Abstract

Mathematics is often considered difficult by elementary school students due to boring and overly theoretical teaching methods. To address this issue, the author developed an educational game titled “Ayo Berhitung!” (Let’s Count!), built using Unity 2D for Android. The game consists of 30 levels of math problems including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, structured in increasing difficulty. Features include randomized questions, score and star system, progress saving, child-friendly visuals, sound effects, and background music. The game was tested at MI Nurul Qur’an Ploso and received positive feedback from students, teachers, and parents. Test results show that the game can improve students’ interest and motivation in learning mathematics.

Abstract

This article examines the irrational behavior patterns exhibited by educated individuals, particularly in relation to corrupt actions. It is crucial to recognize that moral education cannot be compromised, as the fundamental mission of education is to cultivate a noble humanitarian spirit, elevating individuals beyond mere physical existence and transient concerns. There exists a flaw within the educational framework in Indonesia, which fails to ensure that the personal conduct of educated individuals remains virtuous. This article provides an analysis and critique of the prevailing perception of education as it is practiced in Indonesia. The methodology employed in this article is grounded in the philosophy of Islamic education, which articulates the philosophical underpinnings of education as understood within the context of Islam. This philosophical overview is deemed suitable for investigating human moral behavior. The findings of this research aim to bolster national integrity and protect the nation from the pervasive moral crisis that is currently widespread.

Abstract

This research aims to provide understanding and advice to politicians to always be ethical in politics, especially in making promises when seeking votes, even though it cannot be denied that politics is a sensitive activity, for this reason the author provides an understanding through the guidelines of Muslims (the Qur'an), so as not to go astray from the direction of sharia in politics.This research is basically a library research, namely research conducted by collecting data or scientific papers that are relevant to the object being studied. Before conducting a review of the library materials, researchers must first know for sure about the sources from which the scientific information was obtained. Many image-building practices occur during democratic elections to garner public votes and increase popularity for personal gain. Therefore, the author will focus on examining political verses in the Quran used as campaign promises by politicians or prospective leaders. Taking some political verses which were then interpreted by the book of Ibn Kathir's commentary on the Qur'an al-adzim and the book Fi Dzilalil Qur'an by Sayyid Qutb, using the muqorrin or comparative method. Here we will compare some of these verses and compare their interpretations, assessing from two different points of view of the interpreters, looking for similarities and differences between the two interpreters. Then the author's research results are implied in contemporary life today, concluding how a politician's attitude in politics and making promises should remain in accordance with the sharia and the guidelines of the Qur'an, from a comparison of the two commentators and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the interpretations of Ibn Kathir and Sayyid Qutb.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dryland training on improving leg muscle endurance of swimming athletes at Clavo Swimming Club. The research method used was an experimental design with a two groups pretest-posttest design involving 20 swimming athletes divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received dryland training treatments including burpees, box jumps, and lunges jumps for 16 sessions, while the control group only performed regular swimming training. Leg muscle endurance was measured using a 25-meter swimming beep test with a kicking board. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest results in the experimental group, with a higher average increase compared to the control group. In addition, the independent sample t-test results also showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (p < 0.05). It can be concluded that dryland training has a significant effect on increasing leg muscle endurance of swimming athletes. These findings are expected to serve as input for coaches to optimize swimming training programs by incorporating structured dryland exercises.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in the Effectiveness of the Quality Family Village Program in Improving Family Welfare in Ciherang Village, Banjarsari District, Ciamis Regency, including: 1) Challenges in improving family welfare through the Quality Family Village Program, 2) The lack of structured and sustainable family group development, 3) Demands for increasing the effectiveness of mechanisms in coaching, socialization and counseling for family welfare in Ciherang Village, 4) The need for educational strategies for Family Groups targeted by the program. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Quality Family Village Program in Ciherang Village. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative research approach. This study uses primary and secondary data sources. The primary data from this study are the results of interviews with several predetermined informants consisting of Ciherang Village government officials, Program management/implementation coordinators, related groups/communities. Secondary data in this study are documents that are relevant to the research. Data collection techniques in this study consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process in this study includes data reduction, data classification, data analysis, and conclusion drawing.

