Ats-Tsaqofi: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Manajemen Islam
Ats-Tsaqofi: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Manajemen Islam adalah jurnal akademik yang berfokus pada pendidikan dan manajemen dalam konteks Islam. Jurnal ini berfungsi sebagai platform untuk para akademisi, peneliti, dan praktisi untuk berbagi penelitian, temuan, dan gagasan inovatif yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan Islam dan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Diterbitkan secara berkala dua kali (bulan Juni Dan Desember) dalam setahun oleh LP3M STAI At-Tahdzib Jombang sejak Juni 2019. Ruang Lingkup Ats-Tsaqofi: (1) Pendidikan Islam: Artikel dalam jurnal ini mencakup berbagai aspek pendidikan Islam, termasuk metode pengajaran, kurikulum, pengembangan guru, dan teknologi pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam; (2) Manajemen Islam: Fokus pada praktik manajemen dalam institusi pendidikan Islam, termasuk kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan; (3) Inovasi dan Pengembangan: Penelitian yang berkaitan dengan inovasi dalam pendidikan Islam dan pengembangan institusi pendidikan Islam; (4) Kajian Teoritis dan Empiris: Jurnal ini mempublikasikan kajian teoritis dan penelitian empiris yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman dan praktik pendidikan dan manajemen Islam. Tujuan Ats-Tsaqofi: (1) Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Islam: Mempromosikan penelitian dan praktik terbaik dalam pendidikan Islam untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di berbagai lembaga; (2) Pengembangan Manajemen Pendidikan: Menyediakan wawasan dan strategi untuk pengembangan manajemen yang efektif di institusi pendidikan Islam; (3) Fasilitasi Pertukaran Pengetahuan: Menjadi wadah bagi pertukaran pengetahuan dan ide antara akademisi dan praktisi di bidang pendidikan dan manajemen Islam.

Abstract. Nowadays many children develop inconsistently with their fitrah, this is influenced by environmental conditions that bring negative influences. One of the negative influences caused by environmental conditions on children's fitness is the polluting of children's creeds with incorrect beliefs. The cultivation of aqidah should be instilled from an early age and also lack control of bothparents or families. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of parents in early childhood education in the study of the prophet's hadith about every child born in a fitrah state and to prove the validity of the hadith. This research is a qualitative research in compiling and analyzing data using analytical descriptive methods with an approach to hadith studies and educational science. Based on a series of hadith tracing and research activities that include takhrij, sanad and matan criticism and its final assessment, it can be ascertained that the historical hadith of Bukhari and Imam Muslim about the concept of early childhood education about every child born in a fitrah state is a shahih hadith. Having fulfilled the requirements of the shahihan of a hadith i.e. Sanadnya is continued, All the scholars in the sanad are just and dhabith, in the sanad is spared from Syudzudz (gaffe) and 'illat (defect). Children are born in a fitrah state. Fitrah here is defined as the potential for religion, as well as the potential for non-religion. Parents have a responsibility to their children to develop according to their nature, responsible for their children's education

Abstract. Planning will be considered mature and good if it meets the requirements and elements in the planning itself. However, in reality, the planning element is only used as a complementary factor in the leader's policy explanation. This article was prepared to explain the meaning, role and function of educational planning. The method used in this research is library research. The data collected is in accordance with discussions originating from books, journals, etc. When preparing plans, it is necessary to pay attention to the following things: relating to the future; a set of activities; systematic process; specific results and goals. The function and role of educational planning are: It is the motto for implementing educational development activities, It is a means of controlling the implementation of educational development, It is a tool for ensuring the quality of educational development.

Abstract. This research discusses the innovative role of caregivers in reducing cases of illegal drug abuse in Mojokerto City. Researchers conducted this research with the aim of reducing illegal drug abuse in the city of Mojokerto. This research has a case study design with qualitative methods. Content analysis includes: interview data, documents, and observation results. The results of research using the Bil Hikmah da'wah method, the role of caregivers for 60 participants with cases of illegal drug abuse who were successfully caught and sent to move back to the right path. The results of this caregiver innovation also include the establishment of Pondok Baitu Husodo and the Baitu Husodo Legal Aid Institute. This study makes a positive contribution in overcoming the problem of illegal drug abuse in Mojokerto City.

Abstract: This research examines the implementation of the pesantren-based curriculum at MIN 4 Jombang. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation, evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the pesantren-based curriculum at MIN 4 Jombang. The application of the pesantren curriculum at MIN 4 Jombang is carried out using the SMART curriculum which is applied with habits that are carried out every day. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research is a case study, as well as data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation which the researchers will later describe in the data analysis including data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. the research uses several validity checking techniques that researchers examine, including: transferability, confirmability, depandability and confirmability. Research results include: 1). Implementation of a well-structured and effective pesantren-based curriculum using the SMART curriculum which is applied with daily habits. 2). The evaluation is carried out at MIN 4 Jombang by conducting written or oral tests every semester. 3). Factors supporting the implementation of the pesantren-based curriculum include the environment, parental support, the attitude of the teacher who cares. Inhibiting factors include lack of facilities and infrastructure, students with different abilities, lack of support from parents.

