<![CDATA[Pesantren is a local form of Islamic educational institution in Indonesia that plays an important role in character building and developing the skills of students. One of the skills that is a concern in life in pesantren is cooperation skills. Pesantren naturally provides a conducive environment for the development of cooperation skills in students through daily life and teaching Islamic values that emphasize cooperation and social concern. The focus of the research is (1) How are the cooperation skills of students at the Umi Kulsum Adnan Diwek Jombang Girls’ Islamic Boarding School. (2) What is the role of pesantren in improving the cooperation skills of students at the Umi Kulsum Adnan Diwek Jombang Girls’ Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is qualitative which is descriptive, with a case study approach and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of the Boarding School Caretaker, Boarding School Administrators, and Students. The results of the study (1) The cooperative skills of students at the Umi Kulsum Adnan Diwek Jombang female Islamic boarding school are developed through various Islamic boarding school programs that involve cooperation. Challenges in cooperation faced by students include differences in background and character, such as students who are active and those who lack initiative, lack of communication and differences of opinion. However, through the habit of daily cooperation and guidance from the Islamic boarding school, students can develop a proactive attitude and be more ready to work in a team. (2) The role of Islamic boarding schools in improving cooperative skills is very significant. Islamic boarding schools as social institutions that provide an environment based on collective life and a dormitory system that acts as a facilitator and encourages students to interact intensively, so that they can form effective communication. The programs provided by Islamic boarding schools can also improve discipline, form a sense of responsibility, can train leadership and slowly students are able to adapt. The coaching program implemented by Islamic boarding schools contributes to forming good cooperation among students.]]>

<![CDATA[Referring to the four competencies that must be possessed in the 21st century, digital literacy skills are one of the most important competencies for today's young generation, especially teachers. The purpose of this study is to improve teachers' digital literacy skills. Learning that occurs in partner schools is usually dominated by the role of teachers and pays less attention to the development of students' potential and character. Teachers face challenges in providing additional learning to students who have not yet achieved full understanding in their lessons. Many teachers are not yet proficient in using digital literacy. The solution offered in solving the priority problems of partners is through holding training to design interactive e-learning modules using information technology. Students who have not completed their learning can use interactive e-modules to study independently at home. Interactive learning e-modules are not only useful for remedial learning, but are also effective for use in both group and individual learning in the classroom. This activity involves the use of presentation methods, discussions, and practical exercises in creating interactive e-modules. Training participants are asked to fill out a questionnaire at the beginning of the session to evaluate their knowledge of information technology-based teaching materials before the activity begins. After that, participants will receive intensive training and assistance in the process of creating interactive learning e-modules using information technology. It is expected that the results of this training and mentoring will improve teacher skills in developing teacher digital literacy skills.]]>

<![CDATA[Legal protection for victims of domestic violence (KDRT) committed by members of the military is an important issue in the Indonesian legal system. Even though the state has regulated protection for victims of domestic violence through various regulations, such as Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, cases of violence involving members of the military have their own particularities. A review from a criminal law perspective shows that military members involved in domestic violence often avoid criminal sanctions equivalent to civilian perpetrators, due to differences in the legal systems that apply in the military and civilian environments. Military criminal law which regulates criminal acts committed by military members, such as the Military Criminal Code (KUHPM), provides different rules regarding prosecution mechanisms and imposing sanctions. Therefore, it is important to analyze in depth how criminal law can provide fair protection for victims of domestic violence committed by members of the military, taking into account equality before the law and the fulfillment of victims' rights. This research aims to examine the legal challenges and solutions that can be taken to provide maximum legal protection for victims of domestic violence committed by members of the military in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Rapid technological developments in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era have brought significant changes to the manufacturing industry sector, including the automotive industry. This transformation is marked by the application of automation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT) which directly affect the structure and needs of the workforce. This study uses a literature review method by examining several accredited national journals to identify the positive and negative impacts of technological advances on the workforce. The results of the study show that technological developments make a positive contribution in the form of increased production efficiency, product quality, and the emergence of new, more skilled types of work. However, on the other hand, technology also causes a reduction in conventional labor, competency gaps, and adaptation pressures for workers. Therefore, a competency development strategy and continuous training are needed so that the workforce is able to adapt to today's industrial needs. These findings are expected to be a reference in making employment policies and developing human resources in the automotive manufacturing sector.]]>

