Abstract

Woven Digital transformation provides significant opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to enhance operational efficiency and expand market reach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital payment systems (such as QRIS and e-wallets) as an economic strengthening strategy for MSME actors in Kemang Tanduk Village, Rambang Kapak Tengah District, Prabumulih City. The research method utilized is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation involving 15 local MSME owners. The results indicate that the adoption of digital transactions increased financial recording efficiency by 35%, reduced cash handling risks, and attracted a younger customer base. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, dependency on stable internet connectivity, and cybersecurity concerns remain major barriers. Therefore, intensive assistance from local government and financial institutions is necessary to optimize digital economic potential in rural/suburban areas.

Abstract

Woven crafts are one form of local culture that has artistic value, skills, and economic potential for village communities. This study aims to explore the cultural value and creativity found in woven crafts in Kemang Tanduk Village and to examine their potential as part of the development of the community's creative economy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that woven crafts in Kemang Tanduk Village are not only products with practical value but also reflect the skills, creativity, and culture of the community that have been passed down through generations. The creativity of the artisans is seen in the use of local materials, product shapes, motifs, and design development according to the community's needs The craft also has the potential to be developed as a creative economy product through quality improvement, design innovation, promotion, and the use of digital media. In this way, the development of woven crafts in Kemang Tanduk Village can.

Abstract

Children need spaces that support the development of potential, the courage to express themselves, and interaction with the environment. The National Children's Day Festival in Kwarasan Village is held as one of the community service activities that provides opportunities for children to show their abilities and creativity. This activity aims to describe the implementation of the National Children's Day Festival by developing children's potential through activities involving children's participation and expression. The activity was carried out through several stages which included preparation, mentoring and training, festival implementation, and evaluation with a participatory approach. Activity data is obtained through observation and documentation. The activity involved children from SDN 1 Kwarasan, SDN 3 Kwarasan, and Pertiwi Kwarasan Kindergarten through pantomime performances, Jaranan dance, and coloring competitions at three TPAs. The results of the activity showed that children were enthusiastic about participating in activities, daring to perform, and had the opportunity to develop creativity, cooperative skills, and confidence. Support from the community and mentoring during the preparation stage also help create a positive atmosphere for children. Thus, the National Children's Day Festival can be a form of service activity that supports the development of children's potential through art activities, creativity, and social participation in the Kwarasan Village environment.

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of community service aimed at increasing community independence and developing local potential in the area. This KKN activity was conducted in Adiarsa Timur Village, Karawang Timur District, Karawang Regency, with the main programs consisting of hydroponic cultivation education and practice, as well as Business Model Canvas (BMC) assistance for MSME actors. The activities were motivated by limited land availability in Adiarsa Timur Village and the need to improve MSME actors' understanding of managing their businesses in a more structured manner. The implementation methods included observation, socialization, education, practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The hydroponic activities provided knowledge about seed selection, seedling, growing media, nutrient application, and planSt maintenance. Meanwhile, the BMC mentoring introduced the nine main elements of a business model to assist MSME actors and improve their knowledge and skills in utilizing local potential. Overall, these activities serve as an initial step in supporting community empowerment, MSME development, and the productive and sustainable utilization of local potential.

Abstract

The accumulation of household waste and environmentally unfriendly open burning practices are crucial problems in densely populated areas such as Cikoronjo Village, Cibarusah District. The Community Service Program (KKN) of Pelita Bangsa University aims to provide an appropriate technological innovation through the design and implementation of an insulated thermal rocket stove. The device is designed to concentrate combustion heat at high temperatures with controlled air supply, increasing thermal efficiency and minimizing smoke emissions. The design and testing were conducted from August 9–21, 2026, through field observation, waste characteristic analysis, combustion testing, socialization, and handover. Results indicate that the rocket stove burns household waste faster than conventional combustion, with waste-volume reduction of 85–90% and smoke and soot reduction of 78–85%. The communal handover supports an independent community-based waste management model.

