Abstract

In this era of digitalization, in addition to students who are required to keep up with the flow of development, educators do not escape the demands of the same responsibility to be more professional, more reliable, more competent in mastering technology. In this era it is quite appropriate if only this technology mastery skill begins to be utilized as a means to improve teacher expertise. One of them is by developing a digital application-based LKPD with Scratch which contains programming material with a teaching focus on mathematics subjects as a form of effort to disseminate a product or work that can be enjoyed for its usefulness. The method used in the process of implementing activities has five stages: 1) preparation and organization, 2) preparing the schedule, materials, and training instruments, 3) implementation of training activities, 4) mentoring and preparation of Discovery Learning LKPD based on scratch application, and 5) evaluation. The results of the training activities show that the overall participant feedback form obtained an average percentage of 86% in the very good category, with an effectiveness rate of 91,7% in the effective category. This shows that the training activities can be followed well by UNISRI and UNS student participants, this has an effect on increasing participants' understanding and skills about making scratch application-based Discovery Learning LPDs before and after attending training so that participants can produce scratch application-based Discovery Learning LPD products to support the learning process.

Abstract

The training program on comprehensive research methods for entities under the Jamaah Haji Klaten Foundation aims to equip participants with theoretical and practical skills for conducting applied research to address institutional problems. The training materials comprise content ranging from basic to medium levels. The chosen topics mostly relate to organizational and financial matters, which are most suitable for their organizational context. Participants are obliged to conduct their own research under the supervision of instructors. Five research proposals have been submitted and are currently under supervision.. Abstract

MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprise) have biggest impact for Indonesian Economy. 99 percent of industry in Indonesia is MSME. However, they still have to struggle for the marketing aspect. That can be happen because they underestimate the power of branding. Jiwo Wetan is one of village in Klaten Regency. MSME in Jiwo Wetan have same problem too. They have never been create poster or logo their product. So, this community service activities would to explained about branding. Moreover, the team of community service activities University of Widya Dharma Klaten would to organize a branding training with Canva Application to them. This activities is expected to introduce branding to them and give them slightly ability to use Canva Application.

Abstract

Community Service Activities in the form of Training on Learning Media Development Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Based with Canva Software which will later be used to create Powerpoint, at SD 1 Negeri Karanganom, Klaten Regency aims to provide knowledge and technology regarding the use of the Canva application which will later be used for the learning process for teachers in making Powerpoint so that the appearance will be more interesting and interactive. The training participants are productive teachers who teach at SD 1 Negeri Karanganom, Klaten Regency. This training activity begins with coordinating the PPM TEAM, registering participants and disseminating material. The socialization of the material begins with an introduction and installation of Canva software which will later be integrated to create Powerpoint material for creating learning media. Material socialization was carried out through lectures and discussions as well as practicums in creating PowerPoint learning media using the Canva application. With this program, teachers can easily design and arrange their own to make the learning process using Canva media, especially PowerPoint, more interesting for students because it is not boring. The indicators for achieving targets and outcomes for SD Negeri 1 Karanganom Klaten teachers through Optimizing AI-Based Learning Media using Canva learning media are to improve the quality of teachers in creating AI-based learning media, especially using Canva learning media, being able to develop and create learning aids by making PowerPoint presentations so that the appearance will be more attractive, the effect of which will be to make it easier for students to understand the learning material better.

Abstract

This community service program is a series of activities that involves students and the academic community within the Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University, and some faculties in Widya Dharma Klaten University through an eco-green program for environmental care. The methods for implementing activities include as follows: 1) collecting data profiles on students and the academic community within Gadjah Mada University and Widya Dharma Klaten University and 2) empowering students through eco-green training on student empathy for the environment. The results of the activity obtained positive results where there was a change in student behavior before and after the activity. Developing a leadership spirit and cultivating students' sense of empathy for the environment through eco-green programs is not enough to be done in a short time, but requires a long and continuous period of time. Future activities need to continue to be carried out through several improvements in implementation methods.

Abstract

As students and lecturers in higher education, what we can do is to contribute back to society. We need to apply the rules of SQ, empathy, entrepreneurship, and give and take in The Ramadhan 2024. We believe that even though we are not giving them much, but it is better than no right. It may sound like there is no innovation, but we do admit that. However, we thought that the outcome we get is far more important than Spiritual Quotient and entrepreneurship innovation we did not even have any ideas about entrepreneurship and empathy in the Muslim spirit during the Ramadhan 2024  for the faculty of economics and psychology students.

Abstract

Pagertoyo Village, Limbangan District, Kendal Regency is one of the villages that has the potential for growth and development of herbal plants. One of them is the binahong plant (Anredera cordifolia). This plant has the property of curing various diseases, including lowering blood pressure and gout. This community service aims to provide education about the benefits of the binahong plant and training in making binahong pudding to PKK women in Pagertoyo Village, Limbangan District, Kendal Regency. Implementation of activities was carried out in 3 stages. The first stage is a health check (check blood pressure and uric acid). The second stage is education about the benefits of the binahong plant. The participants were given a lecture about the benefits of the binahong plant followed by a discussion and question and answer session. The third stage is training in making binahong pudding. The implementation of this community service activity ran smoothly and successfully. The participants actively participated in question-and-answer sessions and discussions as well as training.

Abstract

This service aims to provide training to Krakitan village officials about the importance of information technology (one of which is Office Word) to support the performance of village officials in carrying out daily tasks serving village communities and to improve the quality of human resource performance, especially village officials in managing village administration activities. The activity method is carried out through direct training and practice. In this training, a basic introduction to computer use is provided, and training uses the Microsoft Word 2010 application. Then, case studies are provided for participants to complete. Next, an evaluation is carried out to determine the participant's level of ability after participating in the training activities. From the results of the activity, it was concluded that the training participants gave a positive response and were enthusiastic about participating in the activity from start to finish. The evaluation results also showed an increase in participants' abilities in operating Office Word as measured by the case studies given to participants which were completed well.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools can be done by introducing local wisdom culture. The learning resource used in this PKM activity is a booklet based on the local wisdom of South Kalimantan. The use of a local wisdom-based booklet can help teachers in implementing learning activities in schools. The selection of a booklet is because of its smaller size than a book and its concise content. In addition, visualizing the local wisdom booklet that the PKM team uses is designed to be more dominant with pictures, so its appearance will be more attractive. The purpose of this design is for the booklet to be more attractive to students and easier to understand. This community service activity is carried out in several forms of activities, namely observation, booklet distribution, socialization, discussion, and asking for feedback from respondents. The introduction of South Kalimantan's local wisdom to elementary school students through booklets as a learning source at IT Robbani Banjarbaru Primary School can be carried out well and effectively. Participants also responded positively to the implementation of the activity and the booklet presented. In other words, this activity has achieved the intended objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to improve children's reading literacy, writing literacy, and science literacy skills through the development of a reading corner. The object of service is the children of Jungkare village, Karanganom sub-district, Klaten district. Reading literacy and writing literacy activities are wall magazine making while science literacy is in the form of simple rotary ice cream making activities. The service methods used are presentation, discussion, and practice. The activity stages consisted of socialization of the implementation and project exhibition. The results showed that the children of Jungkare village were very enthusiastic in participating in reading literacy, writing literacy, and science literacy activities.
