Studi Multidisipliner: Jurnal Kajian Keislaman (Journal of Islamic Studies) published by Postgraduate IAIN Padangsidimpuan (now the status has changed to State Islamic University Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan). This journal was started in 2014, when it was still in the form of P-ISSN: 2355-7850 published twice a year, namely in June and December. But then this journal is already in the form of E-ISSN: 2477-0280, so the management of this journal is now OJS and nationally accredited. The focus and scope of this journal is research related to Islamic Education, Islamic Law, Islamic Economics, Islamic Broadcasting Communication, Islamic Thought and Philosophy, Islamic History. Authors can submit articles to this journal by reading the template articles first.

Abstract

Facing an era of disruption, there must be a program to prepare human resources with the right digital skills to face change and maximize the potential of Indonesia's digital society. Islam faces increasingly strong pressures from globalization towards the demands of digital culture. The government's efforts are focused on encouraging the achievement of goals and increasing the quality education development index in Indonesia through the SDGs until 2030. Therefore, the aim of the research is to describe Islamic education towards quality digital cultural transformation in making the SDGs 2030 a success. The method in this research uses literature studies which involves library materials such as Bappenas (Regional Development Planning Agency) data, books, journals and other internet-based information. The conclusion of this research is that technology is increasingly bringing innovation and insight into world developments which makes people proficient in its use. Islamic education efforts in maximizing digital culture aim to shape, plan, train and develop every Muslim individual to be proficient in Islamic knowledge and life experiences. So, it doesn't just focus on digital cultural transformation in making the SDGs a success in 2030. But more on how Islamic education controls, designs and encourages digital culture.

Abstract

This study was to determine the leadership of female teachers, namely the exemplary behavior and interpersonal communication. The research used a qualitative method by using interviews, observation and documentation. The results inform several things, first, the female teacher's exemplary behavior shows good behavior such as a friendly, polite, neat personality, and discipline in her duties. Second, her communication behavior goes well, closely intertwined, so the material presented is easily understood. Third, her rewarding behavior in hands-on and praise sentences, rewards give influence on increasingly brave, passionate and more active. Fourth, the punishment in the form of reprimands, advice, and warnings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the innovation of quranic after-memorizing through the mujāhadah program conducted by 49 students at the Institut Agama Islam Al-Quran Al-Ittifaqiah (IAIQI). The analysis used in this study is the analysis of the living Quran and social construction theory. The results showed that the mujāhadah program was an effort in maintaining memorization through three stages, namely mujāhadah ulā (confirmation), mujāhadah sāniah (fasting for 40 days), and mujāhadah sāliṡah (evaluation). The three stages are the legitimacy of giving the sanad which leads to three main chains, namely from the K.H. Nawawi Dencik, K.H. Magfur Ali, and K.H. Nawawi Abdul Aziz. This program is the result of externalizing the taḥfīẓ coaches at the Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School as well as the leaders and teaching staff at IAIQI. The results of the externalization were institutionalized in the use of mujāhadah guidelines, IQT’s vision, and also the provision of scholarships for mujāhadah students. While internalization occurs in the process of absorbing the value of mujāhadah into the enjoyment of reading the Quran for the perpetrators, the desire of students to complete the three stages of mujāhadah, and the motivation of non-mujāhadah students to participate in memorizing the Quran.

Abstract

AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk membantah teori Cox yang menyatakan bahwa semakin modern suatu masyarakat semakin jauh mereka dari agama. Metode riset ini penelitian kualitatif dengan perspektif fenomenologi. Temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa sekalipun masyarakat sudah semakin modern namun ternyata, mereka lebih dekat dengan agama. Oleh karena itu, perkembangan majelis zikir di wilayah perkotaan Indonesia memiliki kekhasan seperti terlihat dari sosok sentral pemimpin, simbol-simbol yang terdapat dalam prosesi berzikir, serta motivasi pengikut menghidupkan majelis tersebut. AbstractThis paper aims to refute Cox's theory which states that the more modern a society is, the farther they are from religion. This research method is qualitative research with a phenomenological perspective. The findings of this study are that even though society has become more modern but it turns out, they are closer to religion. Therefore, the development of the zikir assembly in the urban areas of Indonesia has a distinctiveness as seen from the central figure of the leader, the symbols contained in the procession of remembrance, and the motivation of followers to revive the assembly.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the responsibilities of parents towards children's education at an early age by using a hadith perspective. Parents who are in charge of education have a very dominant role in the process of children's education. Parents and children have an emotional relationship and intensive educative inter action, this can be a positive educational atmosphere. This article is a theoretical study by using data sources from library searches in the form of books and journal articles related to the formulation of the problem. The approach used is an educative approach, which examines the responsibility of parents to children's education at an early age in the perspective of hadith by using qualitative data analysis methods. The research findings are parents as the party who is in the first order responsible for their children's education. The responsibility of parents regarding education concerns the good of the child in this world and the hereafter. The responsibility for children's education has been prepared long before the child is born. In this research there are nine forms of parental responsibility for the education of children at an early age.

