Abstract

Penurunan tingkat kinerja karyawan dapat disebabkan oleh turnover intention yang ada di dalam lingkungan perusahaan atau organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job insecurity dan organizational trust terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Toserba X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuisioner skala likert populasi dan sample sebanyak 95 karyawan Toserba X. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha croncbach. Skala job insecurity memiliki koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,908, skala organizational trust memiliki koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,932, skala turnover intention memiliki koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,971. Berdasarkan Hasil analisis yang sudah dilakukan mengenai pengaruh job insecurity dan organizational trust terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Toserba X mendapati adanya pengaruh yang signifikan job insecurity dan organizational trust terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Toserba X. Job insecurity memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 77,3% terhadap turnover intention, dan organizational trust memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 38,1% terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai kepemimpinan tranformasional sangat penting untuk dilakukan,apalagi yang berkaitan dengan sumberdaya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia dan bagaimana peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus kualitatif untuk menggambarkan peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam kerangka manajemen sumber daya manusia. Kelompok subjek penelitian melibatkan seorang manajer di toko start swalayan yang terkenal dengan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional yang berpengaruh. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam peneliian ini adalah lembar wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat enam peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam manajemen sumberdaya manusia yaitu role model, pemberdayaan, Pengembangan individu, komunikasi efektif, Peningkatan kinerja dan inovasi, dan pemberian reward dan punishment. Kepemimpinan transformasional dapat membentuk lingkungan kerja yang dinamis, berorientasi pada tujuan, dan memotivasi karyawan untuk memberikan kontribusi terbaik mereka. Dalam konteks manajemen SDM, kepemimpinan transformasional dapat menjadi pendorong utama untuk menciptakan budaya organisasi yang inovatif dan berfokus pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Generation Z in Indonesia is the internet user with the highest penetration rate of 99.26% (APJII 2022 data), because they were born in the digital era, In the internet era, the production, consumption and distribution of information on the internet appear like a double-edged knife. On the one hand, it has a positive impact, but on the other hand, useless and uneducative content has emerged. Misuse of information and even digital crimes have also emerged massively, one of which is Online Gender-Based Violence (KBGO) with a crime pattern that is not easy to read, with a variety of modes so that cases have increased by 300% in the last six years (Komnas Perempuan, 2020). This research aims to find out the extent of literacy competence and experience of KBGO in Gen-Z with the research subject of Communication Science students at the University of Semarang. Using the concept of digital literacy developed by the Ministry of Communication and Information - Siberkreasi as a basis for analysis, this research uses mixed methods, namely online surveys and phenomenological in-depth interviews. The research found that Gen-Z naturalised KBGO in a joking context and did not take it seriously. Another thing is that the WhatsApp messaging application is on average a medium for spreading pornographic content through text, stickers, emoticons, videos or photos.

Abstract

This research is conducted to test the impact of risk on market performance using consumer goods industry companies’ secondary data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2014-2018. The results show that risk which is measured by the beta has a positive significant impact on the market performance based on the price-earnings ratio measurements.  In addition, the risk that is measured by the debt-to-equity ratio has a significantly positive impact on the market performance which is measured by price-to-book value. In terms of investment, however, the results of this study indicate that Indonesian goods industry investors do not consider to the level of market risk only, but they look at the credit risk. This suggests that investors dare to take high risks to gain high returns.

Abstract

This article focuses on adolescents who actively use social media and their vulnerability to Online Gender-Based Violence. The research was conducted qualitatively using the virtual ethnography method to look at the social and cultural phenomena of using cyberspace. As an analytical tool, the author uses Mead's Symbolic Interaction Theory to explore the phenomenon of OGBV among teenagers. The emergence of the phenomenon of online gender-based violence is one of the many negative impacts of using social media. Teenagers who became informants stated that they were afraid of losing their virtual communities on social media and not enough had been literate about online gender-based violence. This research confirms that there is still a need for more digital safety literacy that directly focuses on Online Gender-Based Violence and also needs literacy in pockets of youth and adolescents, accompanied by targeted understanding, so that adolescents can avoid the emergence of OGBV and other negative impacts.