Abstract: Islamic education plays an important role in the formation of quality individuals who have positive contributions. The benchmark assessment in evaluating Islamic education aims to determine the effectiveness of Islamic religious education learning outcomes. As well as measuring with certainty the goals and competencies that have been set as success criteria. The Minimum Requirements Criteria is a reference in determining a student's minimum mastery of certain material and is a reference for students to assess the basic abilities they have learned. This research is qualitative research using the research library method by selecting various scientific literature, books, journals and other related sources of information. As well as filtering updated literacy and relevant sources on the topic of discussion. The results of this research are that the success of a student who is able to achieve the criteria of 70% - 80% in his understanding, then in classifying these students can be measured through understanding and through mastery o f the material that has been taught to him and for students who do not reach the specified competency it is necessary to a remedial program is carried out.

For an educational institution to achieve its goals, it must be able to measure, assess, and evaluate all implemented programs. The results of this evaluation will demonstrate the success or failure of a program and determine the appropriate steps to address any issues. It is crucial to choose the appropriate technique for evaluation, as selecting an incorrect method may lead to inaccurate predictions, thus creating further problems for the institution. This article aims to identify the techniques and steps needed for implementing program evaluation in Islamic education. The research conducted is qualitative, using a literature study approach through scientific articles. Based on the literature studied, the evaluation techniques are determined by the aspects that need to be measured. Meanwhile, the final step in the evaluation process is to process and interpret the results, which will help in developing more focused educational programs.

Abstract: There are many factors that cause low student learning outcomes. This factor is caused by a lack of student involvement in learning and a lack of application of learning models in class, so that students become passive and make students' understanding less than optimal. This problem can be overcome by using the make and match type cooperative learning model. The aim of this research is to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes through the make and match type cooperative learning model in fiqh lessons on the Idain prayer material. This research was carried out at MI Sabilil Mukarromah Bercak Cermee Bondowoso. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) with the research subjects being all 16 class IV students, 6 male students and 9 female students. The data collection methods used are documentation, interviews, observation and tests. Through two cycles, in each cycle there are 2 meetings applying the Make and Match Type Cooperative Learning model. Implementing the make and match type cooperative learning model in Fiqh lessons can successfully improve student learning outcomes. In Cycle I, classical completion was 50%, while in Cycle II it rose to 81.25%. So, the increase in classical completeness is 31.25%.

The aim of writing this article is to discuss the progress of Islamic education during the Abbasid Dynasty. This research was carried out using the library method, namely looking for articles related to the topic. This type of research is library research using qualitative descriptive methods. The steps taken by researchers in reviewing this research include collecting sources from journals and books, commenting on sources, and writing up the results. The results of writing this article show that the development of Islamic education achieved rapid progress during the Abbasid Dynasty. This is shown by the many scientists who emerged in this era. Apart from that, there are also many educational institutions that have been established, including non-formal educational institutions and formal educational institutions.

This research examines the implementation of ability grouping learning in developing student achievement both in terms of increasing academic and non-academic achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Ngoro Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research is a case study, as well as data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation which the researcher will later explain in data analysis including data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The research used several validity checking techniques that the researchers examined, including: Credibility, transferability, confirmability and anteriority. The results of research related to ability grouping include: 1) the planning for ability grouping at MI Darussalan is based on previous teaching staff and the initiative of the madrasa head to develop student achievement by means of ability grouping; 2) the stage of implementing ability grouping at MI Darussalam Badang, namely that each class is divided into 2 groups, namely the superior Ar-Rahman class and the regular Ar-Rahim class. For superior classes there are various kinds of superior programs, and for Ar-Rahim classes it is focused on learning material; 3) the positive impact of ability grouping is that student achievement increases, and the negative impact is that there are still students who feel differentiated from superior classes; 4) The ability grouping evaluation is carried out every semester and at the beginning of the year before the start of the new school year.

Tasamuh is an important attitude to apply in social life because it can minimize conflict and thus create a harmonious society. The aim of this research is to describe the phenomenon of implementing the concept of Tasamuh Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyah in increasing harmony in the NU community in Parengan Village and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach and is included in the type of field research. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results of this research show that: 1) The implementation of the Tasamuh concept in Parengan Village is that the community has carried out its obligations and has accepted its rights well, accepts all existing differences, understands each other, gives freedom to others, needs to increase equality, namely treating people others equally without discrimination, and need to increase cooperation. 2) Supporting factors in implementing the values of Tasamuh Aswaja An-Nahdliyah in Parengan Village are that religious leaders carry out their roles well, family and kinship relationships in the community are well established, and good cooperation in the community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that the village government has not carried out its role optimally, especially in the field of cooperation.