Abstract

Islamic education is still understood traditionally as containing the sciences of tafaqquh fiddin. On the other hand, science is still considered a separate scientific discipline from Islamic Education. This study aims to explain and analyze the dialectics of scientists regarding Islamic Science and the urgency of science for the development of Islamic Education. This article is the result of a systematic literature review through the identification, evaluation and synthesis of the thoughts of Muslim scientists. This study concluded that science education is the peak achievement of Muslims' dialectic towards science. Science education is necessary for Islamic education, which will provide a way forward towards the revival of Islamic civilization—namely, science that uses metaphysics in an Islamic perspective to guide in formulating concepts about the universe. Finally, science education will only be realized if scientists and religionists have a harmonious relationship. So, it is necessary to create a dialogical, pluralist and democratic climate so science education can grow and run well.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of learning model contextual teaching and learning assistanceproblem card of the mathematical problem solving ability of students. Randomly selected two classes as research subjects. Experimental class by learning model contextual teaching and learning assistance problem card with the number 31 and the control class by conventional teaching methods of inquiry that amounted to 30 people.  Based on the results obtained 36,509 4.18296 so that the direction of significant coefficient, 0.94765.76872 then linear, 4,36 1.70 then learning model contextual teaching and learning assistance problem card can impact the ability of students' mathematical problem solving.

Abstract

This research discussed in the strategy carried out by Islamic religious education teachers in fostering noble morals of students and the efforts made to overcome  the problems faced in developing the noble morals of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sosa, Padang Lawas Regency. The results concluded that the strategy carried out by Islamic religious education teachers in fostering the noble character of students atas SMA Negeri 1 Sosa, Padang Lawas district is carried out in learning activities, school culture development, and extracurricular activities using exemplary methods, planting and enforcing discipline, habituation, guiding and advising students, fulfilling the rights of students and treating students fairly. Efforts made to overcome the problems faced in fostering noble morals of students are through positive activities (intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular), increasing cooperation with parents, community leaders and relevant agencies

Abstract

Tasawuf sering diartikan sebagai sebuah perilaku atau akhlak yang timbul pada setiap orang. Dalam pandangan sosiologis, tasawuf merupakan suatu hal yang mempercayai adanya sistem ilahi yang tidak mudah di proses oleh pikiran dengan cara rasional, Pada tingkatan tertentu, tasawuf sudah masuk pada tatanan kehidupan masyarakat yang saling berkaitan erat dengan konstruksi sosial serta budaya yang ada pada setiap masyarakat. Dalam Islam sendiri bahwa hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, hubungan antar manusia dan antara manusia dengan alam menjadi sentral dari ajaran Islam. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode kualitatif yang tujuan utamanya yakni berkaitan dengan pendapat, pesepsi, ide dan kepercayaan, pada metode kualitatif dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman dan berorientasikan kepada sosial. Pentingnya ajaran tasawuf dalam menjalani kehidupan sosial sehari-hari tentu itu sebuah kejelasan bahwa memang tasawuf bisa di relevansikan kedalam keseharian yang selama ini dilakukan seseorang, dengan adanya unsur antara syariat dan hakikat bahwa menjabarkan suatu kedalam sendi-sendi kehidupan sosial akan berakibat positif untuk keseharian, al-Qusyairi ingin menggabungkan antara syariat dan hakikat kedalam modifikasi tasawufnya, Jika dilihat dari segi pemaknaan akan kehidupan, tentu antara syariat dan hakikat bisa dijalankan dengan kehidupan sosial yang berkembang disekitar kita, yakni menyeimbangkan dunia sosial dengan dunia individu.

Abstract

The curriculum is very strategically used as guidelines for the implementation of learning activities, which included a guide to the interaction between teachers and learners. Development and curriculum development in Islam refers to the changes in the field and the subject matter as well as the change of time, the essence of the curriculum in the educational aspects of the macro objectives. Islamic religious education curriculum Post Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20 Year 2013 on National Education System played a role important in recognizing the importance of moral education and cultural values culture based on moral values and rules that divine principle that is Almighty.