Abstract

Digitalization has become an urgent need for MSMEs to expand marketing reach, yet batik MSMEs in Jarum Village, Bayat, Klaten still rely on conventional marketing due to limited digital literacy and promotional content. This activity aims to implement digital media in the form of a company profile video to strengthen the promotion and competitiveness of Batik Ellsa, Kerupuk Rambak, and Gerobak Angkringan MSMEs. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, documentation, interviews with owners, video production using Adobe Premiere Pro, and publication via Instagram and YouTube. The result is one 8-minute 38-second company profile video containing each MSME's business profile, products, production process, and advantages. This video expands promotional reach, strengthens visual identity, and can be sustainably used across digital channels. Challenges included limited time, documentation, and informants' digital literacy. The video proves an effective and sustainable promotional medium for strengthening Jarum Village MSMEs' competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze efforts to build an empowered generation of women through strengthening mental health as a strategy for preventing early marriage. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving adolescent girls and relevant stakeholders engaged in mental health education and early marriage prevention. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings identified three main themes: strengthening mental health understanding, improving self-confidence and decision-making skills, and strengthening family and social support. Mental health education helps adolescents understand the psychological impacts of early marriage and encourages them to consider their readiness before marriage. The study concludes that mental health strengthening and women's empowerment should be integrated into early marriage prevention strategies. Future research should examine the effectiveness of these programs among broader adolescent groups.

Abstract

Bullying remains an issue within school environments, potentially affecting social relationships and students' comfort in learning. This community service activity aimed to enhance students' knowledge and awareness regarding the definition, forms, impacts, and prevention of bullying, as well as how to respond to such behavior. The activity involved 16 fifth-grade students from SD Negeri 75 Prabumulih (Tanjung Telang Village) and employed an educational, participatory approach. The methodology included coordination and preparation, preliminary observation, a PowerPoint presentation, ice-breaking exercises, discussions, a Q&A session, and an evaluation based on the students' shared experiences. The results indicated that the students gained a better understanding of the forms and impacts of bullying; they also began to realize that behaviors such as mocking, belittling, and roughhousing (joking involving physical contact) can make their peers feel uncomfortable. This activity serves as an initial step toward fostering mutual respect among students and creating a safe, comfortable school environment.

Abstract

Outstanding service is a critical component of Islamic banking, as the level of customer satisfaction and trust highly depends on the quality of the services offered. This research intends to detail how excellent service is executed at the Jember Branch Office of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative methodology is employed, utilizing observation and documentation of the service processes. The analysis of excellent service is conducted according to six elements of the A6 framework: capability, demeanor, presentation, focus, efforts, and responsibility. The findings reveal that excellent service is delivered through the employees’ capacity to relay information, their friendly and professional demeanor, tidy presentation, attentiveness to customer needs, suitable service actions, and accountability in service delivery. The application of these elements fosters a pleasant and professional customer service experience. The findings highlight that the reliable execution of excellent service is vital for sustaining customer trust and enhancing service standards in Islamic banking establishments.

Abstract

Bogor Village, located in Cawas District, Klaten Regency, is deeply connected to an agrarian way of life. Many residents work as farmers, with rice serving as the primary crop. Before the advent of modern rice-milling technology, the community relied on traditional tools specifically the lumpang (mortar) and alu (pestle) to process harvested rice into edible rice grains. However, with technological advancements, the use of these traditional tools has declined and largely fallen out of practice. To honor this agrarian heritage, the Lumpang-Alu Monument was established in Bogor Village. Observations revealed, however, that the monument was poorly maintained and its surroundings were untidy. Consequently, students participating in the Student Community Service (KKN) program undertook a revitalization project to preserve this element of local culture. The initiative aimed to improve the monument's physical condition while raising community awareness regarding the village's identity and history. The project employed methods including observation, interviews, documentation, and a participatory revitalization process. The results demonstrated an improvement in the monument's physical condition and aesthetics, as well as a cleaner, more organized surrounding environment.
