Jurnal Imiah Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JIPM) merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarkat yang diterbitkan oleh CV.INDONESIA dengan Nomor Registrasi ISSN : 3026-1163 (Online). Terbit pertama kali bulan Juni 2023, dan diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan (Juni dan Desember). Setiap manuskrip yang dikirimkan akan melalui proses peer-review dengan metode double-blind. Abstract

A website is one of the most effective media for providing information and promoting a product or service. Rico Travel Mandiri is a car rental business located in Sijunjung Regency that offers a variety of vehicles at affordable prices and professional service. However, the promotion and booking process was previously carried out manually through social media and direct communication. The purpose of this research is to design a website as an information and promotion medium that facilitates customer bookings and helps the business expand its marketing reach. The development method used is the Extreme Programming (XP) method, consisting of planning, design, coding, and testing stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that the designed website can display fleet information, rental rates, booking forms, and contact pages interactively. This website is expected to improve promotional efficiency and customer service at Rico Travel Mandiri.

Abstract

Warkop Harapan Jaya, a small and medium sized business specializing in coffee and snacks, has been operating for two years. Despite its loyal customers, the business faces challenges in reaching a wider market, particularly among younger, more digitally active customers. This project aimed to design and implement a simple, informative, and responsive website to increase online visibility, provide clear information to customers, and build a more modern brand image. The method used was a static website development approach with WEBFLOW. The project resulted in a fully functional website featuring a menu, gallery, location, and contact information. Initial impacts showed an increase in inquiries via WhatsApp and increased brand awareness among new visitors. It was concluded that website development was an effective and cost-effective strategic step for the MSME's digital transformation

Abstract

Warung Ajja is a culinary MSME that requires a branding strategy to increase its competitiveness. The use of digital technology through the Blogger platform offers an affordable, accessible, and effective solution. This study aims to design a Blogger-based website to introduce products while building the brand image of Warung Ajja. The methodology applied is a qualitative approach through interviews with the business owner and direct observation. The results of this research show that the website helps the MSME present its business identity more professionally, provide clear product information, and expand promotional reach. The use of Blogger has proven to increase the digital visibility of Warung Ajja.

Abstract

This article discusses the development strategy of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in traditional snack businesses, with a case study of Kue RAHEL in Tanah Datar. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strengths, challenges, and opportunities of UMKM in maintaining traditional culinary heritage while expanding its market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, documentation, and interviews with business owners. The results show that UMKM RAHEL has unique strengths in taste, cultural value, and local ingredients, but faces challenges in digital marketing and production capacity. This study highlights the importance of innovation, branding, and the use of digital platforms to increase competitiveness in the modern era. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for other traditional snack businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to more effective digital marketing strategies. This study aims to examine the utilization of web design through the Blogger platform as a promotional tool to improve the marketing performance of Ayam Pecak 99 MSME in Padang City. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of an attractive, informative, and user-friendly web design increases business visibility on search engines and expands consumer reach. Furthermore, consistent digital content on Blogger helps build brand image and customer trust. Therefore, the use of Blogger-based web design serves as a strategic alternative for MSMEs to enhance digital marketing and competitiveness in the era of technological transformation.

Abstract

The development of the automotive sector in Indonesia has driven rapid growth in supporting industries such as motorcycle repair shops, which play a crucial role in supporting community activities. This study aims to analyze the profile, management strategy, and business challenges and opportunities of Speed ​​Zone Garage—a motorcycle repair shop offering vehicle service, maintenance, and modification services in Padang City, West Sumatra. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and documentation. Analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that Speed ​​Zone Garage excels in terms of service quality, experienced mechanics, and complete and modern facilities. However, the business still faces several obstacles, including suboptimal promotion and an unstrategic workshop location. A SWOT analysis reveals that Speed ​​Zone Garage has significant growth opportunities through strengthening its digital promotion strategy, improving human resource competencies, and partnering with motorcycle communities. Implementing strategies that adapt to developments in automotive technology, such as fuel-injected and electric motorcycles, is crucial for maintaining competitiveness in the future. This study concludes that Speed ​​Zone Garage's success depends not only on technical excellence, but also on managerial skills, service innovation, and a customer-oriented marketing strategy. Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan membutuhkan fokus yang signifikan melihat persoalan peningkatan kualitas karyawan yang lebih baik lagi. Kebutuhan perusahaan yang sangat banyak tentu menjadi tugas bagi karyawan untuk selalu mengembangkan potensi diri. Tentu manajemen strategis, menajemen talenta, dan pengembangan kompetensi berdampak pada proses ini. Pada peneltian kali ini peneliti ingin secara mendalam menganalisis dampak penerapan beberapa manajemen terhadap kebutuhan perusahaan yang sangat banyak dalam menjalankan bisnis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode ini penelitian akan dilakukan secara sistematis maupun spesifik untuk mendapatkan informasi secara detail mengenai permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan dan pendayagunaan sumber daya manusia sangat dibutuhkan oleh organisasi. perencanaan strategis sumber daya manusia, pengembangan kompetisi, dan manajemen talenta sangat penting bagi perusahaan guna mendorong mediasi inovasi dan otomatisasi seluruh operasi perusahaan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan perencanaan straegis SDM, Pengembangan Kompetensi, dan Manajemen Talenta berdampak positif pada inovasi proses dengan mediasi dan otomatisasi proses.

Abstract

A budget is a written plan regarding the activities of an organization that is expressed quantitatively and is generally expressed in units of money for a certain period. The budget can also be a coordination tool in the implementation of the activity plan of each part of the organization so that the resulting planning is an integrated and detailed overall company plan. This paper aims to find out the role of the use of budget as a performance control tool in organizations and the obstacles in budgeting as a performance control tool in organizations. In this study, the Study Literature Review (SLR) research method is used. This method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all studies. Based on the studies that have been carried out, it is known that in controlling the performance and evaluation of an organization, the budget acts as a benchmark to evaluate the actual performance of the company. There are several obstacles in budget to control the organization where there are several errors, namely market uncertainty, organizational commitment, and limited resources.

Abstract

Kemampuan public speaking merupakan soft skill esensial dalam mendukung aktivitas pemasaran, khususnya di era digital pascapandemi. Pelatihan ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Virageawie, sebuah komunitas pengrajin bambu di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dengan kualitas produk yang telah diakui hingga pasar internasional, pelaku UMKM ini menghadapi kendala dalam mempresentasikan produk secara efektif kepada konsumen. Program pelatihan ini mengusung metode berbasis diskusi kelompok terfokus, ceramah, dan pendampingan dengan materi yang mencakup public speaking, penguasaan wawasan produk, komunikasi non-verbal, serta adaptasi terhadap public speaking digital. Pelatihan berlangsung selama tiga hari, melibatkan 30 peserta dari berbagai peran dalam komunitas. Peserta diberikan simulasi berbicara secara daring dan luring dengan fokus pada pengenalan diri dan produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam berbicara di depan publik serta penguasaan teknik public speaking yang lebih baik. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam memaksimalkan pemasaran produk Virageawie dan menjadi model pengembangan kapasitas UMKM lainnya. Saran untuk keberlanjutan kegiatan ini meliputi evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test guna mengukur efektivitas program secara lebih terstruktur.