This research aims to discuss the basis for anti-dumping regulations in WTO law and the implementation of WTO anti-dumping rules in Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dompet digital dan kartu debit terhadap masyarakat di Kecamatan Rejoso Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan instrumen penelitian yaitu angket dan observasi online melalui Google Form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Bramastamart di Kecamatan Rejoso yang berjumlah 68 orang. Penentuan sampelnya adalah sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23 meliputi: pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Dalam penelitian ini dompet digital dan kartu debit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen di Kecamatan Rejoso. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²), dompet digital dan kartu debit memberikan pengaruh positif sebesar 77,6% terhadap perilaku konsumtif konsumen Bratamart di Kecamatan Rejoso dan sisanya sebesar 22,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Perkawinan Menurut pasal 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan menyatakan bahwa: “Perkawinan adalah ikatan lahir batin antara seorang pria dengan wanita sebagai suami istri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga (rumah tangga) yang bahagia kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Untuk poligami bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil terdapat dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 10 tahun 1983 yang telah diperbarui dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 45 tahun 1990 Tentang Izin Perkawinan dan Perceraian bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana prosedur izin poligami bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 45 Tahun 1990 Tentang Perkawinan dan Perceraian Bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Pertimbangan Hakim tentang Putusan Poligami yang dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Prosedur izin poligami bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Pertimbangan Hakim tentang Putusan izin poligami yang dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sosiologis yaitu penelitian hukum yang menitik beratkan perilaku individu atau masyarakat dalam kaitannya dalam hukum. Poligami yang dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil harus sesuai dengan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan yang berlaku yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 45 Tahun 1990 Tentang Izin Perkawinan dan Perceraian Bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil.

Abstract

Indonesia is a Muslim-majority country, namely 207,176,162 of the total population of 237,641,326, or 87.18% of Indonesia's population is Muslim. However, from an economic perspective, Muslims in Indonesia do not constitute the majority in controlling assets. Becoming a young entrepreneur has recently become a hot topic for discussion. Considering the large number of millennials who are successful as entrepreneurs, they can lead to the development of a country's economy. However, becoming a millennial entrepreneur is not as easy as one might imagine, considering that in the online era, all gadgets can create laziness, thus creating people who lie down. For this reason, creating a generation of millennial entrepreneurs is an effort that must be developed by a country by instilling entrepreneurial values ​​into the millennial soul. Based on the personality and characteristics of a millennial entrepreneur who applies Islamic values ​​as a Muslim, this can be used as a reference for basic capital in his business activities. Judging from the problems above, the focus of the discussion in this article is a solution to the problem of people's poverty by emphasizing the revitalization of millennial entrepreneurs based on the digital economy as a breakthrough in the people's economy today

Abstract

The following article analyzes the post-conflict Aceh identity negotiation based on the case study of Aceh’s Crescent and Star Flag also known as the Aceh’s Flag. The paper focuses on tracing the process of collective Aceh identity negotiations as reflected in Aceh’s Crescent and Star Flag discourse, and to the extent of the effectiveness of the establishment of the Aceh flag as a strategy for reformulating the collective identity after the conflict. The following article uses a socio-anthropological approach. The research locations are four regions in Aceh, Banda Aceh, East Aceh, Langsa, and Central Aceh. Semi-structured interviews were conducted against the political elite in Aceh from the pro- and anti-Flag of the Crescent and Star, as well as the central government in Jakarta. Documentation studies were carried out by scrutinizing mass media reports on topics that became research issues. The paper concludes that the diversity of responses of the Aceh community in response to the establishment of the Crescent and Star as the flag of Aceh is a reflection of the social political and cultural diversity that Aceh society is seeking to form a post-conflict collective identity.
