Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Working Capital Turnover, Cash Turnover and Number of Non-Performing Loans on Profitability at KSP Madani NTB for the 2018-2022 period. The financial ratios used to measure this influence are WCTO, Cash Turnover and NPL. This type of research is associative and the sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The samples used for KSP Madani NTB's financial reports are the balance sheet, SHU and cash flow reports. Data was obtained through financial reports at KSP Madani NTB for the 2018-2022 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 52.507 + 0.948X1 โ€“ 0.019X2 + 0.042X3. Partially, the variables Working Capital Turnover (WCTO), Cash Turnover and Number of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on Profitability. Simultaneously the variables Working Capital Turnover (WCTO), cash turnover (Cash Turnover), and the number of non-performing loans (NPL) have a significant effect on profitability with a significance of 0.040 <0.05 indicating a significant effect on profitability. The ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 99.60% and the remaining 0.04% is influenced by other variables outside the research variables used.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Trust, Price, and Service Quality on Repurchase Intention at UD. Ananda Wholesale in Masbagik, East Lombok. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique with results Y = 1,464 + 0,117X1 + 0,407X2 + 0,288X3 calculated using the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, it can be concluded that the constant value is 1.464, meaning that if there is no change in the trust, price and service quality variables (the values โ€‹โ€‹of X1, X2 and X3 are 0). So, repurchase intention at UD. Ananda Wholesale amounted to 1,464 units. The results of this research also show that the t test (partial) states that the trust variable is not significant, the price variable has a significant effect, the service quality variable has an insignificant effect. Based on the F test (simultaneous), it states that the variables trust, price and service quality simultaneously influence repurchase intention and the beta test shows that the variable has a dominant influence on repurchase intention at UD. Ananda Wholesale is the price variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee turnover. This type of research is associative. Samples were taken using saturated sampling. Data was obtained by distributing 42 questionnaires to employees of PT. Tamarin Jaya East Lombok Branch. Data analysis using multiple linear regression showed (Y = 25.820 - 0.289x1 - 0.487x2 - 0.032x3). The results of this study show that compensation does not have a partially significant effect on turnover with a t value of -1.417 < t table 2.024 with a significant value of 0.165 > 0.05, the work environment has a partially significant effect on turnover with a t value of -2.770 < t table 2.024 with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05, and job satisfaction has no partial significant effect on turnover with a calculated t value of -0.253 < t table 2.024 with a significant value of 0.801 > 0.05. Simultaneously there is an influence between compensation variables, work environment and job satisfaction on turnover with a calculated f value of 42.940 > f table 2.85.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine several things, as follows: (1) the effect of team work on performance, (2) the effect of workload on performance, (3) the effect of team work and workload on performance. In this study using associative research with a population of 80 people and a sample of 80 people who are employees of the Office of Education and Culture of East Lombok Regency. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of a statement in the form of a questionnaire. The findings showed that: (1) Team work has a significant effect on performance because it has a larger t count than t table, namely 4.212 > 1.991 with a significance value of 0.001 1.991 with a significance value of 0.001 3.12.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the budget in the 2018-2022 Bappeda & Litbang in Dompu Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and interviews. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis and data analysis using the method of measuring effectiveness and efficiency. The research results show that the effectiveness level of budget implementation at Bappeda & Research and Development of Dompu Regency in 2018-2022 is categorized as effective with an average ratio of effectiveness levels over the last five years of 94.48%. Meanwhile, the overall level of efficiency of the expenditure budget at Bappeda & Research and Development of Dompu Regency in 2018-2022 is categorized as efficient with an average ratio of efficiency level over the last five years of 65.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture, professional commitment and innovative behavior on teacher job satisfaction at SMPN 7 Pujut in 2023. This research consists of 3 independent variables namely organizational culture (X1), professional commitment (X2) and innovative behavior (X3). and the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction (Y). The population in this study was 34 and the sample in this study was 34 respondents at SMPN 7 Pujut. Data was obtained by distributing 34 questionnaires and 36 statement items. Data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, professional commitment and innovative behavior have a significant effect partially, and simultaneously organizational culture, professional commitment and innovative behavior have a significant effect. The most dominant influencing variable is organizational culture with a regression value of 0.760.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out several things, namely: (1) the influence of employee engagement on organizational commitment, (2) the influence of training on organizational commitment, (3) the influence of employee engagement on employee performance, (4) the influence of training on employee performance, (5) the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, (6) the influence of employee engagement on employee performance through organizational commitment, (7) the influence of training on employee performance through organizational commitment. The sample used was 92 employees of the Mataram City Regional Hospital. The data collection technique used in this research was a statement in the form of a questionnaire, using path regression analysis models 1 and 2. The results of this research show that: (1) employee engagement has a significant effect on organizational commitment because t count > t table, namely 3.093> 1.987, (2) training has a significant effect on organizational commitment because t count > t table, namely 4.084> 1.987, (3) employee engagement does not have a significant effect on employee performance because t count < t table, namely, 1,719<1,987, (4) training has a significant effect on employee performance because the t value>t table is, 4,952>1,987, (5) organizational commitment has an effect on employee performance because the t value>t table, namely 4,747>1,987, (6 ) employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment with a direct effect value of 0.142 which is greater than the in direct effect of 0.149, (7) training has no significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment with a direct effect value of 0.381 with an in direct effect value of 0.156.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that encourage the success of entrepreneurial communities in MSMEs in Central Lombok Regency, NTB. This type of research is associative and the sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The sample used was 100 respondents to MSMEs in Central Lombok Regency. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 0,445 + 0,562X1 + 0,341X2 + e Partially, internal factor variables with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, external factors with a significance of 0.001 <0.05 show a significant effect on the success of the community in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously the variables of internal factors and external factors with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 indicate a significant effect on the success of the community in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Number of Tourist Attractions (X1), Number of Tourists(X2 ), Number of Hotels (X3) and Number of Restaurants (X4) partially and simultaneously on local revenue in tourism sub sector (Y). Samples were taken using a non-probabillity sampling tevhmique with a purposive sampling method. The type of research used is assosiatif research, data colectiontechniques using documentation, data analysis using multiple linier regression, The results of the multipleregression analysis are Y = -0,354X1 + 1,056X2 โ€“ 0,149X3 + 0,407X4 + e. The results of the research show that the variables number of tourist attractions and number of hotels have a partially negative effect on the Regional Original Income of the tourism sub-sector in North Lombok Regency, While the number of toursts and the number of restaurants show a partial positive effect on the Regional Ordinal Income of the Tourism sub-sector in North Lombok Regency.