<![CDATA[Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases (NCDs) with a high incidence rate and significant impact on public health, including in the working area of Bantar Public Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of hypertension surveillance at Bantar Health Center in 2024. The research employed a mixed-method approach with a descriptive-exploratory design through document review and in-depth interviews with program implementers. The results indicate that the surveillance process has been carried out systematically through screenings at Posyandu and Posbindu, data processing using the ePus and SIPTM applications, and tiered reporting to the Health Office. In 2024, a total of 1,559 hypertension cases were recorded, predominantly affecting women (74%) and individuals of productive age. Challenges encountered include limited human resources, low community participation, and technical issues with the applications. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening cadre capacity, providing flexible screening schedules, and enhancing digital and cross-sectoral support. Hypertension surveillance plays a vital role in evidence-based NCD control and more targeted health interventions.]]>

<![CDATA[Foreign direct investment (FDI) is one of the driving forces of economic development in developing countries, including Indonesia. This article analyzes the factors that drive Hyundai Motor Company to invest in Indonesia and the impacts of the investment on national and regional economic growth. This study uses a normative and descriptive-analytical juridical approach by examining laws and regulations, government policies, and relevant international investment theories. The results of the analysis show that Hyundai's decision to invest in Indonesia is influenced by various strategic factors such as the potential of the domestic automotive market, the availability of nickel resources, government policy support, competitive labor costs, and the convenience provided in the framework of the IK-CEPA bilateral agreement. This investment has a positive impact in the form of job creation, technology transfer, increasing the capacity of the national electric vehicle industry, and contributing to regional economic development. This study also highlights the importance of policy continuity and legal protection for investors in strengthening the clean energy-based industrial ecosystem in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) represents a key instrument in stimulating national economic growth, especially in resource-based industries. This study aims to analyze the social and ecological impacts of foreign direct investment under a joint venture scheme in the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP), Central Sulawesi. Utilizing a juridical-sociological approach and qualitative descriptive method, this article explores secondary data obtained from regulations, government publications, and civil society reports. The findings reveal that while the joint venture between PT Bintangdelapan Group and Tsingshan Holding Group significantly contributes to regional economic growth and the success of Indonesia’s nickel downstreaming policy, it simultaneously generates adverse externalities, including social inequality, marginalization of local communities, and environmental degradation due to poorly regulated industrial activities. This imbalance underscores a governance gap in managing FDI within strategic industrial zones. Hence, the study proposes an integrative policy reform that places social justice and environmental sustainability as central pillars of Indonesia's FDI framework.]]>

<![CDATA[The initial ability of students is an important foundation in the learning process, because it determines the extent to which they can understand the material being taught. All students have initial abilities, which are the abilities they already have before they acquire certain terminal abilities. Initial ability indicates the current status of students' knowledge and skills towards the future status that the teacher wants students to achieve. To analyze students' initial abilities, at least an educator can identify learners' initial abilities by using techniques to detect initial abilities. Identifying learners' initial abilities allows teachers to design learning strategies that suit individual needs, so that learning can take place more effectively. In addition, educators can know well the different learning styles of students. Identifying students' initial abilities is an important step in the learning process. This article discusses four important indicators that educators can use to determine their students' initial skills. Initial skills are students' current level of knowledge and skills to achieve the future status that educators expect from students. Initial skills are the abilities that students already have before they acquire new final abilities. students who have equal initial skills can be brilliant or terrible at a subject, depending on their love or hate for that subject.]]>

<![CDATA[Sexual misconduct is a crime that can occur anywhere and affect anyone, including military personnel who have the duty and responsibility to protect the nation. Often, behind the uniform, there are actions that lead to the abuse of power by these individuals, undermining the integrity of institutions that are supposed to safeguard society. Through a qualitative approach, this research utilizes court decision data to explore the role of the legal system in revealing cases of moral and legal violations within the military environment. This study highlights the importance of transparency, accountability, and institutional reform to prevent similar actions in the future and ensure that the mission of national protection is not compromised by deviant behavior from individuals in uniform.]]>

<![CDATA[Communication is one of the intelligences possessed by humans. It falls under verbal-linguistic intelligence, which can serve as a means for individuals to develop language and communication skills. This study aims to identify and analyze the Speech Potential Action Program in enhancing the verbal-linguistic intelligence of female students at MA Perguruan Mu’allimat Cukir Jombang. A qualitative approach with a case study method based on field data and observed behavior was employed. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of the head of the madrasa, the vice principal for curriculum, the supervisor of the speech potential action program, and students of MA Perguruan Mu’allimat Cukir Jombang. The implementation of the Speech Potential Action Program in improving the students’ verbal-linguistic intelligence included activities such as classifying students, organizing a speech schedule, preparing speech themes, and watching YouTube videos to enrich their speech styles.]]>