Abstract

Wonorejo Community Health Center in Samarinda faces a specific human resource management challenge: the absence of an ambulance driver, which causes delays in emergency patient referrals. This article discusses alternative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce at the health center. The methods used include workforce needs analysis through interviews, observations, and document studies, as well as staff training and competency development. The results show improved staff performance and job satisfaction after implementing solutions such as recruiting a new driver and training internal staff. In conclusion, appropriate human resource management strategies can enhance the quality of health services, particularly in emergency referral handling.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of regional employment policies on labor productivity and employment absorption in Banten Province. A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory research method through surveys of active workers in the industrial, trade, and service sectors. Primary data were collected using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and official local government documents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal that employment policies have a positive and significant effect on both labor productivity and employment absorption. Labor productivity also positively influences employment absorption. Job training programs are identified as the most effective policy indicator, while job placement services require improvement, particularly through the utilization of digital technology. The study recommends strengthening cross-sector coordination, optimizing digital job market platforms, and integrating employment policies with regional investment strategies to create a productive, inclusive, and competitive labor market.

Abstract

The utilization of e-commerce platfroms within the National Health Insurance (JKN) system has the potential to enhance healthcare services in primary healthcare centers (Puskesmas). This study aims to evaluate the implementation and impact of e-commerce in the JKN system, focusing on its role in improving efficiency, accessibility, and quality of services at Puskesmas. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining quantative data analysis and quantative interviews with healtcare providers and beneficiaries. The results reveal that integrating e-commerce into the JKN system streamlines administrative processes, facilitates medication procurement, and enhances patient satisfaction. However challenges such as digital literacy gaps and technical limitations remain barriers to optimal utilization. Recommendations for improving e-commerce adoption in the JKN framework include targeted training, infrastructure enchancement, and continous monitoring and evaluation. This evaluation provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders to optimize e-commerce applications in healthcare services delivery.

Abstract

Labor pain is a physiological problem experienced by 85-90% of mothers worldwide. In Pekanbaru, 68% of births require pain management. This Evidence-Based Practice (EBP)-based study aims to analyze the effectiveness of lavender aromatherapy in reducing labor pain integrated in the Continuity of Care (COC) model. This case study was conducted on Mrs. T, a 19-year-old primigravida, at the Independent Practice of Midwife Hj. Zurrahmi. Lavender aromatherapy interventions were administered through a diffuser during period I labor, and pain levels were measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) before and after treatment. The results showed a consistent decrease in the pain scale. For example, in the active phase with a 6 cm cervical opening, the pain scale drops from 7 to 5. In the transition phase, the pain scale drops from 9 to 8 after the intervention. Aromatherapy was administered 11 times during the delivery process. The continuous obstetric care provided includes pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period, newborns, and family planning, all of which run without complications. Delivery takes place spontaneously, the baby is born healthy (BB 3600 grams, APGAR 8/9), and the mother chooses injectable contraception at 3 months. In conclusion, the application of lavender aromatherapy within the framework of COC has been shown to be effective in lowering labor pain, increasing comfort, and supporting a positive childbirth experience.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of Qolbun Salim in the Qur’an through a comparative tafsir (muqāran) analysis between Tafsir al-Kabir/Mafatih al-Ghaib by Fakhruddin al-Razi and Tafsir al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab. The research adopts a qualitative approach using library research, focusing on primary sources such as the Qur’an and the two tafsir works, as well as secondary sources including books, scholarly articles, and related Islamic literature. The analysis compares relevant Qur’anic verses, hadith, and scholars’ interpretations to identify similarities and differences. The findings reveal that Fakhruddin al-Razi defines Qolbun Salim as a heart free from spiritual diseases, polytheism, and hypocrisy, fully devoted to Allah. Quraish Shihab interprets it as a heart safe from moral and spiritual corruption, characterized by sincerity, tranquility, and obedience to Allah. Both agree that Qolbun Salim is a prerequisite for salvation in the Hereafter, but they differ in emphasizing theological versus psychological aspects. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of heart purification in enhancing a Muslim’s spiritual and moral quality.
