Abstract

Karang Taruna is a voluntary youth organization that focuses on the growth and development of social welfare businesses, productive economic businesses, recreation, sports and the arts. One of  the important goal is to develop the spirit of social entrepreneurship in the younger generation towards independence in their efforts improving social welfare, however, this goal has not been achieved yet, Karang Taruna requires a strategy. This study used qualitative research methods to find out: 1) How is the management of the youth organization; 2) What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; 3) What is the strategy for their developing and implementing youth activities. The research finding showed that it is necessary to implement a strategy to improve KUBE management as a matrix result of weakness and opportunity factors. The weakness of Karang Taruna is that the purpose of developing entrepreneurial activities has not been achieved yet, and the other side there is an opportunity to develop entrepreneurship through Business Group (KUBE) management intervention to improve its performance. KUBE is a kind of social assistance program for underprivileged people by forming micro mini enterprises so that they can become economically empowered.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the condition of Entrepreneurship Orientation, Product Innovation and Competitive Advantage of Culinary MSMEs in the City of Bandung. Also to determine the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation on the Competitive Advantage of Culinary MSMEs in Bandung City, either partially or simultaneously. The respondents involved in this research were a hundred Culinary MSMEs in the city of Bandung. The method used to collect samples is a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection was done with the aid of distributing questionnaires online and the information evaluation method was achieved using multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that partially Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation have a positive effect on the Competitive Advantage of Culinary MSMEs in the City of Bandung. Then, based on the results of the F test, it shows that Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation simultaneously influence the Competitive Advantage of Culinary MSMEs in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

The central government has established the ITE Law No. 11 of 2008 on information and electronic transactions with the aim of improving trade and the national economy and improving public welfare. This is evidenced by the presence of several online payment programs or also known as digital payment applications that provide the ability to make non-cash payments through online transactions. The source of data in this study was obtained from the questionnaire (primary) distributed to the community in Mekargalih Village, Jatiluhur District, Purwakarta Regency.  By sampling using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method using slovin formula so that the sample obtained in this study as many as 291 respondents. In addition to ease of payment, another decision in the purchase of products on online shopping platforms is the brand image that affects the purchase intention of consumers. Complaints of payment through the ShopeePay application are perceived by consumers as an obstacle in purchasing, so this study was conducted to determine the effect of digital payments and brand image on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of research conducted, digital payment (X1) and brand image (X2) simultaneously affect the purchase decision. Based on the coefficient of determination test obtained the value of R square (R2) of 0.872. This value can be interpreted that digital payments and brand image are able to influence purchasing decisions by 87.2%.

Abstract

Club is a business operating in the fashion sector. According to the researcher, researchers found that there was a problem with consumer buying interest. This problem was thought to be because the design and hion product marketing strategies on consumer purchasing interest at the Gurls Club in Bandung City. The method applied in this research is a quantitative approach. Primary data was collected through non-participant observation, structured interviews and distributing questionnaires given to Gurlscolor of the product did not match consumer trends or tastes and the product quality and price were always compared with competitors. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of fas Club Bandung City consumers with a total of 98 respondents using the Slovin formula, while secondary data was through literature and internet studies. To analyze the data, reliability and validity tests, simple linear regression analysis, level of certainty of the coefficient of determination, Spearman level relationships, and hypothesis testing were used. Data collected from research shows that there is a positive correlation between Marketing Strategy and Consumer Buying Interest at the Gurls Club in Bandung City, and also shows that marketing strategy has a contribution or influence. Marketing strategy on consumer buying interest at the Gurls Club in Bandung City is around 75% influenced by marketing strategy, while the remaining 25% is influenced by other factors such as service quality. The obstacles faced by the Gurls Club are in its implementation, namely the designs and colors available are only intended for teenagers and adults and the lack of promotion carried out by the Gurls Club. Suggestions that researchers can convey are adding neutral and pastel product colors so that market segmentation can be used for all groups and adding promotional media.

Abstract

CV Timur Jaya Elektronik is a company operating in the industrial sector that sells various kinds of electronic goods such as televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners and other electrical equipment. Based on the research results, it shows that there are problems caused by the timeliness of product delivery on consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product delivery time on consumer satisfaction at CV. Timur Jaya Electronics Sumedang. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques that will be tested are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, Spearman rank correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and t test. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive influence between the timeliness of product delivery on consumer satisfaction according to a simple linear regression test, while according to the Spearman Rank correlation the influence of timeliness of product delivery on consumer satisfaction is strong and based on the results of the coefficient of determination of timeliness of product delivery on consumer satisfaction in CV. Timur Jaya Elektronik Sumedang has a positive and significant influence and the rest is influenced by other factors. The suggestion that researchers can put forward is to be more thorough in providing product delivery information to consumers, so that there are no misunderstandings between companies and consumers. Abstract

