Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance at Terminal Type A Pondok Cabe. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of  65 employees, and the sampling technique applied was saturated sampling, so all members of the population were included as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 25.The results showed that partially, work stress (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 4.241 > t-table 1.669 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment (X2) also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 7.152 > t-table 1.669 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work stress and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an R value of 0.703, indicating a strong relationship among variables. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.495 shows that 49.5% of employee performance is influenced by work stress and work environment, while the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Monica Hijau Lestari South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with 80 respondents. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing.The results show that the physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 17.379 + 0.847X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.583 (moderate), a determination coefficient of 34%, and hypothesis testing showing t-value > t-table (6.332 > 1.664). Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 20.089 + 0.871X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.621 (strong), a determination coefficient of 38.5%, and hypothesis testing showing t-value > t-table (6.993 > 1.664).Simultaneously, physical work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 16.283 + 0.391X1 + 0.602X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.637 (strong), a determination coefficient of 40.6%, with the remaining 59.4% influenced by other variables. Hypothesis testing shows F-value > F-table (26.355 > 3.12), indicating that physical work environment and work discipline significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Paragita Tunas Inspira, a company under the auspices of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. The background of this research is the importance of improving human resource quality through continuous training and the implementation of work discipline in order to enhance employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 75 employee respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination (R²), with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that partially, the training variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as indicated by a t- value of 11.486 > t-table 1.993 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the work discipline variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 24.556 > t-table 1.993 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by an F-value of 327.352 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.901 indicates that 90.1% of the variation in employee performance is influenced by training and work discipline, while the remaining 9.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study.Therefore, it can be concluded that training and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance at PT Paragita Tunas Inspira. Thus, the company is expected to continuously improve the quality of training programs and consistently enforce work discipline to achieve optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Turnover Intention at Wellness Medical Center in East Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the entire population of 62 using a saturated sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 62 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment (X1) has a negative and significant effect on employee Turnover Intention partially, as shown by the calculated t-value < -t table (-4.144 < -2,000), a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a regression equation of Y = 48.937 – 0.502X1, as well as a correlation value of -0.472 and a coefficient of determination value of 22.2%. Organizational Culture (X2) has a negative and significant effect on employee Turnover Intention partially as shown by the t-value < -t table (-4.262 < -2,000), a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a regression equation of Y = 53.577 – 0.582X2, as well as a correlation value of -0.482 and a coefficient of determination of 23.2%. Organizational Commitment (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention, as indicated by the f count value > f table (11.327 > 3.150), a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and the regression equation Y = 56.257 – 0.294X1 – 0.368X2, as well as a correlation value of 0.527 and a coefficient of determination value of 27.7%. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the price and quality of the product on the purchase decision at PT Karya Cipta Kreasi. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling, a sampling method using slovin theory. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, autocorrelation and determination coefficient testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between price and product quality on the purchase decision at PT Karya Cipta Kreasi The results of this study are that price (X1) and product quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) the resumption equation Y = 9.649 + 0.743 X1 The hypothesis test partially obtained a value of > or 8.137>1,664. It is therefore stated that it is rejected and accepted, so that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the price(X1) on the purchase decision (Y). The hypothesis test was partially obtained with a value of > or 6.943 > 1.664, then it was stated that it was rejected and accepted, there was a significant influence between product quality (X2) and the purchase decision (Y). The hypothesis test obtained a value of > or 40.529>3.11, then it was stated that it was rejected and accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence between price (X1) and product quality (X2) on the purchase decision (Y) at PT Karya Cipta Kreasi Tangerang.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Facilities and Welfare on the Performance of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling Employees (PPSU) in the South Kedoya Village in West Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 76 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study are that work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 55.7% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.652> 1.992). Welfare has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 39.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (6.971> 1.992). Work facilities and welfare simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 18.905 + 0.079X1 + 0.529X2. The coefficient of determination is 56.2% while the remaining 43.8% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (46.848 > 2.730).

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of distribution channels and product quality on purchasing decisions at PT Arvata Indra Jaya Parung, Bogor Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is an associative quantitative method. The population at PT Arvata Indra Jaya Parung, Bogor Regency is 1,228 respondents. The sample used in this study is 92 people. The analysis in this study uses the SPSS program version 25. The data analysis method uses a simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial T test and simultaneous F test. The results of this study indicate that: There is a significant partial influence of distribution channels on purchasing decisions at PT Arvata Indra Jaya Parung, Bogor Regency. This can be proven because the distribution channel variable (X1) has a calculated T value of 7.670 > T table 1.986 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. There is a significant partial influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at PT Arvata Indra Jaya Parung, Bogor Regency. This is evident because the product quality variable (X2) has a calculated T-value of 9.503 > T-table 1.986, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Distribution channels and product quality simultaneously significantly influence purchasing decisions at PT Arvata Indra Jaya Parung, Bogor Regency. This is evident because the calculated F-value is 47.860 > F-table 3.100, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test results are indicated by an R-square value of 0.518, indicating that the distribution channel (X1) and product quality (X2) variables contribute 51.8% to the purchasing decision variable (Y), while the remaining 48.2% is due to other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of initial observations that show that employee performance at PT. Taxsys Indonesia in South Tangerang City is in the good category and has increased from year to year, especially in the aspects of responsibility, work quality, and cooperation, but the aspect of work quantity is still relatively lower than other aspects. This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and organizational culture on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was quantitative with data collection techniques through initial observation and distribution of questionnaires to 55 respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially compensation did not have a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of -0.270 and a significance of 0.788 > 0.05, while organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t- value of 11.242 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, compensation and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance with an F value of 65.475 and a significance of < 0.001. A correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.846 indicates a very strong relationship, while an R-Square value of 0.716 indicates that 71.6% of employee performance variations can be explained by both variables and the remaining 28.4% are influenced by other factors outside the study. Thus organizational culture is the dominant factor in improving employee performance, while compensation has not shown a significant influence partially. Keywords: : Compensation, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi awal yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taxsys Indonesia di Kota Tangerang Selatan berada dalam kategori baik dan mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, terutama pada aspek tanggung jawab, kualitas kerja, dan kerja sama, namun aspek kuantitas kerja masih relatif lebih rendah dibandingkan aspek lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi awal dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 55 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung -0,270 dan signifikansi 0,788 > 0,05, sedangkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 11,242 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan kompensasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 65,475 dan signifikansi < 0,001. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,846 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat, sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,716 mengindikasikan bahwa 71,6% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut dan sisanya 28,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dengan demikian budaya organisasi menjadi faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sementara kompensasi belum menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and physical work environment on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 50 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that competence has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 47.9% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (6.893> 2.011). The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 50.1% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (6.942> 2.011). Competence and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 9.796 + 0.361X1 + 0.408X2. The coefficient of determination is 62.0%, while the remaining 38% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or 38.391 > 3.200).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job promotion and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) office of South Tangerang City. This study used a quantitative method, the sampling technique used slovin sampling, namely 75 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are Job Promotion has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination result of 57% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.908> 1.993). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 56.8% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.787> 1.993). Job Promotion and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 14.778 + 0.3331 X1 + 0.316 X2. The coefficient of determination is 63% while the remaining 27% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table (61.211 > 2.38).
