Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the role of parents in the formation of religious values ​​in early childhood. The method used in this research is qualitative research, where qualitative research as a scientific method is often used and carried out by a group of researchers in the field of social sciences, including educational sciences. Primary data is data taken directly from primary sources, both individuals and legal entities who are competent in their field. Secondary data is data obtained or collected by researchers from various existing sources (researchers as second hand) (Husni Fuaddi, et al, 2023). Secondary data is collected from books, seminar papers, scientific journals and the internet related to the problems studied. The technique for collecting data is by conducting a literature review. The data sources in this study consist of two, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data related to the title of this research, while secondary data is supporting data for the title of this research. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative analysis. The data that has been obtained is then arranged systematically. by using an inductive thinking method, namely drawing conclusions and problems that are general in nature and then drawing them into conclusions that are specific in nature. The results of the research are that the role of parents in the formation of religious values ​​in early childhood includes the family as the foundation for religious and socio-cultural education, a place to foster feelings of affection and a place to learn.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of electronic library archive storage management at State Vocational School 4 Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research were the head of the library as the main informant, the school principal and library staff as supporting informants. This research method is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that: 1) Implementation of electronic library archive storage management has four stages, starting from the stages of creation and storage, distribution and use, maintenance and disposition. a) Creation and storage of electronic archives, namely the process of creating archives which are initially in manual form which will be converted into electronic archives. b) This distribution and use uses tools that were originally manual and become electronic with the help of technology and internet networks and supporting equipment. c) Maintenance of electronic archives is carried out by backing up data and periodically checking existing archive data. d) Disposition is the final stage in electronic records which determines whether these records will be retained or will be destroyed. 2) Factors that influence the implementation of electronic library archive storage management. The advantages of using electronic archives are that they take up time, space and energy to work, while the disadvantages are network problems, inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Web-Based Financial Management Information System at SMA Cendana Pekanbaru. This type of research is conducted using a descriptive Qualitative research method. Overall, the informants involved in this study consisted of 2 people. Research data was obtained by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that the Implementation of Web-Based Financial Management Information System at SMA Cendana Pekanbaru has been implemented well. This is indicated by the existence of a Web System in school fee payment activities. Furthermore, the process of Implementing this Web-Based Financial Management Information System has been implemented several years ago. And will continue to be implemented and increasingly improved. Furthermore, the service at this school is also quite good, so that when there is an obstacle for parents in using the system, the administrative staff are ready to help serve. The supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of this web-based financial management information system are marked by the existence of sufficient funds, then human resources, where the parties involved in this institution have quite good quality. For inhibiting factors, it is not so difficult for external parties to use, it just takes more education to understand the web system.

