment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning discipline on learning outcomes of spreadsheet subject at SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. The population of this research was 108 students and the sample of this study was taken as many as 84 students with the sampling technique using Proportional Random Sampling. The technique of collecting data is through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and documentation. Based on multiple linier regression analysis technique, t test result show that emotional intelligence and learning discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with t value < 0,05. Meanwhile, F test result show that emotional intelligence and learning discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with F significance < 0,05. The analysis of the coefficient of determination has an R Square value of 0.804, it means that emotional intelligence and learning discipline simultaneously have ability to explain students learning outcomes by 80,4%, while the remaining is influenced by unexamined variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning culture, student personality characteristics, readiness to learn boldly on learning satisfaction. The research was conducted for 10 (ten) months starting from December 2020 to October 2021. The research method was quantitative with the type of research that was explanatory. The sample used in this study found 131 respondents from the education students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The data collection technique used a proportional random technique. The data analysis technique used SmartPLS software version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) with structural equation analysis (SEM). The results showed that each variable had a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using a collection of economic literature, reading interest and learning discipline on learning achievement. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample was 179 students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Utilization of a collection of economic literature has a positive and significant effect of 15.6% on learning achievement, 2) reading interest has a positive and significant effect of 61.2% on learning achievement, 3) learning discipline has a positive and significant effect. by 14.6% on learning achievement, 4) Utilization of economic literature collections, reading interest and learning discipline together have a positive and significant effect of 64.5% and the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial literacy can determine the resistance of MSME actors, identify the causes of MSME actors taking the decision to adopt E-Wallet as a payment aid and the causes of MSME actors taking the decision to use QRIS as a payment aid in Rawamangun sub-district Jakarta East. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Collecting data on the SMEs in the Rawamangun Village primary. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data collection technique uses triangulation techniques. The results of the analysis using the triangulation technique: (a) That financial literacy can determine the resistance of MSME activities in the Rawamangun sub-district, East Jakarta, (b) The decision of the MSMEs perpetrators in the Rawamangun sub-district, East Jakarta to adopt E-Wallet as a payment aid is a factor trust, convenience, security and speed and (c) The decision of the SMEs in the Rawamangun village, East Jakarta to use QRIS as a payment aid is that there is no clear information about QRIS.

Abstract

The number of unemployed is always increasing every year, especially in high school graduates. One way to overcome this is to become an entrepreneur. This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and the quality of entrepreneurship learning on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The research population is class XI students in the 2020/2021 academic year at SMAN 35 Jakarta and SMAN 7 Jakarta, totally 454 students. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 212 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Digital Literacy and Entrepreneurship Learning Quality on Students' Entrepreneurial Intentions. The level of digital literacy is very high, while the level of quality of entrepreneurship learning is medium and the level of entrepreneurial intention is very high. It can be concluded that in the current digital era, the need for digital literacy skills is needed to support students' intentions in starting entrepreneurship as well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, innovation, and entrepreneurship motivation on the interest in entrepreneurship of students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta batch 2017. This research was conducted for 9 months starting from January 2021 to September 2021. The method used in this study is the method survey. Technique uses Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with a sample of 149 respondents from students of the Faculty of Economics UNJ majoring in Economics and Administration class 2017. The data was collected through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship. Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship. According to the research hypothesis.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship between Self-Concept and Parental Support with Career Maturity in Students of Jakarta 20 Vocational High School. This study was conducted for seven months from February to September 2021. The research method used is the survey method. The sample used in this study was obtained by 146 respondents from students of the 12th grade of Jakarta 20 Vocational High School. Data collection is done through the dissemination of questionnaires using the likert scale. Based on research conducted there is a positive relationship between self-concept and career maturity and there is a positive relationship betweenparental support and career maturity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1) and Self-Concept (X2) with Learning Interest (Y) on Communication Studies Students, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted for seven months starting from February to September 2021. The research method used was a survey method. The population in this study were 118 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the multiple regression model. The results of this study have a positive influence between Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1) and Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). There is also a positive influence between Self-Concept (X2) and Interest in Entrepreneurship (Y). There is a positive influence between the variables of Entrepreneurial Knowledge (X1) and SelfConcept (X2) with Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) simultaneously or together.

The research method used is the survey method. The sample used in this study was obtained by 161 respondents from students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
