This research aims to analyze the influence of distributive justice compensation, commitment and work discipline towards employee work performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to employees in CV. Nursa Prima Mojokerto. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to see the influence of the independent variables (distributive justice compensation, commitment and work discipline) on the dependent variable (work performance). The research results show that these three independent variables significantly increase work performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that the company needs to pay attention to aspects of fairness in providing compensation, improve work discipline, and build employee commitment to improve work performance. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of effective human resource management strategies in the company.

This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and skills of Brangkal printing business actors in financial management. Through this training, business actors are expected to be able to manage their finances more effectively and efficiently, which in turn will improve the performance and sustainability of their business. The methods used in this training include material delivery, interactive discussions, and direct practice. The training material includes the basics of accounting, cash flow management, preparation of financial reports, and financial planning strategies. The results of this training show a significant increase in participants' understanding and ability to manage business finances. Participants also reported positive changes in the way they recorded and planned their finances, which resulted in increased operational efficiency and profitability of their businesses. Discussions in this training identified several challenges faced by business actors in implementing good financial governance, including limited resources and previous knowledge. However, through this training, business actors obtain practical solutions and support to overcome these challenges.

Life quality of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) patients is important to note because this infectious disease is chronic and progressive so that it has a wide impact on all aspects of life both physical, psychological, social, and spiritual. Psychosocial problems especially depression is more severe faced by patients so that it can reduce the life quality. The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between depression and life quality in HIV patients. The design of this study used correlation analytic with non-probability sampling of consecutive types, conducted on June 23 until June 30, 2020, with 52 respondents. The research instrument used the WHO Life quality-BREF questionnaire to evaluate life quality and Beck Depression Inventory II to evaluate depression levels. The results of the study were tested with Spearman Rho and showed the level of depression in the non-depression category of (17.3%) 9 respondents in the mild category (13.5%) 7 respondents in the moderate category (32.7%) 17 respondents and in the severe category (36.5 %) 19 respondents and good life quality (42.3%) 22 respondents and poor category (57.7%) 30 respondents. From the results of the study obtained p value = (0,000) <α (0.05), which showed that there was correlation between depression level and life quality of HIV patients at Poly VCT Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. Soekandar, Mojokerto. Depression contributed to a decrease in life quality of HIV patients, psychological burdens on sufferers such as sufferers felt pessimistic about the future, seeing themselves as worthless could have a dominant effect on decreasing life quality of HIV patients.

AI technology has increasingly integrated into language learning and assessment, offering efficient and engaging environment. This study evaluated the effectiveness of Speechace, an AI powered language assessment tool, in improving speaking skills among first semester students through a mixed-method approach. The findings revealed an average overall performance score of 5.69 out of 9, with female students consistently outperforming males students in pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, grammar and overall speaking competence. The question-specific analysis showed that students performed better on personal topics, exhibiting higher fluency and fewer pauses. Speechace provided valuable feedback, particularly in evaluating fluency-including the report of word per minute and bad pauses-as well as pronunciation accuracy via color-coded feedback. These findings highlight the potential use of AI tools in language education and offer insight for educators on integrating technology into English language instruction, more specifically in speaking skills.

The objective of this study was to analyze and describe the acceleration of public services at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office, analyze supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate a digital-based public service model. The collection techniques were used to obtain accurate, actual and comprehensive data in accordance with the problems and focus of the study, such as interview, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed a consistent tendency (trend) in public services in improving the performance of public service delivery in Belu District.

The goal of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the flipped classroom model in listening comprehension in the tenth grade students of SMAN 1 Badegan, Ponorogo foe the academic year 2023/2024. Two groups (control and experimental) were employed in this study, which used a true-experimental post-test only design. The subject of this study are tenth grade. 67 students were selected using probability simple random sampling technique, which 33 students in the experimental group (X8) and 34 students in control group (X2). A listening test was used to gather data. the findings showed that flipped classroom model is effective towards students' listening comprehension. This is supported by the fact that the average score of students in the experimental group was higher than the average of the students in the control group (87.82>64.41). In addition, the results of the hypothesis test show a significance (2-tailed) is 0.000. Since, significance (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesi (Ho) is rejected. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the flipped classroom model is effective in improving students' listening comprehension.

Medical Records in the world of education are very important to be implemented in terms of administrative and documentation aspects. In terms of administration, the existence of health records can make it easier for teachers or principals to store and search for files related to the health of their students, while in documentation it can make it easier for teachers to find out the health history of students. The purpose of this study was to identify elementary school teachers' knowledge about students’ personal health records at SDN Kampung Dalem 6 Kediri. This study used a simple descriptive design with a collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The study was conducted at SDN Kampung Dalem 6 Kediri with total sample of 13 respondents. Samples were taken using the training, technical guidance, facilitation approach methods. The results of the study showed that more than half of the respondents (69.20%) had high knowledge about personal health records and the rest (31.80%) had moderate knowledge. The recommendation of this study is to conduct further research by increasing the number of respondents.

This study aims to identify the correlation between basic English proficiency and the acquisition of TOEFL scores by 6th semester students at STIKES Telogorejo Semarang. This study used descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 6th semester students of STIKES Telogorejo Semarang with a sample of 179 respondents. Data collection techniques are test techniques and questionnaire techniques. The data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 25.0 program. The test results showed that as many as 83.3% of students scored below the minimum standard of 450. Based on the Spearman correlation test, there is a significant correlation at a low level between listening skills, grammar skills and ability to understand reading texts with TOEFL score results. The positive direction of the correlation indicates that TOEFL score results increase if basic skills in English also increase.

Religious character is one of the characters that each individual needs to have, and forming a religious character is one of them done at school. This research focuses on describing how the formation of religious character is carried out by schools through the habituation of infaq. The approach taken in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study are the Principal, Teachers, and Students of SMKN 2 Pangkajene Kepulauan. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results in this study show that religious characters formed through the habituation of infaq include: 1. Obedience in worship, 2. Caring for others, and 3. Sincerity. The process of forming students' religious character cannot be separated from several factors, including supporting factors from parents who always give more money for infaq and teachers who always remind and motivate the importance of giving.

This article used the library research method to gather information by understanding and researching theories from various sources such as books, journals, and existing studies. The method used qualitative research that focuses on gathering information about the natural environment and using researchers as the main instrument. This study aims to analyze the responses and experiences of first-year high school students and how the Wordwall application helps them improve their English vocabulary during their studies. Literary research method is used. The data collection method used is the documentation method. Content analysis was used as a data analysis technique. In order to maintain the accuracy of the evaluation and avoid false information, the material was analyzed by cross-checking and re-reading the literature, and the evaluator's comments were taken into account. The result of this study is that Wordwall proves to be an effective teaching method that helps improve students' vocabulary in preparation for future assignments. Word wall apps can also be used while studying, which is very useful for developing students' vocabulary
