Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, workload and work environment on the performance of Mataram Inspectorate employees. The population of this study is all employees of the Mataram Inspectorate. The sampling method uses the purposive sampling technique method with a sample of 54 employees with questionnaire distribution. Based on the results of the t-test test, motivation (X1) with a sig value of 0.338 > 0.05, while the t-value calculated is 0.966 < 2.008, meaning that motivation has a non-significant effect on employee performance. Workload (X2) with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, while a t-value of 3.620 > 2.008 means that workload has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment (X3) with a sig value of 0.377 > 0.05, while the t-value of -0.892 < 2.008 had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the f test, workload motivation, and work environment had a simultaneous effect on employee performance with an f value calculated > table of 5.497 > 2.79 with a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05. The most dominant variable that affects employee performance is the workload variable (X2) of 3,620

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure and ownership structure on the profitability of leasing finance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This type of research is associative with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The total sample is 13 companies and the number of observations is 39 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = -32.564 + 0.405 X1 + 1.931 X2. Based on the research results, it shows that partially the capital structure variable (DER) with a significance value of 0.000<0.05 shows that it has a significant effect on profitability. On the other hand, partial ownership structure (INST) with a significance value of 0.571>0.05 has no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, capital structure (DER) and ownership structure (DER) with a significance value of 0.000<0.05 have a significant effect on profitability (ROE). Among the capital structure (DER) and ownership structure (INST) variables, the most dominant influence is the capital structure variable (X1) with a beta coefficient value of 0.737.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Efektivitas E-Commerce untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan UMKM di Kota Mataram. (studi kasus pada rindu alam satu kerajinan perhiasan mutiara di sekarbela). Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan analisa yang digunakan yaitu data kualitatif, dimana jenis penelitian ini mengutamakan keabsahan data dan keaslian data dari tempat penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk menemukan hasil yang sesuai dengan data sebelumnya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Inventory Turnover on Profitabillity partially, to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Inventory Turnover on Profitability simultaneously, and to determine the most dominant variable affecting Profitability in Construction Companies. The approach in this study is to use an associative approach. The population in this study were all construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022, namely 26 companies and the research sample was 8 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and determination coefficient, and beta coefficient. The results of this study indicate that, partially, cash turnover and inventory turnover have no significant effect on profitability, while accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on profitability. simultaneously Cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover have a significant effect on profitability. And the most dominant variable receivable turnover affects profitability

Abstract

Atlantis mobile phone store is the cheapest and most complete mobile phone store in the city of Mataram, which has been established since 2017 and has branches in various places. Atlantis is a mobile phone store that is quite famous in Mataram City so that many people and students shop. This study aims to find out the role of marketing mix in increasing sales in the cellphone business of Atlantis Jempong Baru Mataram and to find out the effectiveness of marketing mix on cellphone sales of Atlantis Jempong Baru Mataram store. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of the marketing mix carried out by the Atlantis mobile phone store consists of the main products are cellphones and mobile phone accessories for prince depending on the choice of type of goods, for the store place is very strategic because it is in the middle of the city, store promotion uses a full strategy by using promotional tools consisting of sules promotion activities, holding displays, installing outdoor adversetting and using two types of promotion, namely personal Alternate and Mass Alternate Meanwhile, in the effectiveness of the marketing mix, the most important role in increasing sales is promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine influence of financial literacy and lifestyle, both partially and simultaneously, on the financial behavior of STIE AMM Mataram students. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population includes all students of STIE AMM Mataram, totaling 1080 students from the 2021-2023 class. Sample of 92 students was selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data analysis was conducted using linear multiple regression analysis. Results of the study indicated that: (1) financial literacy and lifestyle partially has a significant effect on financial behavior, with t-stat (4.744) > t-table (1.987) and t-stat (4.210) > t-table (1.987) respectively; and (2) financial literacy and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on financial behavior, with F-stat (45.861) > F-table (3.099).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure on Profitability. The financial ratios used to measure the effect are Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Equty to Assets Ratio (EAR) and Return on Equity (ROE). This type of research is associative and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The sample was 15 Food and Beverage Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 Period. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 0.411-2.181X1-1.155X2+1.936X3 and the results of hypothesis testing prove that partially the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable with t table> t count is 1.66660> -9.442 and significance 0.000 <0.05 which indicates there is a negative but significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) with t table> t count is 1.66660> -1. 733 and significance 0.088> 0.05 which shows there is a negative but insignificant effect on Return on Equity (ROE) and Equty to Assets Ratio (EAR) with t table < t count, namely 1.66660> 2.380 and significance 0.020 < 0.05 which shows a positive but significant effect on Return on Equity Ratio (ROE). Simultaneously the variables Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Equty to Assets Ratio (EAR) with f table < f count 2.50 < 31.115 and significance 0.000 < 0.05 indicate a significant effect on Return on Equity Ratio (ROE). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah, literasi digital, dan religiusitas terhadap minat menabung generasi Z pada Bank Syariah di Mataram. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel independen, yaitu literasi keuangan syariah (X1), literasi digital (X2), dan religiusitas (X3), serta satu variabel dependen, yaitu minat menabung (Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen STIE AMM. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik voluntary response sampling dengan jumlah 60 responden yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial religiusitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung, sedangkan literasi keuangan syariah dan literasi digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara individu. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung. Religiusitas menjadi variabel dominan, menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai spiritual dalam mendorong keputusan keuangan berbasis syariah. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 58,4%, sementara sisanya sebesar 41,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the Effect of Product Quality on I Phone Purchasing Decisions in Mataram City (2) The Influence of Lifestyle on I Phone Purchasing Decisions in Mataram City (3) The Influence of Brand Image on I Phone Purchase Decisions in Mataram City. The type of research used in this study is descriptive analysis research. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The population in this study is consumers of iPhone smartphone users in the Mataram city area, which is as many as 272 people. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 16. The results showed that (1) product quality did not have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the T test where the product quality variable has a calculated value of < ttable (1.511 < 1.96). (2) There is a partial influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the T test where the lifestyle variable has a calculated value of > ttable (7.726 > 1.96). (3) There is a partial influence of brand image on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the T test where the brand image variable has a calculated value of > ttable (3.346 > 1.96). (4) Product quality, lifestyle and brand image simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the F-count has a value of 7.607 greater than the F-table which is 2.683.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the internal and external factors to determine the marketing strategy of the swallow's nest business in Rensing Village, East Lombok Regency. From the analysis of these factors, the right strategy is formulated to marketing the business. This research is atype of descriptive research is nsing Village, East Lombok Regency. The sample consisted of 30 swallow nest entrepreneurs whose data collection process used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive to explain the internal and external factors of the swallow's nest business and secondly uses SWOT analysis to formulate strategies in marketing mix the swallofors nest business. The results of the analysis using SWOT analysis show that the strategy implemented by swallow nest entrepreneurs in Rensing Village, East Lombok Regency is a WO (Weakness Opportunity) strategy, namely a strategy that overcomes W (weaknesses) by optimizing O (opportunities) that exist in swiftlet farming businesses. In this analysis, it is also known as a management strategy, namely a strategy regarding finance and a product development strategy.
