Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Dompu Regency. This research method is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation of research informants determined using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The informants in this study were the head of the population and civil registration office of Dompu district and 4 community users as supporting informants. The data analysis procedure used has several stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Dompu Regency is assessed from the dimensions of physical evidence classified as incomplete, good ability reliability, excellent responsiveness, assurance does not provide clarity, empathy applies a good attitude. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dompu Regency has sufficiently met some of the expectations of the people of Dompu.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the factors that influence the performance of PT employees. Madani National Capital in Sekotong sub-district. So that the variables in this study consisted of 2 (two) independent variables namely Training (X1), Motivation (X2) and the dependent variable Performance (Y). The population of this research is all employees of PT. PNM in Sekotong sub-district. The total sample was 33 respondents, samples were taken using non-probability sampling techniques. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. PNM online via the WhatsApp application with the Google Form link and conduct interviews. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that training has a partially significant effect on performance and motivation has a partially significant effect on performance. So it can be concluded that the training and motivation variables simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, the motivation variable has the most dominant influence on performance. The results of this study also show that the independent variables (Training and Motivation) are able to explain the dependent variable (Performance) as much as 78.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variables of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the of work discipline, supervision and compensation on the performance of employees of thee Office Communication, Informatics anf Statistics of West Nusa Tenggra Province. This study consists 3 independen variables, namely work discipline (X1). Supervision (X2), compensation (X3) and 1 performance dependent variable (Y). The population in this study were 136 employees of the Information, Communication and Statistics Office. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that variables of discipline and compensation have a significant effect partially while the control variable has no significant effect partially, and simultaneously the variables of work discipline, supervision and compensation have a significant effect

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of leadership, work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction of optical employees in Cakranegara District. Data was collected via a Google Form questionnaire from 51 employees. The data analysis used is the t test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of the t test analysis (partial), show (1) leadership has a negative and not significant effect with a calculated t value of -0.560 < t table 2.01174 and a significance level of 0.578 > 0.05, (2) work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on t value 1.439 < t table 2.01174 and a significance level of 0.456 > 0.05, (3) the work environment is proven to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of optical employees with a t value of 5.628 > t table 2.01174 and a significance level of 1.259 < 0.05. The results of the F test analysis found that leadership, work discipline and the work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on optical employee job satisfaction with a calculated F value of 55.039 > F table 2.80 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

This study explores the influence of price, product innovation, and brand image on purchasing decisions in Wild Time Distro, Mataram. The results show that individually, price (0.248), product innovation (0.155), and brand image (0.386) have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant impact with a total magnitude of 108.505. Consequently, it is recommended that Wild Time enhances product innovation, strengthens brand image, and sets attractive prices to improve purchasing decisions. This study supports previous findings and suggests that future research consider additional variables such as product quality, location, promotion, and quality control in a broader context.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of service quality, price perception, and costumer satisfaction on custumer loyalty at the Semet Barbershop Telagawaru Village Labuapi District. The population in this study were all Semet Barbershop costumers whit a sample of 40 respondents. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research is an associative type, using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially the service quality variabel has no significant effect on customer loyalty whit a t count of 0,007 < t table of 1,68709. Perceived price partially has no significant effect on customer loyalty whit a t count of -1,043 < t table of 1,68709. While customer satisfaction partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty whit a t count of 5,740 > t table of 1,68709. Based on the simultaneous test of service quality variables, price perceptions, and costumer satisfaction have a significant effet on costumer loyalty whit an f count of 39,256 > f table of 2,87 whit a significance of 0,000 at Semet Barbershop Telagawaru Village Labuapi District.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of cooperation, communication and organizational culture on the work performance of BUMN PT employees. Sumbawa Besar Pawn Shop. PT. Sumbawa Besar Pawnshop is one of the financial institutions that is widely used by the people of Sumbawa Besar, so the performance of its employees needs to be a concern. This research uses associative research with a population and sample of 40 employees of BUMN PT. Sumbawa Besar Pawn Shop. The data collection technique used in this research is a statement in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is partially carried out by the T test and simultaneously by the F test. The results of the research show that there is an influence between cooperation, communication and organizational culture on the work performance of BUMN PT employees. Sumbawa Besar Pawn Shop. Based on data analysis, it shows (1) collaboration has a significant effect on work performance, with a calculated T value of 3.278 which is greater than the T table of 0.028 with a significance of 0.002 which is smaller than 0.05. (2) communication has no significant effect on work performance with a calculated T value of -1.628 which is smaller than the T table of 0.028 with a significance of 0.112 which is greater than 0.05. (3) organizational culture has a significant effect on work performance with a calculated T value of 8.545 which is greater than the T table of 0.028 with a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Then cooperation, communication and organizational culture have a significant effect on the work performance of Pt. employees. Pegadaian Sumbawa Besar with a calculated f value of 255.824 is greater than the f table, namely 2.87 with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty to apple iphone products (a case study on STIE AMM Mataram students). So that the research variables consist of three (3) independent variables, namely brand image (X1), brand trust (X2), and the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty (Y). The aims of this research are (1) to find out whether brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) to find out whether brand trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) to find out whether brand image and brand trust have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty. In this study, 2 types of research were used, namely qualitative and quantitative with a total population and sample of 60 students from STIE AMM Mataram. The data collection technique used in this study is a statement in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty because tcount > ttable, namely 1,842 > 2,002, (2) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty because tcount > ttable, namely 7,078 > 2,002. Fcount has a greater value than f table, namely the Fcount value is 66,021 with a sig = 0,000.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with an ethnographic approach strategy that aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Sesaot Village tourism products in attracting tourists. This study took 10 (ten) informants, namely the West Lombok Tourism Office, the Head of Sesaot Village, 2 (two) Tourism Managers, 3 (three) Business Actors, 3 (three) communities. This study used several data collection techniques, namely in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The interview technique was carried out in an unstructured manner using an interview guide. The marketing strategy used by Sesaot Tourism Village is in the form of developing tourist destination objects or products, promoting through social media or the internet, increasing accessibility, and improving services. The result of the development of tourism products in Sesaot Tourism Village is the construction of several new photo spots that previously did not exist in the PUREKMAS area, various facilities such as toilets, and berugak have been provided to maintain the comfort of tourists when visiting. It is known that tourist interests can change along with the development of tourist attractions, when a tourist attraction has new things, tourists will feel interested and think about trying it.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the BKKBN Kab. Dompu. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews, the sample used is 23 people with a sampling technique that is non-probability sampling. The data analysis used was path analysis using model 1 regression and model 2 regression. This research shows that work discipline has a significant effect with t-count: 3.322 greater than t-table: 2.093 with a significant level at 0.004 less than 0.05. Work motivation has no significant effect on the value of t count: -2,030 less than t table: 2.093 with a significant level at 0.057 greater than 0.05. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the value of t count: 8.554 greater than t table: 2.093 with a significant level at 0.000 greater than 0.05. The effect of work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction shows an insignificant effect with a value of 0.346. Meanwhile, the influence of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction shows a significant effect with a value of 0.283.