Abstract

This study is entitled the role of management information systems for principals in decision making at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Islamic boarding school Amanah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Rempak, Siak Regency. The objectives of this study: 1. To determine the characteristics of the education management system at MTs PP-Amti Rempak. 2. To determine the role of management information systems in supporting the principal's decision making at MTs PP-AMTI Rempak. 3. To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the management information system in supporting the principal's decision making. The method used in (Syamsudin n.d.) this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The main informant of this study is the principal, while the supporting informants are the administrative staff, the vice principal of curriculum, the vice principal of facilities and infrastructure and the coordinator of teaching and education personnel. With data collection, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. After the researcher analyzed with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study stated that 1) the characteristics of the management information system have been applied. Starting from its human resources where this component is tasked with processing data in the position determined by the principal. Furthermore, for the hardware, it is supported by tools used to store and archive documents. Then for the software, it uses the EMIS application to process data. Then for the information system data resources, it can be arranged, stored, and accessed. And finally, for the communication network, it is equipped with a modem to access the internet. 2) In decision-making activities, the role of the educational management information system has helped the head of the madrasah, to obtain data and information related to facilities and infrastructure, curriculum and teaching and education personnel that can be used to help solve existing problems. 3) The supporting factors for the management information system in the principal's decision-making are human resources (HR) teachers and administrative staff who have met the teacher standards, namely bachelor's degrees. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of administrative staff in managing the management information system.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKS) based on a problem-solving approach in Economics subjects at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Hasanah Pekanbaru. The main objective of developing this LKS is to improve students' critical and creative thinking skills in understanding economic concepts through a systematic problem-solving approach. The research method used is the research and development method (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This study involved several stages, starting from analyzing student needs and curriculum, designing LKS, to testing the product in class. The subjects of the study were grade XI students of MA Hasanah Pekanbaru who were selected randomly. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques to determine the increase in student learning outcomes before and after the use of LKS based on problem solving. The results showed that the LKS developed was able to improve students' understanding of economic concepts and encourage critical thinking skills and problem solving. Significant improvement can be seen from the pre-test and post-test results, where the average student score increased by 25%. In addition, the student response to this LKS was very positive, where most students felt more challenged and motivated in the learning process. Based on the results of this study, LKS based on a problem-solving approach can be used as an alternative in improving the quality of economic learning at MA Hasanah Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic values in Fiqh learning at MTs Mualimin Univa and its impact on the character development of students. Islamic values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and noble character are essential to instill in religious education, particularly in Fiqh, which governs various aspects of Muslim life. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Islamic values in Fiqh learning at MTs Mualimin Univa is carried out through an integrative approach that connects Fiqh theory with everyday life practices. Teachers play a crucial role in guiding and providing concrete examples of applying Islamic laws in contexts relevant to students. Additionally, extracurricular religious activities, such as study circles and Qur'an memorization, also support holistic Fiqh learning.The application of Islamic values in Fiqh learning has proven effective in shaping students' religious, honest, and responsible character. This study concludes that Fiqh learning based on Islamic values not only enhances students' understanding of Islamic laws but also helps shape personalities aligned with religious teachings. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for developing more effective Fiqh teaching methods oriented toward strengthening Islamic character in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Tanjung Sari Medan. This study was conducted to provide a clear picture of the comparison of the effectiveness of the STAD learning model with conventional learning methods that have been applied so far. This study used an experimental method with a two group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were all 7th grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Tanjung Sari Medan, while the sample was selected randomly involving two groups, namely the experimental group using the STAD learning model and the control group using the conventional learning model. The data collection technique was carried out through a written test designed to measure the level of student understanding of the subject matter given. Before and after treatment, both groups were given a test to determine changes in learning outcomes. The data obtained were analyzed using a t-test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the STAD learning model was more effective in improving student learning outcomes compared to the conventional learning model. This is proven by the results of the t-test which shows that the t-value (3.392) is greater than the t-table (2.000) at a certain level of significance. Thus, the application of the STAD learning model has been proven to be able to increase student involvement in the learning process, strengthen understanding of the material, and encourage better learning outcomes. This study provides recommendations so that the STAD learning model can be applied more widely in various schools as an effort to improve the quality of education. Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive pocket book on ethics of interaction in Islam in the digital era that can be used as an innovative learning medium for students. This pocket book is designed to help students understand the values ​​of Islamic ethics in communicating and interacting through digital media, while encouraging them to apply these values ​​in their daily lives. The research method used is the research and development method (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The research process begins with a needs analysis through literature reviews and interviews with teachers and students, then continues with the design of the content and design of the pocket book. The development of the pocket book is carried out based on the principles of interactivity and relevance of the material. Evaluation is carried out through product trials on a number of students and teachers to obtain feedback on the quality of the pocket book, both in terms of content, design, and ease of use. The results of the study show that the interactive pocket book developed is effective and attractive to students. This book contains material on the principles of Islamic ethics, such as honesty, politeness, responsibility, and maintaining honor, which are associated with the practice of interaction in the digital world. The responses of students and teachers to this pocket book were very positive, with an average score of the product validation assessment in the "very good" category. This pocket book successfully helped students understand the concept of Islamic ethics in an interesting and relevant way. This study concluded that interactive pocket books are an innovative and effective learning medium to improve students' understanding of the ethics of interacting in Islam, especially in the digital era. This book is expected to be widely used in learning and become one of the solutions to increase ethical awareness among students.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of interactive learning methods in improving student’s  comprehension of Aqidah Akhlak at MTS Mualimin UNIVA Medan. The study arose from the challenge of low student engagement and interest in Aqidah Akhlak when taught through conventional methods, which often results in limited understanding of the subject matter. To address this issue, interactive learning approachess are expected to foster a more engaging and participatory classroom atmosphere. This research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing observation and interviews with teachers and students for data collection. The research subjects include seventh and eight-grade students who have experienced the interactive method over a learning period. The findings demonstrate that the use of interactive learning methods significantly boosts student participation in the learning process. Moreovor, there is a noticeable positive shift in student attitudes and behaviors, especially in the application of ethical values in their daily lives. The study concludes that interactive learning methods are effective in deepening student’s understanding of Aqidah Akhlak content.

Abstract

This research aimed at knowing the significant effect of Online shop discounts through instagram on buying interest of economics education students at State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This research were motivated by some students who did not use Instagram to Online shop, students did not know the information about the Online shop discounts on Instagram, students did not know the period of the Online shop discount on Instagram. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The population of this research were 139 students. The samples of this research were 50 students. Questionnaire and documentation techniques were used for collecting the data. Validity, reliability, normality, lite linearity, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis tests were used for analyzing the data. The results of this research were obtained that robserved = 0.554 and rtable in significant levels 5% (0.554 > 0.235), it means that alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. If compared that robserved = 0.596 and rtable in significant levels 1% (0.554 > 0.361), it means that alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Therefore, there was a significant effect of Online shop discounts through instagram on buying interest of economics education students at State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau.