This study aims to find out how cash turnover, receivables, and furniture affect the profitability of the Gapura Tirta Rahayu Purwakarta Regional Public Company for Drinking Water from 2016 to 2021. The profitability reflected in ROA is one of the independent variables in this study, and the dependent variables are cash turnover, billing, and inventory. The causal associative method is used in this quantitative research. This study uses purposive sampling and secondary data. Meanwhile, the data was analyzed using SPPS Version 26, descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient analysis. The results showed that only one component affected profitability inventory turnover. Profitability is partly influenced by cash and debit turnover. The results of the f test showed that the significance value was 0.035, which was below 0.05, and the f value of 27.883 was below the table f 9.28. As a result, the calculation results showed that Ha was accepted. This shows that the turnover of goods, credit and cash affects profitability simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to describe community empowerment through the Multi-Income Family Program by the West Java Human Initiative in Cimenyan Village, Bandung Regency. The research method involves a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and studies documentation. The results of the study indicate that the program has succeeded in improving the quality of life of the community through relevant skills training and providing access to capital for beneficiary families. The skills training covers various fields that are tailored to local potential and the needs of the local community, so that it can encourage economic independence. The access to capital provided also helps beneficiaries to develop their micro-businesses. However, this study also revealed obstacles in the implementation of the program, such as limited human and financial resources. To overcome these obstacles, the Human Initiative collaborates with various parties, including local governments, private companies, and local communities. This collaboration not only aims to increase the availability of resources but also to expand the scope of the program so that its impact can be felt by more people. This study aims to understand the implementation of the Multi-Income Family Program in Cimenyan Village, Bandung Regency by the Human Initiative, West Java. The research method uses approach qualitative with observation, interview, And studies documentation. The results of the study show that this program improves the quality of life of the community through skills training and access to capital. However, there must be collaboration with the aim of get support broader resources in expanding program coverage. Thus, this study provides an important contribution in understanding the implementation of the Multi-Income Family Program and describes strategic steps to overcome challenges in implementing community empowerment.

Abstract

Food is made to fulfill human needs. The fast and rapid growth due to the increasing need for food cannot be explained by the limitations of human life. From the lifestyle trends of modern people who prioritize cleanliness for health, consumers choose food that is clean, hygienic and in a standard clean from germs that cause disease. Seeing this business opportunity requires a very precise and careful calculation because it will determine how the market attractiveness and competition in the business field. Say Yummy is a business engaged in the culinary field that offers delicious and quality chicken abacus products with attractive packaging.Say Yummy is a culinary business specializing in high-quality chicken abacus products with appealing packaging. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of Say Yummy from multiple aspects, including business environment, marketing, operations, human resources, and financial viability. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observations and surveys. To develop a well-structured business strategy, analytical tools including the Timmons Model, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and SWOT analysis were applied. The findings indicate that while Say Yummy possesses strong internal capabilities, it is not yet fully prepared to counter external threats. The SWOT analysis highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the business, while the Timmons Model and BMC suggest that Say Yummy has significant potential for success. The study underscores the importance of strategic business planning to enhance competitiveness and ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are currently expected to be financially independent to meet the operational costs of the Islamic boarding school. One way that can be done is by establishing a Business Unit, as was done by the Darul Fallah Islamic boarding school in Bogor by establishing PT. Dafa Techno Agro Mandiri which operates in the field of plant breeding using a tissue culture system. Apart from that, Islamic boarding schools are also expected to be a reference in implementing business based on sharia concepts. Problems faced by PT. Dafa 1) Business managers focus on making products and lack an entrepreneurial spirit. The business sector is handed over to the main director, who is busy and often goes abroad. 2) Business planning adapts to government programs, not market conditions. 3) Sharia business practices are not yet implemented in running it. Business. The research objectives are: a) Analyze the entrepreneurial spirit of PT business managers. Dafa b) Knowing the Implementation of Sharia Business at PT. Dafa. Based on the results of research at PT. Dafa Techno Agro Mandiri (PT. Dafa) that 1) The entrepreneurial spirit of company managers still needs to be improved, especially in terms of creativity in carrying out business activities. Because currently the day-to-day company management hands over the business sector to the main director. Managers and employees are focused on producing seeds, according to the direction of the main director. Not yet business oriented. Apart from that, company planning emphasizes government programs, not general market needs. Apart from that, it is also implementing a strategy to improve relations with student alumni, potato breeders and the government to expand the market. 2) Implementation of sharia business for business actors at PT. Dafa Tecno Agro Mandiri has been implemented. But they do not realize that what they are doing already applies sharia principles. Like managers who work sincerely with the intention of worship, not just pursuing material things. Apart from that, when facing business losses, managers and employees accept it with a good opinion of Allah that Allah is the one who regulates the sustenance of His servants.  Competitors are treated as partners. The new concept outlined is that of strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit for sharia business actors, that is, apart from implementing character factors that refer to sharia values, it is also necessary to improve their business spirit. Suggestions for companies 1) We recommend that the entrepreneurial spirit be strongly instilled in all managers and employees. So that business development can be carried out and inspired by all business actors at PT. Dafa . 2) Even though PT. Dafa Teknoagro Mandiri has implemented sharia business in its daily business operations but should be more prominent about the implementation of sharia business in PT companies. Dafa. So it can be used as a reference for Islamic boarding schools and other business actors.

As for the technique data collection was carried out through observation , interviews , and studies documentation obtained from results observation directly in the group farmer .
